Vote for Jirachi. Not particularly a fan, but Steel/Psychic is a solid typing, especially before Steel lost resistances to Ghost and Psychic, ans Serene Grace can be so nasty. Part of me secretly wishes it gets a type change to Fairy/Steel eventually, and yet another part acknowledges this typing contributes to giving it a niche. It certainly would lose more weaknesses, but IDK if taking neutral hits from Steel is a crucial factor in the Smogon metagame.
