I'll bring up the rules thing but again no one responded to Blacks post so it's tough to make changes.

Again simply people online doesn't work since some are just for the cardmaker while here only counts those on the forum.

  6. During the End Phase of the turn this card was activated, add “Spellbook” Spell Cards with different names from your Deck to your hand, except “Spellbook of Judgment”, up to the number of "Spellbook" Spell Cards activated after this card’s resolution, or, you can Special Summon from your Deck 1 Spellcaster-Type monster whose Level is equal to the number of "Spellbook" Spell Cards activated after this card’s resolution. You can only activate 1 “Spellbook of Judgment” per turn. OG: During the End Phase of the turn this card was activated, add “Spellbook” Spell Cards from your Deck to your hand, except “Spellbook of Judgment”, up to the number of (1) Spell Cards activated after this card’s resolution, then (2), you can Special Summon from your Deck 1 Spellcaster-Type monster whose Level is less than or equal (3) to the number of cards added to your hand by this effect. You can only activate 1 “Spellbook of Judgment” per turn. 1) Only counts spellbooks activated after it, no more cheesing with Upstart 2) Summon or Add, not both 3) Summon level has to be exact, no more using 5 cards and then summoning jowgen

(1) Cannot be targeted by an opponent’s card effect. (2) You can detach 1 material from this card; you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, also take 2 “Number” Dragon monsters from your Extra Deck and/or GY, except “Number 97: Dragravion”, and Special Summon 1 of them, and if you do, attach the other to it as material, also monsters you control cannot attack for the rest of this turn, except the Special Summoned monster.
  8. The other problem is Dark Law + Toad is literally ABZ off super poly

  15. Would ultimate offering with a hard OPT be fair?

    1. UltimateIRS

      UltimateIRS

It could probably be at 3 with a soft OPT

    2. Arbalest's Big Crossbow

      Arbalest's Big Crossbow

Sounds like it'd be utter trash unless there are archetypes out there that could end the BP with a NS. Like, why run this instead of Double Summon lol

It's slower, dies to backrow hate, and you pay more than 0 LP. Imo, errata it to be a whole lot different from Double Summon. Be quirky, give it a hard 3PT or something, and up the LP cost as a meaningless gesture. Not sure if that's actually balanced but iirc the problem with Offering was that you could use it eleventy bajillion times, not that you could use it more than once.

    3. Ultimagamer

      Ultimagamer

A lot of cards could probably be unlimited with HOPT. Like Butterfly Dagger Elma for example.
