Neo BLT Tourney incoming... I've got a good amount of new favorites and favorites I decided to nominate this time that I didn't on YCM, so I was thinking maybe something from my childhood far my last nom, just to see how far it'd go. But I'd still rather something that I really like now, so probably not.

I finally got over not using Max Revives and therefore wasting them. Too bad they'll all just be added "treasures" when I do a nuzlocke.

In other news, I don't know about other places, but some McCafes in Canada have donuts as of late, and seeing as I've only tried the Boston Cream, I thought they were quite better than the more basic ones at Tim Hortons. #GrossCanadian
Was a pleasant enough surprise after an almost disappointing trip.

@LordCowCow They're these big pastries that are great enough on their own, but come with all these great topping choices. As you can tell from the name, pretty much entirely a Canadian thing.

I wish I thought to take a pic & maybe do a blog post about a parfait I had yesterday. It was a store parfait cup but it wasn't yogurt & granola like most... there was whipped cream & even though it was only refrigerated... I think ice cream? It def wasn't frozen, but it def wasn't melted. Weird but had a good consistency to it. Still want to possibly try one at a restaurant sometime like I see so much in anime. For a mixed fruit it was very dominated by strawberries, which I guess kinda makes sense, but I almost just got it for the kiwi in it. Yum!

Booting up Dragalia Lost today starts you with... a bullet-"hell" staring Notte the faerie! This cute little thing has been the most interesting sounding gameplay related April Fools thing I've seen today.

... I guess that's cool? Good for you, but I don't personally care about how many rolls I can get most of the time, I just don't care to try to get all that much quantity of rare characters for anything. I play these games mainly for the character interactions in actual story parts more than anything, but they generally also have to have exciting enough gameplay, and unfortunately Granblue just doesn't do it for me. Liked the anime, though.

Curtain's up, I'm off is a damn good replacement for Act-age while Viz does nothing to close the gap between what they've already translated. Manga Plus app or website, same day as Japan (think the day before though, 'cuz timezones)

Eh... especially in the case of SJ manga, the grammar is really not all there with scans... I know with most of them English is not their first language or they do it too quickly because they're busy... but now that Viz picked up so much with their new initiative and are (should be) aware not everyone will just pick things up in the middle...
I'd say I shouldn't really expect anything because it's free now (and they are taking on a lot more), but the gap would not be seeing as how it's quite a bit more than the latest 3 chapters. It does feel like it & Jujutsu Kaisen are closer to getting anime than them translating any more of the earlier stuff, judging by most of the newer stuff.

Yesterday I just got back to The Alliance Alive to find out I was literally nowhere else but at the final boss. I lost and was flabbergasted they played the credits. But today I beat it on my next try so all good. Also pretty cringe they had a bonfire on a ship, but it's not wood or anything and it's fantasy so cool end party.

My God, I just saw how Nabbit plays in water levels... It looks utterly hilarious, but makes him even more of an "I don't really feel like playing this game" character.

Holy shit, Astra Lost in Space anime. I never expected this, because it's finished, and not Parasyte 20 years old finished. This is a really great manga, and pretty short, so they can definitely adapt the proper ending. Got me to check out the author's other manga, Sket Dance recently, too. I know, I know, you'd think it would be the other way around with that.

I just caught the last few mins of GameXplain's stream of the Wii Shop Channel's final hour. Derrick just barely managed to download a demo and oh damn the feels. I never used it myself, but of course I have memories with my Wii, and it feels like the last of Nintendo officially supporting it. I can only imagine how it'll feel for the Wii U & 3DS for me, and Wii U is definitely next, even if it'll be a few years yet.
