  1. At first I overlooked the discard cost and thought it was amazing. Now that I saw it, well, the card is good but not as amazing xD Yeah, Destrudo and REDMD are good picks this card can inherently grab. I guess Collapserpent would be a potential tech along this in LIGHT mono Attribute/Type decks. Tellarknights, Cyber Dragons and Trickstars come to mind.
  2. Huh, kinda off topic but it is not possible to make multiple-choice polls? Anyway, mushrooms and onions are my top picks for me, but if I can only choose one, then mushroom it is.
  3. I don't like this. Skill Drain and Soul Drain are Limited for a reason. This not only technically acts as up to 3 extra copies of them, also it makes them faster to activate. IMO trying to "undo" banlist moves in a manner like this isn't cool. Not to mention that floodgate playstyles are frowned upon because of their non-interactive nature, and this empathizes that playstyle.
  4. A bit too advantageous IMO. The draw effect is easy to fulfill, and grabbing 2 cards from its Normal Summon may be a bit too much, especially when it can grab any Ritual Spell for splashabilty potential.
  5. I may pull a couple of times but none are really that much of my interest. Leaning towards Leanne although I'm wary of "colorless hell". I wouldn't mind a Kinshinoka pitybreak, though. I still want to gamble a bit more for NY!Gunntra since I got one with bad nature.
  6. I like this one a lot, except for the CYberse type but that's a minor nitpick. It's another name for the Mekk-Knight Field, material requirements that should be feasible enough if Pendulum decks had little trouble going for Metaltron, I find the art amazing and in general I like characters and arts with that kind of swords and stances such as Cloud and Silent Magicians, and the effects make it tough to beat unless you run non-targeting removal. Not sure if this form is before or after Crusadia Maximus, if not Equimax.
  7. I still don't get why it's Rank8 xD Looks really good. Its alternate summoning condition makes it so accessible, and is has such good effects. Now I'm tempted to test some kind of Orcust engine by splashing some maindeck monsters, giving access to Galatea or Longirsu and then follow up with this. I'm curious on what this card means or implies about the fate of Longirsu.
  8. Admittedly I'm not familiar with the Stromberg pseudo-archetype, but IDK if this card warrants to be played. AFAIK normally players don't care much about banished face-down cards, except in decks that have a lot of key 1-ofs. IDK if that's the case for this pseudo-archetype. That means you would mainly play this for its stat-boosting effect, but unless you combine Stromberg with other banish-face-down cards like Desires, Eater of Millions, this will take a while to reach a threatening ATK. However, if you were to make it into an Firestorm Guard/Sirius version of the archetype, in that it nets you a draw when you return 3~5 banished-face-down cards into the deck, then you may be onto something.
  9. Well, unlike Pankratops this is Normal Summonable without Tributing so it has that going for it. Still, really good card. Requiring Sanctuary keeps it nicely on check IMO. If anything, I would add a Cyber Dragon clause that makes its name be treated as the original Warrior of Zera while in field or GY. Maybe also make it EARTH/Warrior originally, but become LIGHT/Fairy if Sanctuary is on the field, for extra flavor.
  10. The vs. monsters is really nasty. It's pretty much a reusable monster effect negator. I would trade 1000 ATK/DEF for negating effect an day. Not sure if coincidence but it does the same as Axe of Fools xD The other effect, well, it may not negate the card but searching for a copy of the targeted Spell/Trap can be big, as long as the player is running more copies of it of course. The card needs some text fixes but at the moment not feeling like correcting it. Like Tinkerer mentioned, change so it can also work on Spell/Traps that are already face-up. Also take a look at Scrap Iron Scarecrow or that Subterror Trap for the self-Setting effect.
  11. Looks more fair, despite its role was changed so drastically. IMO make it Summon 1 Token only and it should be fine. It's true Salamangreats can make use of it, but so can most FIRE decks, so if this card is exploited it's because of Salamangreats own strength, rather than this card's fault.
  12. Full support to custom groups. Mostly agree on this except on the discount part. IMO all YCM members who were known to have enough points for a title should be eligible for the discount. At least in my case, I had the points but wanted to celebrate a 10k post milestone by purchasing myself a title. Needless to say, I don't have points for it now and wouldn't wait until 10k posts again.
  13. Oh right, I didn't process the (max. 1) restriction there. Then it should be fine. Comti still shouldn't be too generic, though, at least IMO. I like the Zombies are LIGHT, yeah.
  14. I can see Snun is the monster that carries the deck with its searching & recycling. Comti is too generic and gives me Majespecter Kirin flashbacks. You may have to change that. Their Spell/Traps really give them a control, stun-ish vibe, especially Judgment. Rift may allow them to tech big Zombies like Balerdroch. At this rate they may not need an ED at all and focus on stunning with the Monarch floodgates. I don't see which Fairy are you supposed to run or tech to use the 2nd effect of Rift. Envoy of Silent does not look okay. Clogging the field with Tokens that cannot be used as Summon fodder it's too much of an advantage if the opponent doesn't happen to have anything to get rid of them, while yo most likely will be running cards that spend them. Seems Rift is intended to recycle the archetype Links, but I'm not sure if text-wise it's possible since the Links would be returned to the Extra Deck instead of Deck, and thus technically the effect cannot apply on them. But I would have to check on rulings related to spinning cards into the Deck/Extra Deck. Overall these look good. IDK if they would be better than the more typical Zombie strategies, but these seem to merge well with stun and and anti-meta tools that True Dracos have shown to use well, and that ought to give them a shot as a potential anti-meta deck, even against the current top tiers. Giving the monsters more Monarch-like stats can allow them to mesh better with Monarch support.
  15. Putting aside that I cannot picture a winged WATER reptile, it does looks decent. Not sure if it warrants a hard OPT on the last effect to deny any kind of possible loops, but it shouldn't be that big of a deal since it's a Summon from hand. If anything, you could make it Level 5 so it becomes Normal Summonable without Tributes with Legendary Ocean.
  16. Hope you get NY!Laevatein soon! Coincidentally, the NY!Gunnthra I got is +Def/-Atk too xD Now that you mention her, I want Kinshi Hinoka but have yet to get her. Thankfully she is in the permanent pool so I can randomly get her eventually... hopefully.

  18. Oh you are right, my mistake. Thought the sets you mentioned were already released, but it's true the D-HERO support is still on its way. Still will take longer for TCG to get it, so if they plan to promote HEROes by moving Stratos up, IMO it's too early to do so.
  19. I like the underused typing. One doesn't see many LIGHT/Aquas around. A walking "All Out Attack" really, and safer to play than the Trap. Can lead to OTKs too with the right setup, namely Fairy Box. But outside of that, looks good enough to me. Will drop some text fix suggestions: If your Normal Summoned/Set monster is attacked: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, change the attack target to this card and proceed to damage calculation, also change all monsters your opponent controls to Attack Position and they must attack this turn, if able. Your opponent cannot target monsters for attacks, except this one.
  20. You should. I joined your Clockwork Souls RP, or at least 1 of them. I used to go by Voltex around the time you were the most active in YCM.
  21. I like these ones too! What impresses me the most are the lighting and shadow effects for the lanterns. Don't think I didn't notice the sahdy figures with glowing eyes between the trees of the first drawing :v
  22. Looks good! I like the little details like the freckles on one of the girls, the tape and scissors on the floor, even the carpet pattern. I'm amazed at the kind of reflective light effect of the wrapping paper below the box. The costumes are amazing, too. On the other hand, if I have to be critical and dig for flaws, the tree look monotonous since they are spheres with the same color and no diversity in their shape, nor there are other kind of decorations. The wall could be improved with decorations here and there too, like a picture, a small table with a pot or something, IDK. The piled boxes look too flat, too. But I guess those are things that one can easily spot and you are aware of them ^^"
  23. They all look great, amazing work! If I had to pick favorites, after the gorgeous mermaid it would be a clash between the nautilus and the sea dragon. I'm still curious on what kind of business they run. One can tell they distribute stars, but what's the purpose of said stars? Illumination? decoration? energy source a if they were batteries?
  24. I make this just to get points, really Hello, Not much I want to say. I'm a YCM veteran. Joined around 2008, but took a 2~3-year hiatus somewhere in between and came back in 2012, and have been consistently active since then. I'm mainly active in Custom Cards and YGO Card discussion, lately dropping more reviews than card-making but I create a card every now and then. I venture into other sections too, like video games, mangas. For instance, I tried RP once, and would do so again if there is ever a One Piece RP initiative.
