Looks like the normal. From what I've learned it is super rare, but like, the card looks like trash so I do not understand why it is worth so much, regardless how rare it is, if it has next to zero play value.
It’s not an actual super. One of a kind rarity, 10000 Secret Rare, because it’s the 10000th card made. It’s a collector’s item. And those are expensive. Being bad doesn’t change that fact.
