      serious answer: choosing to believe the country music stations are racist or them being trepidatious about playing a song from an artist not normally associated with country is your prerogative. i'd believe either. imagine dragons is alt rock. you're comparing apples and oranges. also caring what radio stations play is the least interesting way to find new music.

    Wild Train in Austria is gonna close at end of 2024. Really sucks because I was nearby in Salzburg earlier this year but didnt go and probably won't get back in time. Shame, reportedly the most violent 'family coaster'

      Likely in some capacity around the summer. I wouldn't expect it to be how it used to be until 2022.

      There was never a Debates section here. We determined early on that the "glorified arguing" section was pointless. It's fine to discuss similar stuff in General as long as it doesn't turn into childish name-calling.

    Why does this site feel so empty every time I check in? Is it because the community is split over this and YCM?

      Because 1) we're basically starting over by scrapping all the history, and as flame noted, there are splits in the community so we took a small but close knit community and split it in two. Crops sown, crops reaped

      Realistically, it's because the things that saw much of YCM's activity are still being put into place here. I don't really consider the user base to be terribly fractured, considering almost everyone on the old forum us here as well, and the online member count us comparable to that of YCM's over the last year or so, without the bloat caused by users who only used the card maker.
