The site does cost money each month to upkeep. I don't sell any data, nor do I run any ads - any support you can give to help with the upkeep of things would be greatly appreciated.
There is no max goal for this donation, nor and end point. The rough costs for the site are around 40/50 GBP each month give or take 10 either side depending on the month, there are periods at the start of the year where this does increase significantly due to renewals for the domain and SSL certificates that this site runs off.
The site will remain active and online for as long as I can maintain it. I'm not struggling financially (at least as much as some!) and can maintain this regardless.

It was eerie... this feeling and these noises... Ziun wasn't a fan of this, especially considering all this was coming from him stepping off the path and into the trees. Why did everything go dark? Where did these screams of terror, pain, and despair come from? Who were making these distressful noises? Ziun wished he had the answer, but alas he didn't. Especially when he had to try and navigate through this darkness... bumping into trees... "I swear... this is getting out of hand..." he grumbled a bit. But a shift in scenery wasn't all he had to deal with... Soon Ziun felt them. Weak, wispy arms grabbing at him and attempting to drag him off. At first, it wasn't bad, but the more he walked through the trees... more and more seemed to grab him. "B-Blast it!!" he shouted, keeping on his moving on... and eventually he did pop back up down the path, no longer feeling the wispy arms. But now, before him, as he walked down the path further... a shrine and a glowing skull. "This must be it..." he huffed slightly. This whole ordeal was definitely getting to him, but nevertheless, he struck at the skull with his icicles. And once they collided against it, the skull shattered and the light flew off in the direction he came from. Perfect! What was not so perfect was now Ziun had to go back and try to get to the others again. And he had no capabilities of summoning a steed, at least in this moment. But he knew what zombies he had to deal with... and when he started back down the path, there were the three zombies he left in the web with the two that he had shambling behind him. "...right where I left you, unfortunately." he lamented, before coming up with a new plan. "Hear the verse and rhyme that I sing... Come forth and assist thy master..." Behind Ziun... appeared a Celestial giant bee this time. "Now, let's see if we can deal with this undead horde here." he said, commanding the giant bee to attack the zombies, whilst also casting the icicles straight at a few of their heads. The five zombies did end up getting taken care of... then that means this would potentially mean this would be an easier trip... right? Nevertheless, Ziun and the giant bee made their way back down the path. Down the path, there were the two zombies he left before... the two that tried to pincer maneuver him... and the one that had the icicles in its head and leg. "Alright, these two next... take care of the untouched one, I'll deal with the injured one." he commanded the bee, which simply attacked the unharmed zombie, knocking it over, while he ended up firing more and more icicles at the one zombie he had struck earlier. Two more zombies down... and Ziun was positive his memory was serving him correctly. Once he continued the path he was on, he came across the three zombies still stuck in the vines he had conjured up prior. "And this means... we can go past them." he said, dismissing the giant bee, in order to move past the vine gripped zombies. Home free now... now he'd be able to reconvene with his allies. -

"it was certainly, well, the most, uh, novel experience I've had to date. At least here. I've been to festivals and the like before but I never expected there to be a place here that seemed to be constantly in one. To say nothing of all of the rides." "Truly was a spectacle to behold for sure..." Trevor laughed some, though he stared at his drink for a moment, seeming... a tad bit wistful. "...I wonder if those back in my worlds would've enjoyed themselves with that..." He did his best to stay positive, however, not wanting to be a downer on the mood. He took a sip of his drink and moved on from that topic... at least for now. Though something did pique his interest... "I wonder if the others play Duel Monsters too." "Hmmm? That's the game you and Melissa kept talking about, isn't it?" he asked, an eyebrow slowly rising. "I may perhaps need to get a crash course in that game sometime... it does seem to be a fun little thing, at least from what you both have said on it." Trevor was serious about it, namely cause he wanted to know the ins and outs of other worlds... it was the curiosity he had inside him... a longing and want to know about other worlds... after all, that was his entire thing back during his time in the Ever. "honestly though, between all of the various contraptions that I've seen here and all the unique places we've been to...well, wonders never seem to cease here. well, um, at least for me, that is. My own world seems a bit, well, lacking in comparison. Oh, not that we don't have our own share of things to do but, more so... well, I suppose is there any other kinds of unique recreation or fun places to go from your world that you think would be here. I'd love to try anything new out." Trevor took another sip of his drink and chuckled after the fact. "I'll honestly have to agree with you on that. Least, in regards to my own personal world. Arcana Cabana was like... not like Prana... like the hi-tech city look. It seemed more, I guess one would call it... simple? Maybe that's a bad way of describing it, but even still, it pales in comparison to Prana. Though certain worlds I visited did somewhat resemble what we have here... so at this point, learning something new from all this adventuring and exploring of Rama-Indri just makes the time here even better." As they all talked, however... Trevor did hear the doorbell go off... and went to open the door. "Good aft-.... huh?" He was a bit... dumbfounded... No person... no, it was a huge dog like creature. And it just seemed to be... "oh. Constable. I was wondering where you went." A bark from this... Constable dog... towards Kasayee... "oh, this isn't our place?" Silence... but looking rigid... Constable seemed to be... Trevor traced the gaze in the direction of... "Oh no... that doesn't bode well..." Trevor cringed slightly, seeing that Bartleby was in the line of sight, and also looking rigid towards Constable. "Uh, Kasayee..." he cleared his throat, trying to do his best to block the view between Constable and Bartleby. "Annnnnnd reason why uh... Constable, was it? Why he'd be glaring daggers at Bartleby over there? Annnnd another question... whoooooo is this?" Kasayee stared for a moment. Then looked between the two. She shrugged. "Eyes met, that means battle. Or something." "...that doesn't make any sense..." Trevor pinched the bridge of his nose slightly. "What about the other question? Namely... who is this?" "Constable. Squad leader." "Your Squad Leader, I take it?" he asked, before glancing back down at the strange dog. "Didn't think that was a possibility, but weirder things have happened... I suppose." "You talk to a book." Kasayee replied tonelessly. Trevor wanted to come back with a retort, but alas... he couldn't. She didn't even hesitate with that response, and he even saw said book slowly start to float up, which caused him to sigh greatly, yanking the chain back down in order to keep the book from reaching eye level. "...fair enough..." he cleared his throat, slightly embarrassed at that little response he was given. He however, glanced back towards Fen and Melissa. "We maaaaay need to make sure Constable here and Bartleby don't see each other... something tells me that's bad news." -

"Hear me out, my friends, I implore that you go on the tour with us. Don't you want to see what this place has to offer! Look around you! Isn't this place amazing? Do you not believe this place has amazing things to offer amazing young people like you? I would rather everyone here get off to a good start. There's no use for you to be here if you aren't willing to do it straight...this is a fresh start for all of us...I plead you do not waste it. I will not stop you from leaving, I just thought that I would plead this school's case.. My name is Flynn Guerrero! The Fly Boy! I hope you reconsider your attempt at hooky, and attend the tour with me!" Despite the protests of the birdman, The Fly Boy - Flynn Guerrero… which Blake thought he recognized, must've been the whole wrestler visage he had going on… regardless, despite the protests, he went on with the snarky one and a strange creature… that didn't look like a mascot costume, like one would've assumed with the Fly Boy, no this seemed like flesh and blood… er… fur and blood? Blake already had a headache forming just from this alone. But despite this, a pink haired girl joined the ranks… so the trio of students playing hooky had increased to four. “So, what are you gonna do when you get into town? I’m thinkin’ of hitting up the park myself. Seems like a good place to get a workout, if you know what I mean.” “I hear you there…” Blake adjusted his bag on his shoulder. “Honestly, I'm here to take the sights in…cause we're gonna be here for a while… may as well get acquainted with the surroundings, ya know? And hopefully, I'll find a thread of what I'm looking for.” He knew that sounded ominous, but right now, Blake didn't want to involve anyone else in his personal mission. ...not presently, anyway... I know good and well that people will get involved... just as long as no one gets in my way, we'll be perfectly fine. He also couldn't help but hear the tail end of the conversation that the pink haired girl, Destiny, was having with the furred one. The way she asked if this creature was strong… it was unnerving, like immensely so. Blake now had to worry about this one specifically just from that alone. From what he could tell, at least from that one specific line and bit of dialogue to the furred one, she seemed like the kind of girl that would be labeled as someone's little monster... she seemed THAT psychotic. It almost made Blake want to reach in his bag and grab his special gimmick tool and prepare to defend. Though it's not like he could retort as much as he wanted… not when a car horn beeped their way and… an individual with a tyrannosaurus rex head popped up. …what was with this place??? “Yo, you all need a ride to town? You got a few miles before you hit the outskirts.” “Yeah, my parents told me never to talk to strangers.” “They probably told ya not to skip school either, but here you all are. I’m the school gym teacher!” Busted… Blake couldn't help but question the timing of this… it was almost comedic in the whole grand scheme of it. But he relented on thinking about it more… at least this time. Namely cause this gym teacher of theirs... actually seemed to not want to immediately ship them all back with the others. Now that seemed good... “Really? Shouldn’t you be telling us to go back to school then?” “Eh, you guys don’t technically have school, and frankly, I think trying to force you all ain’t a good idea. I’m headed into town to pick up some gym supplies. You all can hitch a ride with me. Turn an hour and a half walk into a ten minute ride.” “Well, I’m convinced. You all coming or what?” That was all the convincing that Blake needed. He hopped in after the snarky one, giving a slight relaxed sigh. “Well, this does beat walkin’... thanks mister…?” "Terry! Terry Tyranno!" The man gave a thumbs up at Blake. "So, is there anywhere in town you were all looking to go?" "Honestly, I'm trying to just get a feel for the area..." Blake shrugged. "I know the snarky guy here was thinking of the park... uh... shit, what's your name? I'd prefer not to call you 'the snarky one' the whole time." Annnnnnd he just said that to him... smooth Howard... smooth... "It's Reno," The snarky one commented. There was a slight paused before he asked "What's yours?" "Blake Howard." he introduced himself, to the now named Reno. "But yeah, Reno here was talkin' about seeing the park... aside from that, not sure what else you guys have here in this backwater town... no offense." "Well, if you're interested, I can show you all the community rec center. It's still being fixed up, but you could at least lift weights. Maybe swim if you can buy some trunks," A rec center? Now that sounded slightly promising... especially with the fact that this could definitely be a spot to hear any and all information around the town. After all, Blake knew people loved to talk around in either a rec center, if they happen to be mingling and hanging out. If he could find out any leads or who may have information in regards NORNIR... then all this bullshit would be worth it. He ran a hand through his bag, feeling that cold steel of that device right along his fingertips, though he felt something else... right next to his book. Fishing it out, he noticed it was a business card of sorts... Theodora West... Witch For Hire... Blake blinked at this strange card he didn't remember packing up... but at the same time, perhaps this was destiny at play here. They had themselves a witch here... perhaps some divination could be in order as a last resort. Noted... duly noted... "Well, park... rec center, either way... sounds like we might be in for a bit of a fun time for sure. Kinda feel bad for 'the Fly-Boy' and the rest... they'll probably miss all the action." he gave a snicker... though he couldn't shake the feeling that he might've misspoken here... couldn't understand why however. Maybe just something he was imagining.
