Donation Goals

The site does cost money each month to upkeep. I don't sell any data, nor do I run any ads - any support you can give to help with the upkeep of things would be greatly appreciated.
There is no max goal for this donation, nor and end point. The rough costs for the site are around 40/50 GBP each month give or take 10 either side depending on the month, there are periods at the start of the year where this does increase significantly due to renewals for the domain and SSL certificates that this site runs off.
The site will remain active and online for as long as I can maintain it. I'm not struggling financially (at least as much as some!) and can maintain this regardless.

“I’m a little busy at the moment!” Chris shot back. The big monster’s stare had very nearly made him fall over, a dangerous position to be in when the rest of his plan had worked a little too well. With his dagger, Chris had managed to goad the shadow creature attacking Lana into not attacking her, giving her ample time to hit the larger monster while it was down. The problem, of course, was now he had two shadow creatures to deal with, and whatever the big monster was doing that wasn’t standing up besides. Chris still managed a hasty retreat when the monsters lunged, lunging away himself, but the cold stare of the shadow creature’s larger brethren meant that he was slower to get up than he would have liked and his pursuers only got closer. Chris swung his sword wildly behind himself. He didn’t expect to do much, if any damage, but whatever deterred his pursuers for even a few moments was a tool he was going to use. And yet, despite the difficulty, Chris knew that he had to make things worse on himself. He had a second dagger, and though he couldn’t help Ziun with his request, he could at least make it easier for Lana and Ziun to put that work in for him. He drove the ball of his foot into the ground and made a hard pivot around and back to the others, to the one remaining shadow monster still attacking someone else, and, the moment it started to break free of its vines, Chris let the dagger fly. “And, for my next trick…” Chris said, as he unwound his magic string again. “Maybe it’s one you’ve seen before, but it’s still good. It better still be, anyway.”

"Whoa, a human leader!" Hana said, then scrunched her face up, "wait, no, that's the norm isn't it? I always forget that!" Her face lit up when Fen enjoyed the hot dog. "Ooooh we're gonna be buddies! Anyone who likes food is a buddy in my eyes!" "I'm not familiar with this kind of meat though. Do you know what kind of dog this is?" “Don’t ask how the sausage is made. I can make a guess later, if you’re truly curious, but to avoid saying something too unappetizing right now, I guess the best way to put it is that they probably found a way to use as much of the animal as they could.” "I don't think it's any dog!" Hana tilted her head, "well, I dunno actually. I'm not sure what kinda meats are here...isn't that amazing? I thought I had eaten all the food there was back home but now I'm in this place with food I couldn't ever even think of! Have you had a fishicle yet?" Hana smiled at Melissa, "it's nice to meet you, miss nun! Oh are you a healer? Like, from one of those fantasy games? I could never play those for long I would always get stuck and there's so much reading just let me whack the goblin with a stick ya know?" Rona cleared her throat. "Our companions should be here any second now, once they are we can figure out how we want to split up these tasks." As if summoned by her words they could hear the sound of feet padding along the ground and they saw Constable, with Kasayee draped over his back, running up to them. "Leader!" Hana called out, "we were just talking about dogs!" -

QB The boy was surprised by Quinn's sudden speech. It seemed as though he wanted to argue with them but, as he took in the words, he wasn't even sure what he would be arguing against. However just before Quinn left he shouted, "I-I'll climb down the mountain...you know...sometime!" He debated something and then, "I'm Dennis, by the way!" and turned away from Quinn even if they were to say anything else in response. --- Some time later, Haunter having recovered, Dennis was talking to the Pokemon. "Dunno what their deal was anyway. But...they were...a bit interesting, I guess?" After a bit more time they began to prepare a bag of supplies, "just in case I have to leave quick!" --- Upon leaving the lighthouse the duo would eventually find Jacklyn and Anneliese. Jacklyn in a...spirited debate with a young man. JA "Oh yeah?" Chad said with a sneer. "You probably don't even know how to battle with them properly yet. Amateurs like you get lucky sometimes but that luck can only go so far." Anneliese suddenly spoke up, startling the young man who had honestly forgotten she was there. "Oh, hello Quinn, hello Bridget, we have found some friends! They're new to this place too, isn't that great?" "We're not friends." Chad and Fuyumi said in unison. Kenta, after being stared at by the two, also said it with a large delay. Though he didn't seem to have any conviction behind his words.
