Would anyone be interested in more favorite anime that ___ studio animated polls (like the one I made on YCM for Madhouse)? If anyone cares, here's what the results of that one were:
Spoiler(meaning YCM's favorite Madhouse anime is Hunter x Hunter (2011), at least in 2017)

No Switch port for Persona 5 is a shame, but I was totally not expecting a Persona 5 Musou game.

What was your favorite Yugioh card when you were younger?

Any good PS4 FPS that I could spend a lot of time singleplayer? I want to be able to get a FPS that I don't need to do multiplayer to get use out of it. Bonus if it has something similar to Halo:Reach's Firefight mode.

Mob ends next week and One-Punch starts the day after. The ONE train don't stop.

No one told me you could ride a catbus in Persona 5, this game's great

We're 1255 chapters into Hajime no Ippo, and George Morikawa has stated he's probably only covered about half the story material.

Poor Mob.

I don't think I've seen a game go from extremely loved/considered a masterpiece to extremely cynically looked back on/disliked faster than KH3 since like, Heavy rain in 2010, maybe. Even then, KH3 is like a 2 week-old game but it took a while for Heavy Rain's whole "the new age of vidya storytelling" hype to fade away.
What went wrong?

If you're a Shonen fan you should seriously be reading Dr. Stone. Easily one of the best series running in Jump right now and has been insanely consistent. It will even have an anime in several months. Get in now before everyone knows about it.

Breath of the Wild's weapon degradation system docks it like 20 points on a 5 out of 5 rating system, how did anyone give it beaming reviews on switch without the infinite durability mod? Especially since the reward for many things is weapons which degrade, and it makes many battles that wouldve been big challenges gear checks/makes even small encounters need to be avoided sometimes.

The weapons breaking was my initial fear before playing the game, but it ultimately didn't impact my experience outside of a couple hairy spots. I reached the point towards the end of the game and post-story where I have several unopened chests and temples marked on the map to go to if my stash runs low

This weeks Mob was pure fire. Such a good series.

DBFZ S2 DLC is fuckin' hype and we don't even know them all yet (at least according to the trailer, I dunno if dataminers know some shit).

Im going to an anime convention the friday after the next(I think) on nour's request, anyone have any idea of what they're like?
@Sophia @Mitcher Green-
They're fun.
Lot of people watching to do and it's cool to see all the different cosplays. Panels vary, some are cool and some are whatever. I don't usually go to that many, but they'll give you a full schedule so you can see and plan out which ones sound interesting.
Art alleys and the merch room are where it's at because you see a bunch of cool shit. Just be mindful of expenses, they can add up.

KH Drinking Game:
Drink whenever someone says darkness, heartless, or nobody.
Drink water whenever someone says light, Sora, Donald, or Goofy.
^that way you won't die

I can't stand the pacing of One Piece's anime, but I just had to watch this weeks episode.

I got Super Mario Oddysey for my birthday, just got it now since my mom lives far away, and now I am wondering, I still have Galaxy in my backlog, so which do I play first. Also, is it really a 50 hour game for completionists? That is crazy to me.
-
They're both really solid and offer different experiences. Both have the 64/Sunshine style of control but Galaxy messes with different physics and traditional power-ups whereas Odyssey lets you use the hat to do some creative platforming and then the capture mechanic to interact with the enemies and environment.
I'd say maybe Odyssey first because the game nails its presentation and its campaign is quicker. There's a shitton of moons to collect for completionists, but you don't need nearly that amount to complete the main game. I may be a little more biased since Odyssey is probably my favorite Mario game to date, but you can't go wrong with either. One other potential point in Galaxy's favor is you have more varied level design and worlds to explore. Not selling Odyssey short, but that one has a set amount of hub-worlds you explore just like in 64/Sunshine.
