As I've previously mentioned I think we need to make it super simple for users to post (I know you've addressed a couple of points here and in our discord already) complication only works for larger communities, we do not do any favours by having intricate rules that users must follow to post content (however some rules do need to exist for obvious reasons) I want it to be a case of if someone wants to do discuss something they can just post a thread in a few clicks rather than adhering to a check list, not that we've been particularly strong with the rules thus far but I digress.

Good morning/afternoon/evening all, Im happy to announce Yemachu accepted a position of administrator for the site! He'll be focusing on development of the card maker within the site itself please keep all site requests and support queries in mine and the other members of staffs direction (unless of course it relates to the card maker) I think I speak for everyone in saying that the work Yemachu has done for this community and the last up until this point has been nothing more then incredible. Would love an event where people vote on the best thread of a period of time, perhaps it's something retroactively that we do in 2020 looking back on 2019, and we can use it to kind of promote what sort of content people like and what we as a community want from threads. How this would be done I'm not sure, perhaps you had had a line up of certain threads and you give people the capacity to vote on options rather than an open-ended choice but I guess that'll be for the host to establish, would also fit in with the theme of vision (also just now noticed the joke, great job @Yui).

I'd say once DVD / Blu-ray / Online releases, it's a bit of a weird one but if you can't go to the cinema and it then releases down the line then everyone who would've seen it had had the capacity to see it at that point.

Yeah, this is one that I've brought up a couple times this year with the mod team and certainly I think it's something that needs to be trod carefully. I think my goal really is ensuring that we have the best people in the best places to support and develop sections of the site, fundamentally I don't think we should be afraid of adding too many members of staff, In my opinion if a staff member is there, and they are providing a benefit to the site them having a title makes no difference to things but again I want people to voice their concerns and I'll take everything on board.
