  2. The ghoul didn't seem about to back off after its arm injury. If they were paying attention they would notice it seemed more cautious than the other undead, as though it had some level of intellect left. Despite this, now that it was out in the open, it didn't seem to be much for strategy. It crouched down and rushed at Lana. It seemed wary but still decided to attack head on. Perhaps in part due to the lack of space on top of the steps. Ziun would soon see a zombie, possibly the zombie he had previously distracted, come out of the fog towards him. Ambling without any thought in its head except to reach him to attack. Out of the corner of his eye he would notice something else. A ghoul like the one fighting Lana sneak out from behind a gravestone and clamber atop of the steps heading for Chris. Estelle, for her part, wouldn't notice anything from the direction the skeleton she had destroyed. At least not directly. Near where her orb of light hovered she noticed something. Something moving nearby it. It seemed to be intentionally trying to keep away from it so it likely off to the side of the orb and coming closer.
  3. Right yes, will put up round 2 tomorrow so here's who is moving on
  4. Thessa wasn't fully sure Belladonna understood what she was saying. What was the point of splitting them up first? In fact it'd be easier for her if they were all in one place. That way she could just get in, get it done, and not have to spend too much time. She wasn't too happy with Lachesis's logic either. Couldn't they sort that sort of thing out? Wasn't there people who were meant to make this sort of thing easier for her? If she couldn't rely on the information they gave what even was the point in listening to what they said in the first place? She frowned a bit as she thought this over. They were, of course, only human. So mistakes were going to happen now and then. But maybe she was still expecting too much of them. She had to remind herself of their ability. They weren't like her, they couldn't do what she could, so it could be too much for Thessa to expect ideal support. She missed a lot of what the others were saying as she thought of this. Though she found herself laughing at what Override said. It made her wonder what he thought "hero" was anyway? He made it sound like they all should be lumped into the same mold and that people should think of them as all one big righteous group. Which was probably the silliest thing she had heard today even including Caesar's declaration of war. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, it sounded like they had come up with some sort of idea. Which, really, wasn't all too far apart from what she wanted to do anyway. Namely they were still going to beat them up. Just beat them up in a more formal way. "Well, obviously I'll do it. I was thinking about heading off myself anyway if it took too long. As for which, well, even if I did suggest taking them all out it's not like I prefer to go knocking door to door if there's an easier way. And who better to be a 'champion' than me, right? It won't matter who is on the other side in that case." She noticed that Override was being sent off to do something, she wasn't sure what, and before he went she walked up to him. "Hey, one thing you should keep in mind. Don't go putting 'heroes' on a pedestal got it? They're not inherently better than any of the other groups just cause they're heroes." Besides there was only room for one person up there.
  5. "Thank god I didn't have to say any of that out loud" was Clobber's main takeaway from the experience. In hindsight it was really embarrassing what moment he thought of for that. If anyone heard it they would probably think it was something incredibly stupid. Which might be true but it didn't mean he wouldn't snap back at them for saying it. So, yeah, three cheers for whatever made it that they only had to think about those things. Still, he was surprised when he realized how well all this had worked. The scary mist was gone and everything just felt sorta...better. That being said there was a bit of unnerving feeling at the time to have passed by without them realizing it. Suppose that was another thing to be thankful for; that nothing had come out and attacked them. No one seemed to want to say anything, and Clobber himself wasn't about to break the silence, so for a third time in a short period he felt thankful. This time when Jirachi decided to speak. He probably shouldn't have been surprised by what Jirachi said. Of course they were supposed to form a team. Of course there was more of this to take care of. Which of course meant that of course they would have to end up fighting off some more Pokemon on the way he was sure. Which was crazy, right? Like he knew enough to know you don't mess with wild animals even if you knew how to fight. But, then again, what would Clobber do if he refused? Especially if the others agreed to help. He wasn't afraid of being alone of course, he totally could handle being by himself, but it would be a lot harder to try and stay here on his own. He didn't know anything about this place and, even if this island was safe, it's not like he could just live out his life here. There wasn't even anything to pass the time. It would drive him nuts. "As if we have a choice." He muttered. "Fine, why not. But don't expect me to be happy about it okay? I'm just doing it cause I ain't got nothing better to do anyway."
