  1. Storming Tidal Ruler WATER/Lv 3/Aqua/Tuner/800 ATK/700 DEF If "Umi" is on the field, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon 1 "Storming Tidal Ruler" this way per turn. While "Umi" is on the field, all WATER monsters you control gain ATK equal to their Level/Rank x100. During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can send 1 WATER monster from your hand or side of the field to the GY, except this card; take 1 card from your Deck that specifically lists "Umi" or "A Legendary Ocean" in its text, and either add it to your hand or (if it's a monster) Special Summon it. You can only use this effect of "Storming Tidal Ruler" once per turn. Next Prompt: A Trap Card with a similar concept to "Magical Hats" (effect-wise)

  3. Crystal-Spacian Nacreous Nautilus WATER/Lv 4/Aqua/Effect/1400 ATK/1500 DEF (This card is always treated as a "Neo-Spacian" and "Crystal Beast" card.) (Quick Effect): You can destroy this face-up monster; Special Summon 1 "Neos", "Neo Space", "Neo-Spacian" or "Crystal Beast" monster from your hand, GY, or Spell & Trap Zone, except "Crystal-Spacian Nacreous Nautilus". You can only use this effect of "Crystal-Spacian Nacreous Nautilus" once per turn. If this face-up card is destroyed in a Monster Zone, you can place it face-up in your Spell & Trap Zone as a Continuous Spell, instead of sending it to the GY. During your Main Phase, while this card is face-up in your Spell & Trap Zone as a Continuous Spell, you can Normal Summon 1 "Neos", "Neo Space", "Neo-Spacian" or "Crystal Beast" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) ("Nacreous" refers to "nacre", which is the iridescent substance found on the inside layer of many mollusk shells, nautilus included. Nacre is also known as "mother of pearl", which plays into the theme of Crystal Beasts.) Next Prompt: Lightsworn + Dragunity

  5. Madolche Ghostrick Black Gateau DARK/Lv 4/Fairy/Effect/1400 ATK/1000 DEF If you control a "Madolche" or "Ghostrick" monster other than "Madolche Ghostrick Black Gateau", you can Normal Summon this card in addition to your Normal Summon or Set by returning 1 "Madolche" or "Ghostrick" monster in your GY to your Deck. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) Once per turn: You can target 1 "Madolche" or "Ghostrick" monster you control or in your GY; the Levels of all "Madolche" and "Ghostrick" monsters you control become the same as that target. A "Madolche" or "Ghostrick" Xyz Monster with this card attached to it gains the following effect. 8. Anyways, I was looking at Sword and Shield's WMG Page of TvTropes, and it was pointed out that Grookey's theme may be music/rhythm-based-- its English name could be seen as "Groove"/"Groovy" + "Monkey", while its French name is "Ouistempo" (from "ouistiti", meaning "marmoset", and "tempo"). So that got me to go and check Bulbapedia for the names of the other starters in different languages: Scorbunny's Japanese name is "Hibanī", which is stated may be a combination of 火 hi (fire), 火花 hibana (spark), and bunny. The "spark" in this case is written differently from スパーク, so it may not be alluding to a possible Electric-Type addition to Scorbunny's line, but it's still interesting to point out. On a side note, I feel like Scorbunny may have a sports/track-runner theme. And Sobble's English name seems to be a combination of "sob" and "bubble", given that its French name is "Larméléon" and contains the word "larme", meaning "tear". So it's theme might end up being sadness or emotions in general.
  9. Inb4 its the "Solrock and Lunatone not being in SM/USUM" all over again. Then again, being another counterpart to a EU region, it WOULD be a crime NOT to have the Honedge line in these games.
  10. Even if it doesn't become part-Fighting, it'll most definitely be yet another biped Fire Starter at Stage 2, which "Team Quadruped Fire Starter" ain't gonna be happy about XD Also, I just realized why I was getting deja vu from looking at Scorbunny's pose--it's basically the same as Chimchar's official artwork from Platinum SINNOH FUCKIN' CONFIRMED

  17. Spell Power Distribution Continuous Spell This card's name becomes "Spell Power Grasp" while on the field or in the GY. Up to 3 times per turn, during either player's turn: You can take 1 Spell Counter from a card on the field with Spell Counters on it and place it on another card on the field that you can place Spell Counters on. This effect of "Spell Power Distribution" cannot be used more than once per Chain. You can banish this card from your GY; add from your Deck or GY to your hand, 1 card whose original (printed) name is "Spell Power Grasp" or "Spell Power Control". You can only use this effect of "Spell Power Distribution" once per turn. The idea here is to give a bit of support to the 2 "Spell Power" Spells by (1) giving them a searcher/recycler and (2) giving them 1-3 more copies for "Control"'s Spell Counter-placing effect. And also a support for Spell Counters for cards that can only use the Counters that are on themselves (like Library and the most recent "Endymion" monsters).
  18. The dream of Futaba and/or Morgana joining in on the Guidance has now been crushed. =(

  23. I'm kinda liking the gimmick and concept of the "Time Thief" Archetype which was revealed recently, so I decided to throw together a couple of cards which I think might end up being utilized effect-wise in future releases. Time Thief Oscilla DARK/Lv 4/Psychic/Effect/1300 ATK/1800 DEF If a material that is owned by your opponent is detached from an Xyz Monster you control; You can Special Summon this card from your GY (if it was there when the material was detached) or hand (even if not), but banish it when it leaves the field. If this card is used as Material for the Summon of an Xyz Monster: You can attach 1 “Time Thief” card from your hand or GY to that monster. If that Xyz Monster has "Time Thief" in its original name AND was Summoned using only “Time Thief” cards when this effect was activated, you can instead attach 1 random card from your opponent’s hand to that Xyz Monster. You can only use each effect of “Time Thief Oscilla” once per turn. Time Thief Undoer DARK/Rank 4/Psychic/Xyz/Effect/2000 ATK/2400 DEF 2+ Level 4 monsters If your opponent activates a card or effect from their hand during your Main Phase or either player’s Battle Phase (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 “Time Thief” card from your hand, field or GY; negate the activation of that card or effect, and if you do, attach that card to this monster as Xyz Material. (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; return to the Deck, 1 of your opponent’s cards that is either banished or in their GY. You can only use each effect of “Time Thief Undoer” once per turn.
  24. inb4 Persona 5 memes So, an Archetype that can fuel itself with your opponent's cards... looks very promising already. I'd like to see if any more cards come out which interact with "materials owned by your opponent", as well as perhaps a monster that attaches a monster it/a "Time Thief" monster destroys by battle to itself as material. Perhaps also a card that attaches a material from your opponent's hand to an Xyz Monster? Possibilities seem endless =3 Plus I finally have an Archetype for Alister Azimuth to use.
