The site does cost money each month to upkeep. I don't sell any data, nor do I run any ads - any support you can give to help with the upkeep of things would be greatly appreciated.
There is no max goal for this donation, nor and end point. The rough costs for the site are around 40/50 GBP each month give or take 10 either side depending on the month, there are periods at the start of the year where this does increase significantly due to renewals for the domain and SSL certificates that this site runs off.
The site will remain active and online for as long as I can maintain it. I'm not struggling financially (at least as much as some!) and can maintain this regardless.

Top 5 in general? I'm gonna go with in general cause there was no specifications here, but I'll say NO SONIC... LET'S GO! The five through two are in no specific order. 5. Metal Sonic It truly doesn't matter which version of it that this pertains to, but Metal Sonic has always been a fan favorite of mine. The robotic doppelganger of the main character, it just works! It also helps that Neo Metal and even Metal Overload are just peak designs (at least in my opinion). Plus... without Metal, we wouldn't have gotten the best meme ever... STRAAAAAAAAANGE, ISN'T IT??? 4. Espio the Chameleon My enjoyment of this specific character came from two sources: the ninja boom that happened about this timeframe due to Naruto, and of course... Sonic Heroes. When this chameleon popped up on my radar during this time, I was like... WHO IS THIS?! WHO IS TEAM CHAOTIX?!?! Little did I know, that these were actually prominent characters in the Sonic lore, which was impressive. From his design to his moveset even to his interactions with the other Chaotix members, there's a lot to enjoy about this character. 3. Chaos Long and short of it... the god of destruction... with multiple forms and just the design of it in general was just perfect to me. 2. Shadow the Hedgehog *Insert loud and copious amounts of Linkin Park* The faker that made his appearance in Sonic Adventure 2... he's been a staple in the series and the fan favorite of MANY different Sonic fans. From the fact that he was part alien due to the Black Arms, to him and his ability to control Chaos Energy in his capacity, to his whole tragic narrative... Shadow has a lot of things going for him, and it's no wonder why I was drawn to him. Unfortunately, I never played SA2... I played Sonic Heroes and introduced to him there, same with the Shadow game. Both of these had me looking down the rabbit hole and I was able to learn more about him. And I wasn't disappointed in the slightest! A gun toting, Chaos Energy wielding, anti-hero that can just handle anything that was thrown at him. 1. Scourge the Hedgehog An all but gone relic of the old Archie's comic series Pre-Genesis Wave, this character was once known as "Evil Sonic" or "Anti-Sonic", straight from the alternate dimension of Moebius (the anti-Mobius). I never touched this character or decided to like him at first... no not as Anti Sonic... it was after they gave him a MUCH needed upgrade. During an outing on trying to obtain the Master Emerald, he invoked Chaos Control and absorbed a lot of Chaos Energy, immediately dying his fur green. This was the birth of Scourge, this was the start of my adoration for this character. While this character was practically just an evil version of the blue blur, he was so much more. He gave not just Sonic, but Metal Sonic and even Shadow a run (HA) for their money. This character also single-handedly snagged Sonic's girlfriend at the time, Fiona Fox, one of the comic's biggest baddies as it were. But it wasn't just this, or the fact he conquered his own world and became his king... under all this, he was a complex character. He was the opposite of Sonic, therefore while Sonic always won... Scourge was always the loser, and just could not catch a break. If I had to explain him more about this, I'd suggest looking up the conversation between him and Sonic's father, Jules. THAT can definitely help explain it, or perhaps just look at the various conversations between him and his good half... you'll see that while he gets what he wants... it's never enough and it's always ripped right away from his hands. -
