Mario Kart: Double Dash Versus Star Fox Assault

Assault is my favorite Star Fox game, if you don't count Star Link, as it felt actually different to the game they keep re-releasing with slight changes. True, remnants from Adventure drag it down, but I like the character and enemy designs, the voice acting was alright, and the gameplay was tight.

Nothing wrong with Double Dash, just not as memorable.

Mario Kart Double Dash was actually the first GameCube game I got, as it was bundled with the console. With Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, I went back to it and it hasn't aged well. But I did like the mechanic of switching characters and items.

Vote for Double Dash. As the Mario Kart iteration for GC, it didn't have a lot of competition at least for me as a Nintendo player.
On the other hand, didn't play SF Assault.

I never played Star Fox Assault, and double dash was my favourite racing title on the gamecube.
