Counter Trap Card
You can only activate a card with this card’s name once per turn.
(1) When a Spell/Trap is activated while you control a “Time Thief” Xyz Monster: Negate that activation, and if you do, attach that card as Xyz material to a “TIme Thief” Xyz Monster you control.

Note: May 20th 2012 is oddly enough a day off of the premiere of the second episode between V vs Kaito. I’m not sure what they could be referencing here.

Okay that is a little more like it! Redoer isn't going to always be able abuse its stunning effect so this gives you more reinforcement on that strat in the off chance that you don't get Flyback or pull a trap from your opponent's Deck. That attach effect is a nice touch too as not only can it offer Redoer materials to gain effects, but in certain situations it could be good to store something you negated that you wouldn't want in your opponent's Graveyard.

To top this all off, you could technically splash this in any Rank 4 heavy Deck (e.g Heraldic Beast) since Redoer is pretty much generic, I mean who wouldn't want an Infernity Barrier for their Deck?

Not gonna lie, between this and Start-Up, Time Thieves are building up, though not quite there yet. That aside, I will be legitimately shocked if we didn't get Perpetua as in import in IGAS in TCG.
