  1. You would remove Dark-type's immunity to it. So evil. IIRC I already asked, but this time factor in the new stuff from Sw/Sh: Which typing and moves would you have if you were a Pokemon, based on yourself as well as your personal tastes? Also would appreciate if you went as far as choosing a nature, held item (e.g. if you usually wear a scarf, then Silk Scarf could be the held item of choice) and overview of stat spread or role (high offense an speed for sweeping, bulk for tanking, etc.).
  2. I'm not convinced by the Rabbit kit there. You don't even run 3 Megalosmashers and if you open Rabbit it cuts your combo potential by Rabbit taking the NS and making you rely on... Miscellaneousaurus I guess, to extend plays. Also I see an strange absence of Overtex Coatlus. Pankratops should come in handy, too. And you don't have to put too much thought on how many copies to run since it's now Limited in TCG. With Diagram Limited I would think Argosaurus has more importance now and that it's better to run it in a higher number, at least 2. Then again, it's easily searchable by Miscellaneousaurus. It goes down to testing card ratios. As for the Traps... any reason to run CotH over, let's say, Back to the Front? IMO cards like Called by the Grave, and even Crossout Designator if you can affort it, are important to stop hand traps that would stop your combos. If you aren't running more disruptive cards such as Impermanence, Ash, etc., nor board breakers like Nibiru and Dark Ruler no More, at least run anti hand-trap cards.
  3. ASAP - As soon as possible
  4. IDK if I already asked but here ot goes: Which Pokemon ability would you buff? And what would be that buff?
  5. Most of it looks solid and I appreciate you gave him an axe.The head, though... it's not so hyena-like xD Looks more like rodent-based than an feliform. The nose/snout can be bigger or longer. And I imagined a more feral expression, like Wolf from Star Fox series, Obstagoon, or perhaps madness like the hyenas from the Lion King animated movie. But the current expression is fine if it the Furry Rangers are meant to be friendly.
  6. Tellars have poor opening turns, actually. You would have to open with Vega and Deneb to get 2 monsters om board, Deneb's search, then keep them on board to make a hard-drawn Tellar Counter Trap live, or go for Batlamyus and ladder into Triverr or something like Isolde or disruptive Rank4 like Dweller, Tornado Dragon, Bagooska. Batterymen are about swarming, but besides Charger they are all GY-based. It would be more flavorful and even more fair if this Link1 involved the GY as well, or Summoned from the GY. That way at least it would need more set-up, and make it harder to splash in other decks. Although you could very well Summon the monster you used as material, if it has a hard OPT clause then you won't generate extra pluses as easily. If Batterymen didn't have effects that make pluses on Summon, then summoning them directly from the Deck wouldn't be as busted but the fact is that they do. In a vacuum the card would be acceptable, but factoring in those effects, I find it concerning. If you want to help their opening plays, then you can consider something like an extra Normal Summon instead. That would assist with swarming and making Charger more live, without going too overboard. Something like 9-Volt, search,go into this and extra NS whatever you searched sounds more fair and reasonable to me.
  7. Huh, Tellarknights aren't doing anything in the meta, and they would greatly appreciate something like this. But even they don't deserve it. My issue with the card is how cheap it is. It's too straightforward card advantage that needs no setup beyond getting a Batteryman on board and it's prone to abuse by splashing Batterymen in better decks. It's even missing flavor. You say it goes with the theme but... how? It's a Link1 that Summons an archetype member from the Deck. That's as generic as it can get. The only Batteryman that Summons from deck is Charger, the rest are GY-reliant. There are other more creative and less abusable ways to support Batterymen. I believe you can do better than this. The argument of a card being counterable doesn't hold because then you could, let's say, make a monster with a broken effect like searching 3 or more cards or whatever and then say it's fair because Veiler, Ash, Impermanence, the Solemns, etc. exist, but I hope I don't have to elaborate on how that's not fair. To add pictures to a post... personally I upload the card image to an image host site such imgur and then copy and paste the link it generates for forum sharing.
  8. An Splatoon form of Cloud from Final Fantasy, or rater Cloud in Splatoon style. Example of what I mean with characters from Pokemon: https://www.deviantart.com/theskywaker/art/Splatoon-Pkmn-Girls-11-14-2019-820288845
  9. Yeah, my comment was previous to the Colossus ban. Still, it remains true that any splashable Batteryman will be able to turn into this and the search it comes with. That's a least a +1, and more if you Summon 9-Volt or the mill from a Solar generates a plus as well. At best it would generate a +3 if you Summon 9-Volt/Solar/Charger, turn it into this and then Summon 9-Volt/Solar. Of course a card like this would be really good for Batterymen, but it's also too potent and cheap. You could make something like this for Tellarknights or any other deck with monsters with on-Summon or floating effects, and it would have a similar impact. Not to mention the simplicity of the card and effect comes off as lazy design. If it was less splashable or more specific for Batterymen (like the example of requiring A Level 5 or higher Batteryman), then it could be more acceptable. Also, a card being counter-able is an argument that doesn't hold, so the existence Veiler, Ash, etc. doesn't make a card any more fair. By the way, Stormforth in turn 1 is no good because rarely the opponent will have something on board to be used as Tribute, besides a 1st turn Phantazmay or similar monsters.
  10. In addition to shenanigans with the PK RUM, turbo Decks like Dark World Dangers! and the like, and IIRC Lunalights as well, dropped it ASAP to stop any monster hand traps from the opponent for the rest of the turn. It seems they decided to ban Azathot due to the latter and with it gone, the PK RUM has less reasons to remain banned. But without PK Bardiche around, I don't see it going too far anyway.
  11. Oh right, just realized the hit both Cards of Demise and Sekka's Light, cutting draw power to the decks that played them. I find it as such a pity because I liked the alternative decks these cards encouraged, even if Cards of Demise was mainly played in floodgate decks. Into the Void is also a draw power card, but in its case I'm fine with the hit because it encouraged turbo builds with DWs, Dangers!, etc. and I don't find that as appealing as the decks supported by Demise, Sekka's Light, and even Pot of Extravagance. And yet, kind of on the other side of the coin, the limit on Red Reboot benefits Trap-based decks, encouraging deck diversity. Speaking of floodgates, x3 Soul Drain seems amusing. It will come in handy as a meta call when GY and/or banish-centric decks dominate. I don't like the Pankratops hit. It was my go-to card for maindeck backrow removal since it can pop both monsters and Spell/Traps. Granted, I only played 2 copies, but even if it's not a major change, it is 1 less backrow remover in the maindeck.
  12. The heck? It's a freaking meta massacre. No Colossus, no Engage, and funny they unlimit Kagari at the same time. They even banned my favorite Orcust by artwork and concept. Once I saw the PK RUM back I assumed something happened to Azathot, and sure enough, it got banned xD Having the EARTH True King sounds fun for Dinosaurs.
  13. Adding: Rin Kagamine (Vocaloid) Hatsune Miku (Vocaloid) Luka Megurine (Vocaloid)
  14. May as well nominate Trickstars again. Trickstar Lilybell Trickstar Black Catbat Trickstar Holly Angel Trickstar Nightshade Also: D.Va (Overwatch) and assuming K-On! is a form of idol series: Azusa Nakano
  15. I realized this has no hard OPT on the detach effect so if you design a deck to drop 3 of these in the EM Zone in an opening turn, that's at least 9 cards gone from the opponent's ED, and even with the random factor it could very well be an FTK depending on the opposing deck. The effect warrants a hard OPT IMO.
