Canyon Battleguard Level 3| Warrior/Union/Effect| EARTH ATK: 1500 DEF: 550 Effect: Once per turn, you can either: Target 1 Warrior-type monster you control; equip this card to that target, OR: Unequip this card and Special Summon it. When this card is equipped to a "Swamp Battleguard"; this card's name is treated as "Lava Battleguard. When this card is equipped to a "Lava Battleguard"; this card's name is treated as "Swamp Battleguard". If the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle or card effect, destroy this card instead. Just an experiment. It's been a long time since I've made a yugioh card so I wanted to give the new site a try. Sorry if the effect grammar is incorrect in places, I really haven't done this sort of thing in a while.

Vanity & Envy DARK [Spellcaster/Link/Effect] Link Rating:2 Link Arrows: ⬋ (SW), ⬊ (SE) ATK: 0 2 monsters with the same name While you control monsters other than "Vanity and Envy", this card cannot be targeted for attacks or by card effect. (Quick Effect): You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; Special Summon 1 "Reflection Token" (Fiend/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK ?/ DEF 0) (When Summoned, its ATK becomes equal to the current ATK of the target +100). You can only use this effect of "Vanity & Envy" once per turn. Concept

Memory Lane [Field Spell] During the turn player's Draw Phase, instead of conducting their normal draw: They can add 1 card from their GY to their hand, and if they do, place 1 Memory Counter on this card. Once per turn, while you control no monsters: You can target 1 monster from either player's GY; Special Summon it, but its effects are negated. Each time a monster(s) is Special Summoned from the GY, place 1 Memory Counter on this card. Monsters Special Summoned from the GY gain 300 ATK for each Memory Counter on this card. Concept:

Puppet Roulette [Normal Spell] Reveal 3 different "Gimmick Puppet" monsters or cards that specifically lists "Gimmick Puppet" in its text, have your opponent randomly add 1 of them to your hand, and send the rest to the GY. Immediately after this card resolves, you lose 1000 LP for each monster sent to the GY. You can only activate 1 "Puppet Roulette" per turn. Support To:

A Chapter in Life Quick-Play Spell Declare the name of 1 monster you control; take from your Deck or GY 1 Spell/Trap whose artwork clearly depicts the declared monster, and either add it to your hand, or Set it, and if it is a Trap or Quick-Play Spell, it can be activated this turn. You can only activate 1 "A Chapter in Life" per turn. Written card for now but I intend to find a suitable picture for the card. I may change the name too to fit with whatever image I find. As for how it works, to give an example, using this while you control "Wee Witch's Apprentice" would let you search for "Link Party" and "Packet Swap". An important ruling/clarification is that the monster should be recognizable in the artwork. If the monster in the artwork is blurry, hidden in a shadow, shown as a silhouette, or otherwise is ambiguous, or just implied to be there, then the card cannot be searched by this. For instance, "Breaking of the World" cannot be searched if you control "Demise, Supreme King of Armageddon", because only its eyes are shown in the art of the former. Another example is not being able to search "Gozen Match" while you control a Shi En monster, because Shi En in that artwork is obscured.

If this card is Summoned: You can look at your opponent's hand, and choose 1 Spell/Trap Card in their hand, your opponent Sets it (if any), and if they do, that card cannot be activated until end of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Gimmick Puppet Matryoshka" once per turn. If a "Gimmick Puppet" monster(s) would be destroyed by battle or by card effect, banish this card from your GY instead. Once per turn, if a “HERO” monster you control destroys a monster by battle, or inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can add 1 card from your opponent’s GY to your hand.
  10. Reptilious Vivarium [Field Spell] Reptile monsters you control gain 100 ATK and DEF for each Reptile monster in your GY. You can activate 1 of these effects of "Reptilious Vivarium" per turn, and only once that turn. Send 1 Reptile monster from your Deck to the GY. Target 1 Reptile monster in your GY; banish this card that is either face-up in your Field Zone or in your GY, and if you do, Special Summon the target.

If this card is banished: You can target 1 Field Spell Card in your GY; activate it. I am currently working on a new Archetype called "Millennium Sky". There's alot of work going on in terms of artworks and coding for YgoPro. The cards are built around moving opponents into Defense Position and then Piercing through them. I wanted to point out this card because of it's unique lockdown method and would like to have some feedback on it's balancing regarding Master Rule 4. Greets, Messoras

When an attack is declared involving this card: It gains 500 ATK. Negate the effects of monsters destroyed by battle with this card. If this card’s ATK is 2500 or more, banish any monster destroyed by battle with this card. If this card in its owner’s possession leaves the field because of your opponent’s card or effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Dark Lucius" monster from your hand or Deck, as if it were Special Summoned by the effect of the “Dark Lucius” monster listed in its first line of text, if any.

Sidlewinder EARTH [Reptile/Link/Effect] Link Rating:2 Link Arrows: W, E ATK: 1500 2 Reptile monsters You can move this card to 1 of your unoccupied adjacent Main Monster Zones, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Reptile monster from your hand or GY to a Zone this card points to. You can only use this effect of "Sidlewinder" once per turn. Apply these effects depending on Zones occupied by monsters this card is pointing to. Left Zone: This card and monsters it points to cannot be destroyed by battle. Right Zone: This card and monsters it points to cannot be destroyed by card effects. Concept and Wordplay:

If the equipped monster attacks, at the end of the damage step: you can send this card to the GY; the equipped monster can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn. If this card is sent from the field to the GY: you can add 1 "ZW" monster from your deck to your hand. So I thought that "Wonder Wings" sounded like a card name so I made this.

Cursor Guider EARTH ✪ (Level 1) [Cyberse/Effect] ATK/250 DEF/100 You can target 1 Link monster in the Extra Monster Zone or in your Main Monster Zone; Special Summon this card from your hand or GY to 1 of your Main Monster Zones that the Link Monster doesn't already point to but could, and if you do, that Link monster now also points to the Main Monster Zone this card is in. You can only use this effect of "Cursor Guider" once per Duel. Concept: Design Notes:

Counter Deflation [Normal Trap] Shuffle all cards on the field with counters on them into the Deck, then each player lose LP equal to 200x the number of counters on the cards they controlled that were shuffled into the Deck. These conditions apply based on the total number of counters on the field. 5 or more: You can activate this card from your hand. 7 or more: Your opponent cannot activate cards or card effects in response to this card's activation.

Gorz, the Bestower of Darkness DARK Level 7 [Fiend / Effect] 2700/2500 Once per turn: You can target 1 monster in your GY and 1 Token Monster you control; The Token's Level becomes equal to the Level of the target in the GY, and it gains 600 ATK and DEF for each card in your hand. Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy 1 monster from your hand or field with the same Level, and if you do, change control of the target. When you take battle damage: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You must control no cards to activate and to resolve this effect. If Summoned this way: Special Summon 1 "Bestower of Darkness Token" (Fairy-Type/LIGHT/Level 7/ATK ?/DEF ?) for each monster your opponent controls. Their ATK and DEF are each equal to the amount of battle damage you took. - - - - - Since neither Gorz or Tragoedia seem to make the cut nowadays, I made a card that's Gorz, but Summons many Tokens depending on how much the opponent extends, and that can otherwise get a Token themed deck revolving around it as it turns any Token into a Tragoedia (this last bit is regardless of how it was Summoned or if the Tokens were even produced by this card itself). Adjusting to powercreep, but what do you think? Not needed? Over doing it? Not enough? xP
  23. Preposterous [Normal Spell] Your opponent declares a card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap). Each player excavate cards from the top of their Deck until they excavate a card that shares the declared card type, then each player adds their last excavated card to their hand and banish the remaining excavated cards, face-down.
