  1. When it comes to Smash, I love to theorize and talk about things! I did similar things pre-release when K.Rool was announced, cause I love to talk about characters I'm excited for. And I'm not exactly a Persona fan, since I never actually played it... I want to play it, but I think it's been a smash hit and it definitely deserved a rep, I love the aesthetic of the series and the way it translated into Smash was perfect! As far as a rep I want... Undertale. That's literally all I have left that isn't repped off the top of my head. I would love Shantae to be a fighter, but that's really unlikely since she's already a spirit... But Undertale has somehow gone without even a spirit. No references. Nintendo clearly values it, Deltarune and Undertale have been featured in Main Directs instead of the Nindies showcases. And I think Undertale has a legit shot at getting a rep. But honestly, it isn't so much for me as it is Blake. Undertale is the one thing they want and I legally cannot ask Sakurai for anything ever again since Banjo and Kazooie are in the game now.
  2. i might talk about why people are where they are later but right now i'm lazy
  3. Milotic and Swablu were tied on the end, so you get a bonus Pokemon. This Gen was a weird gen for me, I always forget Chimecho was one of the Pokemon introduced here. I wish it wasn't so fucking obscure to get it in Mt. Pyre.
  4. oh, also for cow, this was found in the japanese trailer.
  5. Octavia»»————- ♡ ————-«« "Oh, I don't really want anything," Huh? That hadn't been what Octavia was expecting, Leiko had been pretty reserved, the idea that she'd come without needing to hadn't been something she had considered. She raised an eyebrow, but didn't respond right away. It seemed like she wasn't quite done talking just yet. "I just wanted to be out of the facility for a bit, it's... I'm not sure why it's so strange to me, being out here. And not you guys." ...Oh. That made perfect sense. After all, that's pretty much why she had done it, wouldn't the others have wanted that too? Especially since quite a few of them would have been around a lot longer than she had... Well, except for Leiko at least. She was a pretty new recruit. "It's strange for me as well. In fact, I've never visited a grocery store before. It may not look it, but I'm barely containing my excitement right now." That turn down the snack aisle was starting to build some excitement in Octavia as she passed over boxes of little sweets, chocolates and assorted goodies, trying to find where the snack cakes were at as she laughed gently. "And it's definitely weird for me too." She gave the other girl a little understanding smile as she rubbed at her neck for a moment, "...It's like seeing a place you haven't been for a long time, but everything's changed. The wind, the sun, it all feels weird. But nice at the same time." She returned to perusing the boxes on the shelves, a small frown on her face for a moment as she did. All these boxes and she couldn't find the little cakes she was looking for. Cream filled yellow cakes dominated the shelves, including some that were striped with icing for some reason, but no chocolate ones. Her disappointment was immeasurable and her day was ruined. She was only snapped out of it thanks to Natsumi speaking up once again. "I'm more surprised we're the only three who opted to come out here, come to think of it." "Well... Most of the boys seemed a bit too... Rowdy for a shopping trip, you know? And I saw Shannon before I came down for it, she looked really deep in thought, I let her know the trip was happening, but I guess she was too tired after the day." She continued her search for the snack cakes of her dreams, her eyes widening as she found a box of them... Finally. Chocolate goodness, iced on the top, cream in the middle... She immediately scooped a couple of boxes up into her arms, adding them to the cart as she hummed lightly, she had to make sure everyone got a chance to try them back at the base, before smiling to Leiko, "If you just wanted to enjoy the day, that's fine! But keep an eye out for anything that looks tasty. Barbatos forgot to give us any restrictions."
  6. Good reviews, more than anything. Not from, like, big name sites though, I don't really bother with those, I look at user reviews more than anything, what friends who have played it say too. Genre used to be big for me, but nowadays I play so many different types of games that it doesn't matter. I've even found FPS games I like, so like, any genre can be something I can get into with the right game I guess.
  7. This one took me some time. I'm cautiously optimistic right now. I want them to be low-high tier. I want them to be a viable option, but not one that gets a bunch of nerfs, you know? I want to see them in tournaments without being called oppressive, though knowing the Smash community that would happen anyway if they see sizable success. From looking at their frame data on the moves we know, they look pretty... On par with the rest of the cast. Going in order of the reveal trailer move appearances. Jab is a pretty standard jab. The first hit is kinda slow to come out, but it seems like it'll do decent damage judging by the hit animations. There's the possibility they have a rapid jab still, we won't know for sure until we see more of their kit, but the Jab is... Okay. Their Down Tilt Beak Barge and Back Air Rat-a-tat Rap look insanely strong. Really fast to come out, really good hitbox on the Down Tilt since it lowers them to the ground, and depending on how Down Tilt launches, it might be a really good combo tool! Egg/Breegull Blaster is pretty variable. It has a notable start up on pulling Kazooie out, but being able to move while shooting a projectile is always great. The hitstun seems really short, which is a concern, but I think the ability to move will make it a useful enough move. Side Smash Breegull Bash is... Good, but not cause it's a good move exactly. Like, don't get me wrong, it's basically Ganondorf's Side Smash from the looks of it, but the important part is that Luigi was using his Side-B in that clip and it didn't Clang with it. That means Kazooie is most likely not a hitbox, which is really good if that turns out to be the case. Grenade Egg is also... Probably good. The issue is that we don't know for sure how long the timer on the grenade is, but historically projectile items like this, Banana from Diddy and Turnip from Peach/Daisy, have been really nice and this could be a strong item if it's easy for Banjo-Kazooie to pick it up. Up B/Shock Jump could be really bad or really good. If it has a hurt box, it'll be really good, if not, it'll probably just be okay at best since that'll make it really easy to gimp the duo. On the other hand, you can ACT out of the jump at the end, which is huge. So while it might be easy to gimp, it's got huge mix up potential that might save it, especially if there's a hurt box. I was worried about their recovery and still am. but I'm not as scared as I was. Wonder Wing is going to be a huge part of their neutral game I think. The fact that it has so little start up and gives as much super armor as it does will make it a pretty damn strong approach and punish option, I think. We also get a brief look at their Side Tilt, Breegull Bayonet, and it looks really good. It's quick, got a nice range, and reminds me a lot of like, Corrin Side Tilt. Plus the beak shines during it, which makes me think it's got a good chance of having a sweet spot tipper. Quite a few of Kazooie's moves seem like they might have a sweet spot mechanic, honestly.
  8. I too, used to play Monotype on Pokemon Showdown and that type was Ice. An updated Ice Team! This is not actually competitive. If it was, Articuno definitely wouldn't be here and Abomasnow... Probably wouldn't these days. Just some of my favorite Ice Types. Let's go with... Fairy.
  9. Gotta be danny phantom for me, it's a real earworm that I never get tired of.
  10. Octavia»»————- ♡ ————-«« The sun was kinda nice. Being stuck in that testing lab for so long had kinda made her initial reaction to it when she left the lab kind of bad. A lot of trying to duck into the car to get out of it, for example. But now, she was more used to the light from being around the facility, the light filtering in had helped her adjust all over again... And it was nice to be out in the light when she could tolerate it. While they waited to see who else was going to join them on the trip, no one else actually showed up! It looked like it was just the three of them with Barbatos, "There's not enough space in the cab, so you all are going to have to ride in the back." That didn't sound safe, did it? She wasn't really sure, it was rare that she had ever even been near a car, the roads in Hearthome weren't exactly the best for driving on, between disrepair and the gang activity. Either way, she wasn't about to argue with him when she wasn't even sure how often she'd get a chance to leave this place on simple errands. For the foreseeable future, she was going to have a lot of work to do. With the fact that they were traveling in the back, it would've been hard enough to hold a conversation with the wind, Octavia was happy enough to be quiet and just relax. Between the wind and the sun, she almost forgot what a pleasant day could feel like... But like every ride, this one soon came to an end. She climbed out of the back of the truck as she took a look around the marketplace they had come to. "Look around for things you all want to actually eat, and I'll buy them for you... along with other things on my list. Let's meet up by the registers in 30 minutes." Octavia nodded her head to Barbatos as he wandered off to start getting his own goods, turning to look over at Natsume and Leiko as she smiled. At least, she planned to. Natsume was already going off to grab a cart of her own, and she quickly chased behind her as she heard the other girl speak up. "How do the two of you feel about sweets?" She paused for a moment, before tapping her cheek, "...You think he'd be alright with us grabbing sweets? I mean... I'd kill for some little snack cakes. There were these chocolate ones, cream in the center, I had once back in Hearthome. But I was never able to get them again." She glanced back at Leiko, giving her a grin as she waved a hand, "What about you?" She turned to look at the aisles, humming lightly as she narrowed her eyes at them. Eventually she pointed a hand over, "Ah! Down there, Snacks. That's pretty vague, but seems like the stuff we want should be there."
  11. Bowser is a far better character, but that's because of how many times he's been in a protagonist role. Bowser's Inside Story is a great example of this, and that game was practically made by the way Bowser worked into the humor of the game so flawlessly. Meanwhile, Ganondorf is... Bland? Not always, mind you, Wind Waker Ganondorf is my favorite incarnation of him by far, and OoT, despite his role being relatively minor, was a major landmark for the series in including him at all and he was properly intimidating there, but... He's boring a lot of the other times. Shoehorned into the Oracle games and was only Ganon, shoe horned into Twilight Princess where he had no presence, or even Breath of the Wild where he was just basically a natural disaster. I'm really hoping that in BotW 2 he's, you know, an actual character. Revive him from the dead or whatever, but please, make him an actual character. He generally has less personality, especially when they lean on the Beast Ganon side of his appearances. And this is a problem Bowser has had as well, especially in Smash for the majority of it where he makes, well, beast noises instead of the normal Bowser sounds. Better villain is more arguable though. I think Bowser functions better in a secondary deuteragonist type role.
  12. Octavia»»————- ♡ ————-«« The rest of the breakfast had gone... Smoothly? At least, for her. She had managed to eat a couple of platefuls of food, her stomach didn't even complain from the sudden gorging, like she had been expecting! There had been some conversation, and even though there were a few gloomy sorts who had poked into it, it hadn't been enough to really bring her down, exactly. They weren't entirely wrong, Hearthome was going to be a rough fix, maybe in the long run, it wasn't worth it. But... She had already made up her mind. She was here anyway, she had nothing else to do once all this was over... But for now, she didn't have the luxury of thinking about that far into the future. There were things to be done so that she could prepare for her new 'job' here, and the first thing to do was to unpack her things. She left her assorted plates and bowl on the table, thoroughly cleaned of the food that had been on them, and made her way out towards her room. On her way out, she heard Barabatos mentioning that he planned on taking a little trip out to get more food... The idea of a grocery trip was appealing... Shopping on a full stomach probably shouldn't have been that alluring, but the idea of shopping in general wasn't something she had much experience with. She wanted to see what she could potentially persuade him to pick up... She made her way back towards the housing floor of the new home, popping back into her shared room as she looked at the single bag that had been deposited on her bed. It seemed the delivery had been finished while they were working on breakfast, she didn't have the time this morning to pack the few things that she had left. Now she could get to work. At least, she was planning on it... Shannon was already back in their room. She coughed gently, "Uh... Hello!" She didn't want to sneak up on the other girl, that would be rude, but she needed to unpack. She entered the room once she had made her presence known, wandering towards that bag as she began to lay out the things inside of it. There were only a few changes of clothing for her to worry about, each one has inconspicuous as the last, a small amount of self-care objects in a separate, smaller bag (Provided by the previous facility, of course), a few small books that she had collected off the streets that were in varying conditions... And finally, the most important of her possessions, two binders. They weren't decorated or anything, but she opened them up and began to flip through the pages... And card after card were inside of them. Most of them weren't anything useful to her... Or even to her fellow Signers most likely, but with enough patience, she could've found someone who wanted a particular card back in Hearthome. Her skill with trading... Well, it didn't seem so useful now. She closed the binders and set them underneath her pillow, turning to give Shannon a small smile, "...I think the cook wanted to go take a trip to pick up more food supplies... I'm going to go with, so I'll see you later in the evening, if you're staying here." »»————- ♡ ————-«« She stepped out into the sun and covered her head with her hand, blocking the sun from her eyes as she took a little look around. Barabatos should've been waiting around here, if he actually intended for anyone to come with... And sure enough, he was there. And so was Natsumi. She hadn't expected the other girl to volunteer to make a run to the store too, but she was already out there and no amount of potentially awkward conversations about the state of disrepair Hearthome was in could convince her to pass up this opportunity. She waved a hand to the two of them, giving a small smile as she did, "I wanted to see what kind of things this place would have, and I don't mind carrying things to pitch in. More hands the better?"
  13. We aren't getting any new models for the basic Pokemon most likely. The only new models for old Pokemon we'll be getting are the Dynamax models, which are... Lazy at best and downright ugly to me. Scaling it up, applying a gross looking filter over it, it's not really impressive. After everything, regional variants will almost certainly not be returning, after all, that would take away from Alola's uniqueness. Same reasons Seasons never returned from Black and White, despite making the world feel more alive. The Pokemon battle models are the same ones we've had since X/Y. You could always run them at HD quality on emulators, it's just that the 3DS itself didn't support it. But these are the same models we've had since X/Y from what they've shown us, and the Pokemon on the overworld appear to use the same walking animations that have existed since at least last Gen, and I believe the one before that. Looks like the majority of Flying types for example will just glide around as usual, even Wingull shouldn't be T-Posing in the air, and it literally glides to move around. Needless to say, I'm really disappointed in Sword and Shield right now. They don't look significantly better, the tree textures for example are directly comparable to the Ocarina of Time trees. Pokemon spring up out of nowhere on the Overworld again and the draw distance is so bad things are popping into existence right in front of you. If they want to cut Pokemon from existence entirely and say it's to improve their graphics and shit, the graphics better be on par with Nintendo's other major franchises, Mario Odyssey and Breath of the Wild were gorgeous games. This is not. This is hardly any better looking that Sun and Moon were, we've settled with okay products from Game Freak for a long time, but at this point, this is getting absurd. Right now, definitely won't be buying new. Won't give Game Freak, and to a larger extent The Pokemon Company, money if there aren't some significant improvements to the series, it's hard to say since this'll be the first main series game I didn't get at launch that I knew about, but welp. I don't like the direction Sword and Shield are going, National Dex is just the tip of the iceberg.
  14. went for top twelve cause mine are in rows of six and i didn't wanna bother reorganizing them admittedly, after the top 3, my favorite gen 1 pokemon get pretty muddled.
  15. Octavia»»————- ♡ ————-«« "I'd start with a means to quell those, myself. A new police force or something. Once the city is back in order, rebuilding everything should be much easier, starting with the city's infrastructure." "Seems like a pointless starting place. All you'll do is get the gangs to oppose you immediately. They all have a stake in the city remaining orderless... And from what I saw, they'd probably work together to take down a police force. You might win in the long run, but it seems like a harder path." She ended her sentence with a bite of egg, letting the fork point over towards Natsumi as she did, "I think it would be easier to take over all the gangs." "There's no point in trying at all." Octavia paused mid-sip of her soup as she heard the quiet girl speak up, her brow raising for a moment as she considered that. She wasn't really a stranger to people being opposed to the idea of rebuilding Hearthome, after all, the gangs certainly weren't enthusiastic about the idea, but that was always something self-serving. They profited from the city being unruly, to say there was no point at all was something pretty new... To her at least. "She's got the right idea. What are we talkin' about?" Octavia let out a small snicker as Raijin appeared she shook her head gently, "Hearthome." She listened to Natsumi as the girl went on a little mini-speech about the importance of trying, a small snicker escaping her as she shook her head gently. "...Doing is great and all, but rushing into a plan won't help either. You bring in a shiny new police force and people are going to stick with the evil they know. The gangs are terrible, but they're familiar at this point. Who knows what a corrupt police force might try to enforce on them? And then there's the matter of where you get people for that police force... If they come from another place, the people in Hearthome won't trust them. They did nothing for us before, why should we think they would help us now?" She took a little look back over at Hotaru as she finished her sentence, before shrugging her shoulders lightly, "Maybe you're right, honestly. Maybe we can't fix the place, but it's my home. I'd hate to just abandon it entirely. Right now, I have nowhere else to go when this is all over."
  16. Octavia»»————- ♡ ————-«« "Go ahead, eat whatever you may like! But please, try not to talk shop during of breakfast. There will be plenty of time afterwards for Signer things. Please, just enjoy your food and get to know each other." That's what Octavia liked to hear! No need to talk about work or what's about to happen in their future, just pure food. She ran her way towards the piles of food collected in front of them, her eyes widening a tiny bit as she did. The mountain of food was more than she could have ever imagine and it was showing as she rushed back towards their table to grab a plate... And a couple of bowls. She scrambled her way towards the collection of food, humming happily as she poured a bowl of cereal, one that was sugary and delightfully terrible for anyone eating it. After that, she slid a bit further down the line, making her way around the bars as she piled food onto her plate quickly. All the traditional breakfast foods were finding their way onto that plate, and as she slid around to the final hot bar, she filled the second bowl she had grabbed up with a healthy serving of chicken noodle soup. "This is what I needed..." She almost immediately began to eat, swapping between things with almost no delay, before grabbing her drink and taking a big sip of it. She let out a relieved sigh as she took a break from eating for a moment, her eyes closing with contentment, "Alright... I dunno how so much food got made so quickly, but I'm not complaining." She grinned as she started to chow down on the soup next, her spoon clinking against the bowl for a moment as she closed her eyes. A little sigh escaped the girl as she enjoyed the warm soup, taking a little glance around at the others as they collected their food. "So, how did things go?" Right in the middle of her taking a bite of eggs. Luckily, she didn't think that question was directed at her, so she didn't need to stop eating just yet, she could just keep chowing on down on the food... At least she thought she would get that opportunity. After a bit of time, another one of the group had started to eye her up, making their way over towards her. She blinked as she gulped down her food, raising an eyebrow as she tried to remember the girl's name... Natsumi? The introductions already felt like they had been ages ago... "Unless I've forgotten someone, we seem to be the only people from Hearthome within the project," she started. "Let's say we succeed at our job and are given sufficient funding to restore the city to a tolerable state. What would be the first thing you do to start it back on the proper path?" She blinked as that followed up a bite of toast. It was certainly straight to the point, but that was a heavy topic to talk about. Especially right over her chicken noodle soup. She rubbed at her neck for a moment, a small hum escaping her as she started to slide some food around on one of the two plates that she had snagged, "...The first place I would start is taking over the old gang I was a part of. Position is power back in Hearthome, you can get more of the everyday folk to listen to you if you have the ability to protect them, that's what my dad used to say. Money lost some of its importance to them, but I could use it to bring food and things back to them, if I have the power to do it." She took another bite of egg as she shrugged lightly, "There's no point in trying to focus on rebuilding as long as the gang wars are still going on... But then what would you start with?"
  17. Octavia»»————- ♡ ————-«« "No, that isn't the important thing here. The real important thing here is what are you going to do now? You obviously have the potential with Clear Mind. You forced me to summon my own dragon without summoning your own. That's no easy feat. So, are you going to run away and let others suffer for you, or are you going to fight and improve so others don't suffer any more?" She should've been shocked, honestly. That kind of acceptance of weakness from Leiko was not the direction she had been expecting it to go, not one little bit. She had expected some harsh words, or some... Even throwing something in her vague direction would've been more fitting, but instead, it was as if Zirco was understanding. Octavia raised an eyebrow, maybe it was just because of Gil blocking his path and keeping him from actually getting to her... Who could really say? This was the direction things were going in for now... "Who said I can't try? I... I owe it to these people... right? To try for what they've all been through... I used Accel Synchro. I can... summon a dragon too, right? One day?" Again... Not the reaction she was expecting. She didn't think Leiko had it in her to be so... Resolved. Or maybe Octavia had just lowered her expectations in her head, so something like this was suitably surprising to her. Either way, it wasn't important enough for her to worry over, no, she had more important things to deal with, but first... "You did fine!" She took a few steps forwards to the duo, a small smile on her face as she did, "We all have moments like that, the fact that you recognize you can do better is more important than what you didn't do... Keep improving, that's all anyone can do." She couldn't let Leiko get too down on herself at the moment. The girl obviously had the potential, but if she was left to her own devices, her own thoughts... It could get bad for all of them in the long run. "For now, it's about time we all got ourselves a real meal instead of some popcorn, wouldn't you say?" "You read my mind! Let's get going, to the food room!" She pointed towards the door with little hesitation, marching off towards it as her arms stretched out into the air, "That snack I had isn't nearly enough to keep my hunger down!"
  18. Octavia»»————- ♡ ————-«« Things seemed to be heating up in the duel, but considering that Octavia had... Just gotten here, it really was hard for her to tell what exactly was so impressive about everything going on. Sure, there were a lot of big monsters all of a sudden, but without a reference to how far behind Leiko had been, it isn't exactly easy for her to understand how big the play way... "That would have been nice, wouldn't it?" She let out a little chuckle as she rubbed at her shoulder a bit, sitting down as she nodded her head, "...The nicest solutions generally aren't the ones that happen, oh well." She glanced back at the screen as Zirco's turn began, a little sigh escaping her as the duel raged on. Zirco's full summon of that dragon caused her to flinch a tiny bit, her eyes widening as she felt a little bit of a pulse on her wrist, the hand that had been on her shoulder sliding down, grabbing the mark and covering without any thought as she watched the duel rage on. Her hand gripped the mark tighter as that dragon suddenly gained a sword and attacked, the rush forward making her mumble lightly, "He really isn't holding back at all, huh? He really, really did not like the way she was acting, but..." Just as she said that, the turn ended and Leiko's begun... "DISQUALIFY." And ended, just as soon as it began. The duel came to a close with little fanfare, there were a lot of thoughts running through her head as the final turn of the duel ended, a small sigh escaping her as she shook her head gently, but before she said anything... "More importantly, Zirco won't take this win lying down, will he?" "No... I don't think this will go over well with him at all." She sighed gently, rubbing at the mark on her wrist lightly as she did, "Like Shannon said, in the end, it's probably just going to make things even worse... Giving up while doing nothing is one thing... Giving up when you're about to win is another thing entirely."
  19. So, spoiler stuff for those who don't wanna see it. We already guessed as much, but this is pretty much official confirmation that doesn't rely on reading past blurs/datamines, which is nice.
  20. Octavia»»————- ♡ ————-«« All things considered, the scientists seemed... Fairly receptive to the bothering and prodding questions about what was allowed with the library. It was a little bit interesting to learn that Mr. E had apparently put together the collection himself, she had originally planned to avoid interacting with him too much, but... She could probably use his help to get up to speed on the history of the different towns and cities, and from there... That wasn't important right now, she couldn't think about that. It was going to be a long six months, she had plenty of time to prepare for the rest of her life once that was over. For now, it was important to get a better idea of what her new coworkers were able to do. The science crew seemed fairly straight forward, it was the other 'Signers' that she had to worry about... So she smiled to the group in front of her, "Thank you, all of you! I'll make sure the books are taken care of. I'm rooming with, uh, the one girl who's kinda formal, so they should be perfectly safe with me. No worries about any rough handling... And I'll have to check out the other rooms sometime. I haven't seen so many books in one place before..." She rubbed at her cheek for a moment as she glanced towards the door, "The garage, huh? Hooopefully I'll find my back there without too much trouble. I didn't memorize it as much compared to the other room locations." She poked her tongue out for a moment before turning away, waving a hand behind her as she walked towards the door, "Thank you for your help! I'll talk to you all later I'm sure!" Octavia made a brief stop back at her new room, settling the books down across the bed that she had borrowed, humming gently as she took a look at them. The history book was going to take some time to get through, she'd have to break that up over time, but the other books were going to be great for binge reading before she fell asleep! With that, she exited the bedroom once again, and began to long, arduous journey of trying to figure out where the garage was at once again... »»————- ♡ ————-«« It took a fair bit of time, but with the labyrinth of a building tamed, Octavia made her way into that garage once more... And it seemed like she had entered at just the perfect time to hear some shocked gasps and reactions from the crowd gathered in the room. She rubbed at her cheek for a moment as she glanced towards the television screen to try and get an idea of what was going on, but... All she saw was a Synchro Monster, obviously there was something more to it, but it didn't seem to be a great time to ask about it. "Right? Have none of you seen a Synchro Summon before?" "It's not the Synchro Summon that's amazing. I can do more than just Synchro, but to achieve Clear Mind... Ah, how wonderful!" As weird as Shannon was, the excitement seemed... Genuine, which wasn't something Octavia would've expected after hearing the way the girl talked earlier in the day. On the other hand, whatever she was talking about had a fittingly weird name for Shannon's strange behavior. Then the girl started to mumble to herself, at least... It seemed like she was mumbling to herself, it was hard to tell. "Why, only a tiny amount of people can pull off that technique. The leader of our predecessors was one of them... And I believe one more. I suppose we could call that second one Leiko's predecessor..?" "...You're saying that shy girl pulled off something rare like that? It's gotta be a fluke, right? Don't. Uh. Don't say that to her face, obviously, I'm just thinking out loud." Octavia rubbed at her neck a bit as she walked towards the gathered group, "So they really did duel, huh? I was kinda hoping that would just blow over..."
  21. I have no desire to go back to YCM. YCMaker is insultingly hands off, it took a month to fix the site after it went down, and the site remains dysfunctional in various ways because we didn't have an admin who could fix things when they popped up. Issues kept cropping up and overlapping with each other, YCM isn't worth it. I've found the new site much more palatable between that and some other factors that I'm going to keep to myself. Personally, even if someone did manage to buy YCM off YCMaker, I don't think I would return at this point. I've been more active here then I have been on YCM in ages. I still believe this was the correct decision, and I don't care if YCM withers away.
