  1. I have a suggestion: If it attacks an opponent's monster: You can destroy that monster at the start of the Damage Step. If this card is targeted for an attack: You can reduce its DEF by 300, and if you do, negate the attack. While this card has not activated its effect this turn, it is unaffected by your opponent's card effects. ^This way the offensive venom kicks in right away and you don't need to worry about it dying by battle, as it destroys the monster before the attack hits. Also, you get your bit where every color of the rainbow can negate an attack for it once (it's like the snake does light tricks to evade its prey or something). The last effect is so you guarantee the opponent has to have an attack negated by it, or get a monster destroyed (or attempted to be destroyed in the case a monster attacking is immune to destruction effects) by its effect in order to use effects to get rid of it. What do you think?
  2. Renewed Core of Koa`ki Meiru [Spell] This card is always treated as "Iron Core of Koa`ki Meiru". If sent to the GY by a "Koa`ki Meiru" or "Core" card: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy it. While this card is banished: You can shuffle it into the Deck, and if you do, draw 1 card for each "Koa`ki Meiru" monster you control with a different Type. During your Draw Phase: You can banish this card from your GY. - - - - - - - Notes: -Yes, if you run this at 3, you can't run the original Iron Core. -I Know Koa`ki Rocks are good, but I wanna support Urknight, Bergzak, Maximus, Rooklord, Crusader, and the other single tech kinds. It wants you to run different Types and Maximus and Rooklord can both setup the stage for the multi-draw effect, and it going back to the deck means support can keep searching it (it has a bunch of cards that can search it up, but never recycle, and much less so if banished). -Core Overclock and Core Transport Unit have more of a purpose now because everything else in the archetype will only discard this card on your End Phase, and if you want to capitalize on the destruction effect triggering, this is your best bet. You either get +1500 ATK on all your monsters for the turn or search another copy of this card to further do things (none of these effects are hard OPT).
  3. Mystical Eye of the Space Typhoon [Quick-Play Spell] Target 1 Spell/Trap on the field; destroy it. Then, if it was a face-up Spell, negate the effect of cards with that card's name until the end of the turn. - - - - - So here's another option for S/T removal. Twin Twister covers the x2 destruction for a discard. Cosmic Cyclone covers the better removal (banishing) but for 1k LP. In terms of 1 for 1 removal that only destroys, Artifact Ignition, or the Traps (Heavy Storm Duster and Paleozoic Olenoides). Soooo I guess a pure and simple MST effect is no longer really all that ground-breaking. I wanted to go for a "Called by the Grave" effect, but not one that could affect Normal Traps, as they are already a bit underused nowadays... though still not fully on board with that idea because the decks that DO use it like Altergeist, are some of the last things I want to give an edge to. The flavor is that in the eye of a storm, everything is quiet while the tempest is still raging on around it, so in this card's case it'd prevent the effect from coming out of the eye zone as it'd be swept away by the typhoon around it.
  4. Gonna drop this comment here to at least acknowledge that I read the requests and will work on them. Just that every day I've either been too busy to do anything other than sleep and work, or have had time but somehow lacked in energy so I ended up napping through said free time. Will get to them for sure though xD
  5. Hey for everybody, it is totally fair game to request stuff again however much you want to. Though there is just one condition: I'll only hear 1 request at a time for each person, otherwise I'd end up procrastinating and dropping this eventually out of despair xD I want to keep drawing stuff... and who knows, maybe down the road I can ink and color some of them.

  7. No worries. It is also not mandatory that you gotta give me stuff to change if you do like the way it came up. Not to mention it being sketch means there's a more polished drawing that could be done with what we have too down the road xP Don't wanna make you feel pressured. This thread is gonna stay open in case you think up something or if you wanna request something else too. On it. Looking at some potential witch clothing though since my witch characters pretty much just wear oversized hoodies..... and I'm saying this while being aware I might end up doing that here too if I can't pull off something else haha xD *cough* anyways..... I'm already sketching it up. As for the message.... if you are not particularly keen on the idea, I can also bring up other stuff. What are you more comfortable with drawing btw? Machines? Creatures? Humans? =0 Awright. xP Gonna try my hand at it.

  9. Tough crowd xD I originally wanted to draw 1 axe on each hand and have him cross them up in more or less the position that one is at. Hmm I was going for how the bunny ranger I drew had a relatively short nose/mouth so I was wondering if it'd look weird if I radically changed the furry direction there xD Though gotta see if I can come up with some edits for it. You don't really need to worry about what the furry rangers are meant to look like. This is YOUR request after all so it looks how you want it to. If it was part of my hypothetical set of furry power rangers I probably wouldn't even have included a hyena because I'd end up drawing a weird-looking dog instead.... xP Feral/wild expression buh? Not the first thing that comes to mind when I think Power Rangers but maybe it can work.

  11. Let this be a base to build upon. From here it'd be easier to pinpoint stuff like the hair, eyes, clothes, or anything else to change up. Tried to use the site colors as they appear in the site skin/theme I'm using, and to make the character a girl with fairly short hair (except for the two bangs on the sides) that seems into stuff like card games, pokemon, videogames, etc. I wanted to make a sketch portraying roleplays in some way but have no idea what that'd look like. THOUGH tbh in the uncolored ones it looks a bit too similar to how I draw myself for YCM's profile a while ago... so please tell me what to change xD

  13. I thought you of all people would have fakemon prepared for this sort of thread should it ever come out. It flatters me though that you ask me for essentially a continuation of the bunny I drew. Someone is fond of Haida xD I don't think I can pull off drawing a hyena that doesn't end up looking like a dog, but I think I'll give it a shot... after I cover Cow's request xP
  14. Hmm... I thought of the mascot concept but didn't really come up with anything back when it was brought up at the status posts. I tried sketching something up a few times but could not relate the results to NCM in any way xD Stuff like Kuriboh or DMG were crossed out due to the forums involving more than just Yugioh's card game. The two main ideas were a shiba, or a cute anime girl. The latter being the one brought up a little more.... Also since you said Gijinka, it is probably the keyword to start with. Though beyond that any other feature is up in the air. If I get a few more features to take into account, I could probably get to work ^^"
  15. With how I have work, unfinished videogames, and a few personal projects going on, this sounds very unwise.... BUT! I made something like this back in YCM when I started using brush pens and markers so I could get used to them a little better. I wanna repeat that here. What's this about? If you want something to be drawn, drop the idea here and I'll sketch out something.... potentially ink/color but don't wanna make that promise as to not procrastinate my thread into the ground thinking about it xD Logo-thingie:

I did not expect to get anything at all xD I was fairly active last January but then I started my new job and have been ghosting around the better part of 2019, and now I'm trying to get a little more active again and balance things up better. I pretty much assumed to be forgotten haha.... And congrats to the other winners. ^-^
  17. Random idea. I've never drawn an anthropomorphic character before. Also, I've been wanting to draw something using the power rangers aesthetic for a while..... I decided to cover both in a single image, and unlike the other stuff I usually upload, this is no part of a bigger set or project of any kind. Yet I think I wanna see it to completion and improve a few things here and there xD Any feedback or comments you might have in mind are always welcome~ Even if I don't always implement them right away, I try to keep them for the next time I grab a pencil.
  18. Thank you so much. I'm actually struggling with it so giving this feedback is a godsend to me. Dancer was meant to have an aura but IDK why I thought it was a good idea to use what I used since it pretty much blended with the background xD I think blue was a bad idea for it, but I am not sure what the best color would be for it. Thankfully I drew it using a light box to trace the sketch into paper that could withstand the markers so I can just pull out the sketch and do it once more haha. I will try to edit Rudolph like such. To be honest he was not intended to come out different but was kinda expected to since it is the first one I colored (and I wish I had given it a bigger glow that overshadowed the auras I'd put the others into since that's kind of his thing). I also think I didn't give it enough dark shaded areas like the others in general so it looks a little blander. I'll work on the belly bit too xP I need to look up Vixen's definition, if it has another meaning I could probably take it ^^" Then again, I think I'll just add details to Rudolph and rework Dancer for now. Else I'll start procrastinating on the fixes xD
  19. I updated the OP with most reindeer. I only lack Dancer the second reindeer, which I had colored already but I messed it up trying to make it have a dark blue glow similar to the others and somehow ended up with a dark blue-green-ish deer with super saturated inking that's pretty much beyond a fix. I'll post it down here in the comments but I'll be looking into retrying it for the OP.....

Looks like something that'd be used as a Link or Xyz engine considering having this and Goblindberg in hand can get you 3 Level 4 monsters, and the attack barrier doesn't need anything else and works in itself. I'd say it is pretty solid as a card. I'm guessing that was the intention. Makes me get an idea for Goblin support.... If stuff like disruptors had the condition of making Goblins stand up again and even boosting them up in different ways, that'd be a neat resurface of their theme xD
  21. Chronicler has 2 "add from GY to hand" effects. The SP effect is a floating effect, but it does have a MP effect that is not delayed. Same with Disciple. She has an immediate search effect during MP, and a second effect that says she revives when destroyed by effect. They all have a first effect that destroys something from hand to get a card from somewhere (immediately), and a different effect that floats when destroyed by effects. Only the latter is for the SP. As for the other parts, I very much like the way the fix reads xD
  22. The intent is to provide the hand trap clause but under the condition that when the actual effect does happen, you gotta be able to destroy a WIND in hand. It's meant to be an addendum to the TT effect, not a different chain, or I would have written it in the colon/semi-colon format of clauses that start their own chains. It's not unheard of for a card to be able to start 2 chains on its own but it's not what happens here. It'd be more convoluted but I guess the change would be along the lines of: You can activate this card from your hand, but if you do, you must also destroy 1 WIND monster in your hand with its effect. another potential edit could be forcing a reveal of the WIND in hand for the hand trap clause, and then finding a way to incorporate the WIND destruction from hand into the resolution of the effect, but that sounds more wordy and potentially tricky. Though the intent is that you can't use the hand trap clause if you don't have a WIND to destroy, but once used, it should go on even if something in the chain causes you to stop having the WIND afterwards. It's not an extra TT if it is better than TT xD TT would be the secondary option because this card always has a small chance of gaining you LP, on top of always being a TT effect (at worst). The game has enough nukes like Needle Ceiling so I figured it is time to update the power of Traps (Torrential could afford to get a retrain version that did that effect but with an extra clause or two related to WATER as well IMO).

I'm amazed that Pot of Dichotomy being a fair and solid card, can't find a place in most decks out there (I guess because it fits my idea of a fair and fun power level that's good, but that in the IRL current game is apparently too slow). It also reminds me of "The Seventh One" which gives you up to a 4500 ATK triple attacker that essentially negates the opponent entirely for the turn... and still doesn't see play. Makes me question if this would be good as is, even though something inside me tells me it should have some sort of drawback to it. I know it can be a pretty good +1 with a hand-fix property sparkled on top for anything that does all the consistency lifting via searching/recycling rather than via drawing, which is an increasingly common thing (off the top of my head I know Sky Strikers could use it well). Then again we have Desires and its variant that uses the Extra Deck instead (and I don't like using either of them but I'd certainly use this card) and they haven't done a ton of problems. There's also Pot of Avarice at 1 in Japan for the longest time and I find myself eager for the day they finally release that card on the TCG side. All in all, I don't know... xD Feels wrong, but doesn't look wrong. Haha... Bonus points that it doesn't need a hard OPT clause because of the draw phase and "start of MP1" conditions, and that said conditions kind of discourage you from running many other straight up draw effects, if any, as to not risk dead drawing into this.
