      I'm probably not gonna get this one, but I will admit that the Kiss evolution is really sick, and I love Galarian Weezing. Having a rival that actually looks like he'll be a smug prick is nice, too.

    So atm we know Marvel is giving us Blade, Black Widow, Fantastic Four, Thor 4, Eternals, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Doctor Strange 2, Black Panther 2, Guardians of the Galaxy 3, Captain Marvel 2, and they mentioned mutants which might mean X-Men. This is gonna be dope.

      Same. And it's weird how much opinions for the game have turned around. When it was just the school stuff it seems like a lot of people weren't that excited, then when it was revealed there'd be a timeskip with a very serious story and the school stuff was only a portion of the game things turned right around. It's also nice that it's a simple case of all three paths being in one game, they're not pulling another Fates that has 3 separate games.

    I dunno if anyone here watches boxing but if you do, definitely check out Naoya Inoue if you haven't already. Dude's nicknamed "The Monster" and is a three-weight world champ with an 18-0 (16 KOs) record for a reason.

    The current raid event in Dragalia Lost has ash drops on the boss battle and honey drops on the raid battle, allowing for legit infinite grinding. So that's nice.

      Same for the EX boss in DL, it can drop Damascus Shards which 10 can be traded for an Ingot, and other similar 1/10th items. I assume GBF has a similar Unbind mechanic for weapons and stuff.

      Sounds very similar to Blazon Summons in the DL raid events. You get Blazons from the boss/raid battle to pull items from a box that you can reset once you empty it (or for the first 4 boxes, once you pull the copy of the free Dragon for the event), but the box itself only has things like crafting materials and gold and a handful of equipment items and stuff, no premium currency.

      Though there is a special EX version of the raid boss that you can sometimes fight after doing Expert/Nightmare mode which goes away once you beat it until the next time you unlock it, and the reward pool for that has summoning tickets in it, albeit at a pretty rare drop rate. So with infinite grinding you could technically get a ton of summoning tickets, though it's not like it's consistent or anything.

    So GOATS has been the meta for so long in Overwatch to the point Blizzard is gonna force a 2-2-2 team setup in the OWL. Glad they're gonna spice things up, and DPS pros will actually be able to do their thing and GOATS is not the most interesting thing to keep seeing for so long.

      Well I imagine your average comp team doesn't necessarily have the coordination to run GOATS, unless you're a full premade who's practiced it or something. This is specifically a pro league change that the 2-2-2 lock is happening to I'm pretty sure.

      A team comp setup in Overwatch that's 3 tanks and 3 supports, it's called GOATS because that's the name of the team that popularized it. It's been the meta for a long ass time.

      And it's been many years but now we finally get to see where the "spiritual sucessor Kickstarter because we don't have the rights to just make another game in the series" trio of Mighty No. 9, Yooka-Laylee, and Bloodstained ended up. MN9 is a bad ~5/10, YL is a pretty okay ~7/10, and Bloodstained is a great ~9/10.

    Cadence of Hyrule is the best idea, it's basically a legend of zelda game with crypt of the necrodancer's gameplay style, you move to the beat and enemies move when you do. Dungeons are procedurally generated, but the overworld is semi-procedurally generated, and it's a real big game instead of going from floor to floor like necrodancer.

      I think what's even more interesting is how Nintendo lent out their IP for an indie studio to make a game with. That's kind of a big deal, Nintendo's very protective of their IPs.

    Oh my god the FFVII remake looks so fucking sick. The battle and party system looks really awesome, and I think having the first game focus on Midgar is a good choice. Learning more about the place and the characters will be wonderful, and things really change to more of an open world once you leave in the original, which will be a really cool next gen game.

      Also, I wonder if their offices really have any Pokemon-related stuff sitting about normally or if it's just put out for presentation for the directs. Or maybe they have far too much around the office and have to actually clean it up a bit for the directs.

      I like it, reminds me of the Island of Giant Pokemon from the anime.

      Though the fact Sword's legendary is basically Sif the Great Grey Wolf makes me want to get Sword instead of Shield.
