During damage calculation, if a Cyberse monster battles a monster (Quick Effect): You can send this card from your hand to the GY; all face-up monsters switch their current ATK and DEF.

I like this. With Link monsters, their ATK remains static. But with anything else, you can really turn the tables. All those high DEF Rock monsters suddenly become more aggressive, while some big bosses shrink in size. Even if your Deck doesn't mainly consist of Cyberse monsters, you could have one or two in your Extra Deck and then play this. There's hardly any hand trap that switches ATK and DEF. Most increase ATK, but this is the first that I've seen switch. and not until the End Phase. Nice.

Also, on a quick note, Cynet Mining and Lady Debugger target for consistency.

I suggest changing "when a Cyberse monster you control battles" into "when a Cyberse monster battles". My angle would be to have it be live when your opponent has a Cyberse and you don't for whatever reason. 

It doesn't make a huge difference but the option would be nice. As an extra comment, I really like how the change is permanent. You could do a lot of things with that.

I like the concept. TI find turning Shield and Sword/Inverse Universe into a hand trap, yet limited to supporting Cyberses, as a nice approach for making ATK/DEF swapping effects more relevant. At first thought that Links being unaffected by it would be hindrance, but the unchanging ATK can be advantageous too. What I'm not sure is if it the effect can actually activate when a Link is involved since they have no DEF in the first place. You may have to resort to tricky PSCT like "...switch the current ATK and DEF of all face-up monsters, except Link monsters."

I think it'd be like how you activate stuff like Zero Gravity while Links are out on the field. Activating it means you have the means to have it resolve on SOMETHING more often than not, but my guess is that it has to have something legit to affect at the moment it activates. In a similar way, this probably (as it currently is) can resolve to nothing if nothing can change ATK with DEF at the time it is resolving, and it just has to have a non-LINK to affect at the moment of triggering it. 

I think it should be able to legally activate even with no visible effect, but knowing Yugioh, it would probably already demand at least 1 monster with DEF. "except Link Monster" sounds a little redundant tbh.

Oh, damn right, the statement is redundant. I guess the text is mostly fine, except for the missing (Quick Effect) PSCT.

      The result of some drawing practice I felt like making into a full card. A pretty straightforward effect that's probably significantly more powerful than I imagine it to be. But hey, those dusty Performance of the Swords and Crab Turtles in your box of old cards deserve some love.
