Reminds me oddly of Monika's song from DDLC Pretty voice, fun music, kinda made me sleepy which not necessarily good thing atm, 8/10 though

While Lana wasn't immediately looking at the big shadow monster, running from the little shadows that were chasing her, it was very apparent to her that the creature had smashed into the ground in some way. As she turned back to look she saw that, while not having fallen prone or being dead, it was left wide open as it was knocked down to its hands and knees. While this was a perfect opportunity to go and strike it Lana had the issue of a shadow still chasing after her and she hardly wanted to get grabbed by it again.  As such the girl began to run and shuffle around trying to shake the creature off though, even more annoyingly, it had seemed to grow better at pursuing her and was only managing to get closer. While she was ready to just make a bolt for it again and run straight through the shadow, a dagger passed through the mass of darkness. The shadow's interest in Lana waned as its attention was turned towards the source of the dagger and began its pursuit of Chris anew.  The girl gave a nod in appreciation to his attack before gripped the haft of her axe tight and ran at full speed towards the monster. Last time it had been downed she went to strike at its ankles to try and keep it down. Its body, however, proved to be far more resilient in keeping its shape and that strategy ended as soon as it began. If that were the case then there was a target that was more in her mind. She didn't know if any part of its body was more important to strike than any other, but the fact that it had the shape of a head had to be important. Or at least she hoped it did.  With a running start, a full sprint, the girl leaped into the air and swung her axe with all the might she could muster bringing it down in an arc against the creature's head.
