I mean it's obvious he was trolling when he "debunked" the leaks the first time. Just like when Tagawa said he wasn't doing anything for Shang Tsung.

Shang Tsung looks great, I love all the classic ninja transformations and the movie references. Also, the tease of the chainsaw sound and Terminator music for the "two more guests" was nice.

To this day, Sonic '06 might be one of the most entertaining video games I've ever seen. Anytime someone plays it it's just such a horrible, hilarious mess that has me laughing my ass off every time.

The Nioh 2 alpha is pretty sick so far. In terms of graphics and gameplay it's pretty much the same (the first game was only 2 years ago after all), which is perfectly fine with me. The new Yokai Shift replacing Living Weapon as a Devil Trigger-esque transformation is way cool, and I like the new dual hatchet weapons. Plus, there's already multiple new enemy types which was the biggest issue from Nioh 1 alongside lackluster level design which so far the first level was pretty nice and varied. I'm also really interested in what the story will be about since there won't be a focus on the Warring States period, plus since you can create your own character it means William at the very least isn't the main character again, though I don't know if he'll be involved in some other way.

First announced in last year's E3, now we've got a little gameplay trailer as well as an upcoming closed alpha. It looks like more Nioh to me, which I have no complaints about, and now you have some sort of Devil Trigger-esque yokai transformation which looks sick. That combined with the fact there's character customization seems to mean that William from the first game won't be returning (at least as the player character), so I'm curious as to what the story will be about. The first Nioh had a huge focus on Japan's Warring States period and I'm not expecting something similar in the sequel. I just hope they fix the lack of enemy variety. Though now I really need to get around to completing the DLC in the first one, I got Platinum for the base game but had moved on to other things by the time all the DLC rolled around.

And in case anyone is confused on my use of female pronouns I'll go ahead and clear it up. From what I understand of her character (never actually played Granblue so this is just what I've read), she's a trans woman who doesn't want to make the physical transition (which would be fully possible down to the biological level due to alchemy) because she treasures the body her parents gave her that she was born with.

I'm not familiar with Aurelio Voltaire (at least, I don't think so, but the part that kicked in at 0:43 sounded really familiar), but that's a really solid song. Also, I like that album art because it almost looks like he's got Kamina shades on. 8/10 So I got into Dragalia Lost a few weeks ago because of the FEH collab (and ironically enough it helped me finally drop FEH since that game's sort of been going slowly downhill for awhile), and I love the soundtrack, which seems to generally be considered one of the game's strong points. This is the fight theme for one of the raid bosses and I really like it. Also, I dunno if it's on accident or if there's something I'm missing but you didn't seem to actually give my past submission a rating, it's just /10.

TIL Pheidippides, the guy who inspired the marathon race, was waaay more badass than I thought. First, he ran the 150 miles from Athens to Sparta AND THE SAME DISTANCE BACK. Then ran the 26 miles to Marathon, THEN FOUGHT AT THE BATTLE OF MARATHON, then ran the 26 miles back to Athens to announce their victory where he finally collapsed and died.
