Leaning back in her chair, shrugging her shoulders as Morgan told her that no one slept in coffins. "Well, you got me there Princess." Ross had to admit something. She had figured she knew what kind of person Morgan was from just a few minutes of talking and a movie. And while she had seemed to still have the basic idea down - not actually expecting her to be an actual witch - she had to admit that the more Morgan described her life back home the more...confusing she was. All the same, Ross got up from her chair, taking her own trash and throwing it away before following the rest of the girls out. As they were leaving, Ross was then surprised again as Morgan asked what she thought of the place she had found herself in. Thinking on it for a moment the girl said, "well, it's familiar enough but I don't think I ever had living plant boy bands or movies quite like that from back home. As far as daily living goes here I imagine this place is a lot more, um, unique then Earth. But well, I haven't been eaten by a five story tall monster yet so I'd say it breaks even to be about the same." With a small grin on her face, she then looked to Morgan saying, "but, I suppose if everyone's as varied as the three of us, then it'll probably make up for the lack of daily monsters in no time." The girl's were then stopped by a sight far more terrifying then the daily demon could ever hope to be. As the overly eccentric and eager girl asked them for funds to see the pant plant band. As Aurora seemed to be low on funds she then deflected the loaning of money to the other two. Ross, who was pretty sure she was not included in this "celebrity" description, held her hands up. "I just got here, so it's not like I have money either." Looking to the girl, feeling a strange sense of pity for her and like if she didn't get her ticket she'd curse Ross's bloodline...more...the girl asked, "are like, concerts a rare thing or something?"

Xa'tok was ever fascinated with the sheer variety of naming conventions among the humans. He mused, wondering if they were descended from a people that had been like his. He had heard stories of some small holdings of Chapaayans on planets and planetoids, and how they had become different from the tribes while still maintaining some constants within their culture. From what little he knew of the humans, it seemed that they were similar. "I will try not to disrupt your routine, Hardass Kansuke." At least this one had been kind enough to provide him with a title to use. That made him feel considerably better. "In spite of how late I imagine I will be up, being enrolled in the Naval Officer Preparatory Examinations as well as this academy's pilot program. Not to mention how I intend to foster a relationship with the spirits of this place." He was content to leave the conversation there for now, as he was intent on making use of the bathing facilities before they became overrun by the other students in roughly an hour's time, but the other brought up his "work" on the pirates. "I only did a Shaman's duty when among warriors, but I appreciate the praise."

"We've been looking for you, Damien. So uh...Who's your new friend?" "Heeeey!" Damien said, pointing at Pyrrha with his mug. "It's, it's P...P....it's the elf!" Damien said. He gestured around him, sloshing a bit of alcohol onto the table in the process, and said "I've been here this whole time. Good job at finding me." He glanced behind Pyrrha. "The others don't wanna come in?" He asked. Then, as if just remembering the minotaur was there, finished off his drink and slammed the mug on the table, indicting for a refill. "This is Ara...ara ara...Arastos!" Damien said. "This is Arastos, say hi Arastos!" The minotaur rumbled something that Pyrrha couldn't understand, in a language that sounded strangely like the noises cattle made, and Damien laughed. "Yeah it really is like that at times isn't it. But no, it's fine, nothing to worry about." Then the minotaur spoke again, this time in the common tongue. "As this man creature says I am Arastos. Not often have I seen your kind in this place. If you came for him I cannot say he will be of much use in the way he is now." --- "so um...we were...we weren't gonna...leave immediately...right? The city, that is. For our...yeah..." "Hurry up and tell us what's the matter, love. My heart couldn't bare to see you hold it in any longer..." Keres watched as Ryia stumbled over her words. Was she as nervous about Lindow as she was? Yet even if that were the case she shouldn't have such trouble speaking. She had talked perfectly clear earlier. Was she worried how they would react to the news? Keres realized that might have been her fault. For her less than reassuring response before. Feeling guilty, the mage decided it was up to her to make it right. So she patted Ryia's back once as to tag herself in and stepped forward. "The Ch-er, Geoff. He will accompany us on this task you've obtained. As long as we leave soon. Which I thought was the plan." Her eyes trailed into the bar. She only barely make out the inside but she saw Damien, and noticed how slovenly he looked. Much more than usual. And her brow furrowed. "He doesn't look so good." she noted.

He grinned as he saw the girl sit at one of the tables from the corner of his eye. The place was full of shady people, which Archer wasn't too pleased with, but he tried not to mind it too much - as long as they left him and his master alone, they'd get along just fine. He turned his full attention to the bar tender. "Get me a mug of yer finest ale." He said, reaching into his pocket and pulling out the cash that Astoria had given him earlier. With a nod, the bar keep grabbed the cash and turned around. "Thank ye kindly." He said, clicking his tongue as he gave the person a finger gun. He turned around to go back to his seat, when he noticed a group of drunken creeps ogling Astoria. The servant scowled, storming his way back towards the table with a faux grin on his face. When he got there, he slammed his arm onto the table, standing right behind the man that was closest to Astoria. "'scuse me." He simply said, grabbing the man by the shoulder. "If ya don't mind, I'd like to spend time with my associate here in peace." He glanced at the rest of the crowd. "Y'all better be movin' along on yer own way." He turned back to the first guy, flashing him a grin. "Else we're gonna have a problem." While it would be better for everyone if they headed his warning, he both knew and wanted them to start a ruckus. He always did enjoy a good bar fight.

"So... what's the drink like?" "The drink?" Lindow grunted. It took him no small amount of effort shift so that he could face Reinaan whilst still remaining sprawled across Kloqah's back, but when he was finally looking at the boy he smiled lazily. Aware that this could likely be young Reinaan's first talking to about the subject, Lindow dutifully stepped up to the plate by giving his best impression of a responsible adult. "In moderation it's great for supplementing an experience, but if consumed irresponsibly it can very easily lead to death... blindness... pregnancy!" He wagged his finger in the air rather responsibly whilst listing off the dangers of drinking as they came to him. Though by the time Ryia and Keres had finally joined the pair outside the pub, the Thunder Chosen had fallen way off topic, and simply telling bar stories from his past inquisitions. "hey um...hi. Glad we caught up and...is uh...Are we um...uh..." Ryia stumbled over her words just a little more than usual, causing Lindow to turn and begin studying the Earth Chosen. He watched her peer into the bar for a few seconds before turning back to the boys with a smile that seemed to not wanna be there. "so um...we were...we weren't gonna...leave immediately...right? The city, that is. For our...yeah..." For a moment he couldn't help but scoff at the fact that her timid inclinations didn't suit her caliber as a warrior at all. On the battlefield she was quite the force reckoned, perhaps even more of a threat than Reinnan if one were to consider her monstrous endurance and armor. It was oddly fascinating to see her mouse around social situations after wrestling a shark a few days ago... Staring at the Earth Chosen blankly for a moment, Lindow tilted his head and pointed one his slender index fingers. "Hurry up and tell us what's the matter, love. My heart couldn't bare to see you hold it in any longer..."
