  1. Umm... Not to be a contrarian or anything, but I prefer imaginary numbers thank you.
  2. Do you mean the "Each time these Tokens"... part? Perhaps I should have written it as "Each time a 'Thick Layer Token'" to specify which token generates 2 more. I didn't intend it to loop. The idea is that the smaller Tokens don't generate any more.
  3. I didn't even know World Chalice/World Legacy even had that card... It feels so obscure considering I play a World Legacy Orcust build every now and then. XD I guess it is because its 1st effect supports World Chalice. Seems a bit too archetypal, and this Grit is slower anyways so it isn't significantly outclassing it. And as far as the first effect goes... Yeah I didn't know how to write it either. I just winged it in hopes I did something right. I'll tinker with it some more though. I might do something along the lines of this guys 1st Pendulum effect somehow Performapal_Gumgumouton.

Well you can still use other Chainable Traps that Paleo often likes to run so not the end of the world for that, it just means it is more of a utility alternative compared to Back Jack... Which I think fits your notion on how currently or recently relevant cards shouldn't be outright outclassed by cards we make in CC. Anyhow I don't think you need to change the PSCT like that... This is more along the lines of overly excitable personalities like myself simply not paying attention to or considering the fact that it means the effect of the Trap in its entirety. It is just something that will occasionally be overlooked I would imagine.
  5. Interesting... I like this. It isn't as flexible as Junk_Collector, but it has a lot more support geared towards it especially from Burning_Abyss and it pulls stuff from the Deck as oppose to needing the trap in GY. One real notable use I can think of is it can send a Paleozoic to the GY and fuel up the GY with one more Paleo while activating its primary effect. In addition, you could splash this in Paleozoic with Fiend_Griefing. It is way more reliable than Absolute_King_Back_Jack in some regard. One thing in question though... Does this ignore cost? Anyhow love the name being a portmanteau of "Jack in the Box" and "Trap", and its flavor even though they've used Mimics in the game before... Although they never gave a one of those monsters an effect that characterizes a mimic as well as this. So bonus point there.

  7. I hadn't touched the material game in ages... And I pulled Smug Waifu Madame Verre of all things in 1st pack of Infinity Chasers I bought.

      Lucky pull, man. I bought my copy of Verre. The best thing I pulled from those packs was an Infinitrack Anchor Drill.

  8. So is that a no on Hydradrive and their multi-elemental boss monster? XD Love LGD, but.... Unlike most boss monsters I see.... He has a glaring and very apparent weakness being himself overtime or for a short time if randomly dealt with Iron Imperial Wall. At that rate it seems ideal to get it out with all 5 mentioned Attributes to boot, so you waste no time dealing as much damage as you can before your resources start depleting. Easiest way I can see it being done so far is with Dark_Doriado, and Enchanting_Fitting_Room with Normal Monsters of the remaining attribute that you stack with her effect. Not sure how to make that build consistent though. It seems like meme or bust with all the Garnets you have to run. XD

  10. Gogogo Aristera & Dexia lock is looking more and more consistent with all this new "Onomatopoeia" support... Something Watthopper lock is feeling jelly about. XD
  11. Yeah I meant into the Deck. The small things I overlook. XD The Quick Effect is more along the lines to help D.D. via crashing with D.D._Warrior_Lady , D.D._Assailant, or D.D._Warrior , and then follow up by shuffling with what they banished for this card to pull off an attack. Of course, that is one aspect of D.D. and it doesn't cover the rest of what archetype is... "Trying" to do. Additionally, I wanted it is also countermeasure against Metaphys or tech for them as well. If I say were to make it require 2 shuffled monsters... Do I add the combined original ATK of the 2? Asking in case I wanted to go that route with balancing.

  13. I didn't consider Malicious... But, that is a cool thing to consider. Lot of Link Laddering can happen... Isn't Malicious going back to 3 in TCG too?
  14. It is about time with Time Thief having at least 1 more Main Deck member... That one Quick-Play has more value, and Regulator has more targets. Plus, it deals with one thing Time Thieves usually struggle with dealing with that lack of field presence. I'll probably look at these more thoroughly later. But, yeah I had to say something about that Time Thief. Edit: Also, I love Battle Survivor... He can recycle stupid stuff like Waboku... And handful of other Battle Traps, and perhaps some Quick-Plays that pertain to ATK gain.
