As I approach the end of this first book of my written work, I'm going to be making some sweeping changes to several characters, including Jared, Christina, and Leroy. Mostly their inherited gods. Their elements will remain the same but their gods will be different. Based on their character development, their history, and their nature, the gods they have currently just don't fit.

Man...today is the one year anniversary of my dad passing and while I still miss him, I'm...surprisingly not as emotional as I thought I'd be.

Just finished finally watching Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Honestly, I'm unsure why a lot of people didn't like it...then again, Star Wars is one of those things that keep me in touch with my dad...which made it harder to watch it without him here. Regardless, I enjoyed it a lot.

Most of the criticisms I heard were just in general from the whole trilogy as well as the out of nowhere Force powers they displayed and have now made canon. Honestly, I think the expounded and expanded amount of Force powers makes for it being much more than just mind tricks, lightning, pushing and pulling things...plus, some of these powers were already presented in the games in some fashion...soooooo I welcome the change.
