Listening to Game Explains Q&A about SwSh. Sounds like some of the technical issues people were seeing might be a result of the games not being legit.

  Other than the softlock/dynamax issues, which were proven to be due to messing with the code, nope.
  
  Eurogamer and others report the same issues, such as draw distance, popping in and out, etc. are still there.
