TBH there was a lot more interest by members to focus on RP over much else. My stuff wasn't particularly active or it'd be found a few months later by like, one person xD So kind of a lonely time.... I have actually not posted much in like a year.....

Sounds like fun, but I personally have one fifth of the points needed for it.
Is there a way to further enhance the process? Like, points being awarded at events and whatnot?

Hmm yeah, they added Xyzs at the end of their generation and never bothered with Pendulums, let alone Links and whatever else we'll be seeing at the end of this month. It decomposed all images from the cards that were already saved and stopped accepting new ones if upload pages didn't do the work for it. Even if Yemachu's card maker wasn't a thing, Magic Set Editor and Duelingbook's do it better. If anything it disputes the bottom spot.
Falling Pizza hasn't been an active member in over 11 years. I swear its the first time I see the member active at all, and I remember members like Frunk which he talks about.

Falling Pizza was already an inactive dead account back when I joined, and YCMaker was still a somewhat active member of the site, so not 5 years, try the 11 I've been a part of it xD

I do out of habit.... It gives me a noise and the notification icon, but something in the back of my head sometimes says "what if the page forgot this time?" xD

Also, sometimes the tab gets a "pause" icon and when it does it doesn't really update anything.

4 years is quite a bit of time. I happen to occasionally use it myself, but to be honest, whenever I spend a long time without using it, I more or less forget the settings I need to do it.
 

Sounds like it requires volunteers to have the level of dedication of a game developer that is constantly pumping updates for a project. How did this sustain itself when it happened originally? Did it? I'm intrigued on what the starting decks and advancement additions looked like as samples because I'm intrigued by the notion. Running out of steam sounds like it'd be a prevalent problem, but it is still a very interesting idea.

So NCM has the veterans. YCM has all the new blood. 
Thing is, if veterans aren't already jumping between both sites routinely, chances are you are not pulling them back to YCM, especially because its a one-way suggestion. If in addition you had something like what Darj said, it'd work out a little better IMO.

Cranium Fish. Was made when Flips, Traps, and bait Spells were a thing so something that popped face-downs without an OPT clause sounded pretty good. Self-Special Summon clause without it being a nomi/semi-nomi was virtually unprecedented. Dark Factory of Mass Production and Salvage meant there were ways to get good ammo for it. The monster you Tribute for its bonus Special Summon clause also happens to search you the Cranium Fish so that's good.
All these benefits are right out of a time machine to 12 years ago xD Card is outdated in a few ways.

The only thing I'd remove from it is the "save the world" bit, as it is the only arc from DM iirc that actually had the "save the world" part regardless of translations and stuff. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed Orichalcos duels xP
Rafael alone is one of the highlights of the entirety of DM.

Yeah Divine got killed off like the writers suddenly changed their minds in wanting him in the plot, and I feel like an ass when I say that Aki was better when she was suffering, but she became Yusei's cheerleader. In fact against Team Unicorn I couldn't help but think constantly that Fortune Cup Jack and Aki both would have performed way better than their back then present selves.

Ruka also never really got a solo duel free willed and from start to finish. Odd that she'd be just the same, if not slightly better, without being a signer.

Funny you say that because I was gonna say Rebecca until the last minute when I changed my mind xD
Rebecca might be filler from the anime but I liked her.


About Duke Devlin, he actually got robbed from his backstory from the manga, where his dad had personal beef with Yugi's grandpa as both were sort of bounty hunters with knowledge of obscure games and cursed artifacts, and Duke knew about the Millennium Puzzle and stuff. The stuff Keith did while possessed by Marik was actually Duke's art in the manga without Marik entering the picture yet at all. I think he was setup to do more than he did at the end....

Tough choice, I could name at least 1 for each series xD

Carly from 5DS. She got shafted after the Dark Signers arc due to not in-universe reasons. 
Actually just this morning I was remembering her and wondering if her Deck kept the Fortune Ladies, based on how Kiryu kept the Infernities despite not having signs of owning them before becoming a Dark Signer just like she did for her cards.
