  1. Larry: Isn't it funny how the show is called Veggietales when both Bob and I are technically fruits? It's true! Me:
  2. I summon my strongest card - Beaver Warrior - in Attack Position! A very mighty 4 star monster indeed. (My number is 4)
  3. Ivan simply stared at Belle as she explained herself to him. Was she so careless that she didn't do any research before signing stuff? She did seem like the kind that would overlook something like that, however. Plus, the last part of her statement hit close to home. He kept quiet for a bit as she laughed about making enough money to avoid the real world forever. The thought of going back to Alola had never crossed his mind, he knew his family wouldn't take him back. Not after having ran away twice. He wasn't even sure if Team Skull would take him back at this point. His train of thought was interrupted by the waiter, who had their food. In front of him was now a series of roasted kelp, designed to look like a giant patty. Next to it was a glass of water with some kelp in it. He turned back to Belle. "So ya didn't really have much of a choice, huh? Rough..." He said, stabbing his food with his fork. "Still, sounds like you're makin' the best of it. Good on ya." He said, tearing a piece out of the kelp with his fork. "Plus, it'll do ya good to get some sunshine." He said, biting the food on his fork.
  4. Graveyard of Lost Souls Team Karaoke Lok's eyes brightened up as he started seeing Gwen move. "Gwen!" He shouted as the girl gently moved him out of the way. And, as she fired off the Hex, he applauded as it seemed to have actually done damage to Raphael, although his hope was quickly snuffed when he struck back, doing the combination of moves that he did on Lok and Nine. He let out a gasp as Raphael fired off a Shadow Ball towards Gwen, although it was met by a Dark Pulse from Nine. "Good work!" Lok shouted, although he was preoccupied with the Godslayer. In fact, it seemed like he was in trouble! Lok, in his panic to help his friend, pointed his finger at Raphael. A purple flame appeared on the tip of his finger. "Leave him alone!" Lok shouted, firing off his Hex towards the Godslayer. As he shot it out, instant regret washed over him as he remembered the last time he tried to get the Godslayer's attention. Temple of Time and Space Team Showdown Scarlet turned to Taiga, pumping her fist. They had successfully defeated the trio of fossils, although everything about it seemed a bit easier than she had expected. She turned to the others, giving the shark a girl in response to her thumbs up. However, her sense of things being too easy were right, as the king sent out two other fighters - what seemed like a Cradily and an Armaldo, although more dragonic just like the other three. Scarlet raised her fists in front of her, ready to take them on. She turned her head towards Taiga, who was already on the move. She simply shook her head. "Someone's enthusiastic..." She turned back to Armaldo, the opponent that she was left with. "Well then..." She said, moving around a bit as she did a Swords Dance, before stopping in a battle ready position. "...let's dance!"
  5. Oh that's suppose to be chocolate lmao, I thought chocolate was part of the candy tbh although I guess it means like actual chocolate. In that chocolate is B, chocolate ice cream cake is probably a C for me. I don't think I've ever had a cannoli, at least not a dessert one. Also yea those are definitely not cake pops lmao, google is dumb.
  6. I legit didn't recognize it as funnel cake tbh, too lazy to edit tier list though so pretend it's in B
  7. why is there 2 of the same cake on this
  8. Graveyard of Lost Souls Team Karaoke The burn Lok had inflicted onto Raphael didn't seem to be doing much, being counteracted by some sort of regeneration. To make matters worse, Lok had brought attention to himself - attention that would cost him, as he let out a painful scream. It was like the Godslayer had struck him right at his soul, feeling something eat away at him. His body started to burn up as he clutched his chest. The Bannette was clearly toying with them, his maniacal voice ringing in Lok's head. "This is bad..." He muttered to himself as he watched Nine strike at the Godslayer once again, taking the attention away from him. At this rate, he was feeling a lot of regret about coming here. Maybe Shaymin had been right all along... Well, it didn't matter now. Even if he had wanted to turn back and run, he couldn't. He glanced back towards Gwen, checking up on how she was doing. She was standing there ominously, a blank stare in her eyes. "Gwen...?" She seemed completely out of it, almost in a trance. "Gwen!" He shouted, running towards the girl. No response. Even after pulling at her arm, she didn't move, just swayed a bit in place. It was almost like she was a lifeless mannequin. His heart sank. "Gwen!" He shouted once more, his voice filled with panic as he feared the worst. He shook the girl by her shoulders. "Snap out of it, Gwen! Please..." His voice trembled, eyes starting to tear up. Still nothing. "No no no no..." He muttered, turning around to see Nine getting absolutely demolished by Raphael. "Gwen, please! Nine needs us... Kayla needs us..." He said, turning around back to Gwen with tears rolling down his face. "I need you." Temple of Time and Space Team Showdown Scarlet's pincers locked onto the Kabutop's blade, gripping it tightly as she glared at the ancient gijinka's eyes. However, she let go as the Kabutops fired off a Hydro Pump at her, sending the Scizor flying back from the force of the water stream. She managed to land on her feet, but saw that her opponent was quickly following up on his attack, dashing towards her to strike with another Slash. She acted quickly, her wings fluttering violently as she sidestepped the attack. Her blood was pumping from adrenaline as she darted back in to go for a right hook aimed at the Kabutop's side. The ancient fighter winced as Scarlet's fist struck him, before giving the girl a rather nasty Leer, one that made Scarlet feel slightly uneasy. She didn't have time to think about it that much, however, as Kabutops was now coming at her with another Slash. She raised her pincer to block the slash, gritting her teeth as she felt the blade cut into her metallic hand. A small trickle of blood came out of the crack that was now on her fist, but she wasn't deterred. "Now you've done it..." She said, her eyes burning intensely as she took the opportunity to go in with a Bullet Punch right into his gut. Kabutops doubled over from the attack, lifting his head up to look at her. Scarlet grinned, although she didn't have time to appreciate her attack as she saw him getting ready to fire off another Hydro Pump. This time, she was ready, however, as she darted out of the way. "Not this time!" She said, drops from the jet of water splashing onto her metallic coat as she got ready to go in with another punch. Kabutops was ready for this, as he swiped towards Scarlet, his hand covered in a claw-shaped purple flame. She met the Dragon Claw with a Bullet Punch, the two attacks clashing with each other. Both of them winced as the other struck, the clash causing both of them to take a step back from each other. There was a short pause as the two fighters glared at each other, before they immediately dashed towards each other once again. As Scarlet dashed in, she narrowly dodged a downwards Slash aimed towards her, returning with a set of punches that he managed to block with two swift Slashes. The clinging of metal filled the room for a few seconds as the two of them swung at each other swiftly, each fighter looking nearly evenly matched. However, as Kabutops went in for a Dragon Claw aimed right at Scarlet's head, she managed to grab his claw once more with a Bug Bite. For the first time in that fight, he let out a shout in pain, but Scarlet wasn't done. Her wings fluttered violently as she pulled on his arm, causing him to stumble forward right into a flurry of punches that sent him flying backwards. Scarlet darted forwards, Kabutops trying once again to blast her with a Hydro Pump. However, he missed as she darted forwards, her Bug Bites clamping right into his sides as she held him. With a grunt, her wings fluttering violently, she managed to lift herself slightly off the ground, before suplexing the Kabutops. Scarlet picked herself off the ground, breathing heavily as she turned towards the Kabutops. "A worthy foe..." She said quietly, taking a moment to take a breath as she looked at her knocked out opponent.
  9. Olivia giggled at the thought of shrinking a city. It seemed that she was out of touch with the world outside her home, even moreso than Olivia herself. "It is a pleasure to meet you, miss Faraday. And what a lovely name you have~!" She said, placing her hand on her cheek. While the girls were talking, Cerbi had his eyes on the Shinx, giving the small runt a deadly glare as it tried to break from its trainer's hold. The houndour couldn't help but grin as it watched the Shinx struggle, to no avail. His expression quickly became one of shock, however, when the electric cat managed to break free and made a run for it. Instinctively, Cerbi chased after the Shinx, barking after the Pokemon. "Cerbi!" Olivia shouted, chasing after her own Pokemon. She only managed to catch up to Cerbi when it stopped in front of a battle, the Houndour's eyes locked directly at the Shinx. Before it could do anything, however, Olivia placed her hand on top of the dog's head. "Bad Cerbi! What's gotten into you?" Olivia scolded, her face scowling at the Houndour. As Cerbi let out a whimper, however, her scowl seemed to melt as she went in for a hug. "Just don't do it again, ok~?" She said, before turning to what was happening around her. "Ah, a Pokemon battle!" She said, clasping her hands together. "It's just as exciting as I imagined it~!" She beamed, letting out a giggle as she watched the two Pokemon duke it out.
  10. Ivan let out a low chuckle as Jacklyn went on to talk about the importance of adventure. He didn't think she'd oblige, at least not this easily, although she promised to at least keep the flash off. He glanced over to Belle, who had seemed to notice his slip up. "It's fine to be honest," He raised his eye brow. "When you're hungry, food is the most important thing, after all." He wasn't entirely sure what she had thought he meant to say, but whatever her guess was, it was wrong. He simple chuckled lightly. "Thanks." He said dryly, as the waiter came by. "I'll take some Grilled Kelp and some Kelp Water." He said, crossing his arms as he turned back towards the group. Jacklyn was still on this cataloging thing, talking about a big 'uwaaah' moment. She placed the map of the region on the table, asking the group if they had any wishlists. He glanced over to Belle. "I'm sure we'll figure out when to say 'uwaah'" He said, the last part rather dryly. He frowned slightly at her last comment. "A wishlist isn't a bad idea." He said, turning back to Jacklyn. He knew exactly what he wanted to do - prove all those bastards back at home wrong, that he could and would become a strong trainer. "I only have one goal - to be the strongest there is." He said, his gaze becoming intense. "I have my eye on the prize. I'm going to become Champion." He said fiercely, before turning to Belle. Her answer seemed to have killed the fire that had ignited in his soul just then. It was as he assumed earlier - she didn't seem to want to be here. Ivan simply nodded his head. "Well, if you really want to go back home so badly..." He said, crossing his arms again. "...why'd ya come here in the first place?" His face turned into a scowl, one that was nastier than he had wanted. "It's not like you didn't have a choice. You signed up for this, after all."
  11. Archer let out a laugh as the man answered back at him. However, before he could respond, someone had thrown a bottle at the mans head. He watched as the man that had glassed the man walked towards Astoria. She seemed to know who this Arash fella was, and she didn't seem at all pleased to see him. "Now miss..." He said, placing his hand on the gun on his waist. "...I ain't sure who this feller is, or what bad blood yall have. But I ain't about to cause a shoot out in an establishment such as this." He gave the man a deathly glare. "At least not unprovoked." "Where are my manners?" He grinned, taking his hand off of his weapon and extending his arm towards Arash. "The name's Archer." He glanced back to Astoria. "All said and done, me and my associate should be headin' out."
  12. Deadlands Team Karaoke Lok slowly walked towards the cave, glaring at it with fear. What would they find in there? Doubt was beginning to creep into his mind, but he shook his head - it was too late to back down. He nearly jumped as Shaymin warned, although he didn't see anything at first. Suddenly, however, a Bannette walked out of seemingly nowhere. Raphael gave Lok the creeps, nearly jumping as the disciple jumped around the place. He let out a scream as the setting around them changed to a horrifying blood moon. Shaymin was nowhere to be found. He saw Nine confidently walk up the Raphael while Lok took a second to let his brain catch up with his body. Lok was stunned by how powerful Raphael was. Could they actually take him on? They had to try - or rather, they didn't really have a choice at this point. As he saw Raphael launch the Shadow Balls at Nine, Lok decided to fire off a Will-o-Wisp towards the disciple, hoping to at least burn him. If Nine's attacks were barely scratching this monster, he doubted his own attacks would do much. Skuldafn Team Showdown It took a bit, but eventually something did happen. The stairs seemed to move and transform until it became a hallway. Scarlet stood up, turning towards the stone doors in front of them. The doors opened soon after, revealing a large hall. In it was a long table with several gijinka sitting around it, including a Tyrantrum on a throne. The kingly gijinka spoke, telling them they'd have to step into an arena and pass his trial. As he spoke, pillars erected from the ground forming the aforementioned arena. Three of the gijinka from the table stepped into the ring, and were looking ready to fight. Scarlet nodded, jumping into the ring herself. "Now this is my kind of trial!" She said, turning towards her opponents. Taiga was already acting, tossing herself at the ropes to slingshot herself at the opponents. Scarlet took a more straight forwards approach, darting with a dash towards the one that resembled a Kabutops. As she got close, she thrusted an open pincer towards her target like a punch, ready to clamp down on them with a Bug Bite.
  13. Deadlands Team Karaoke The group got back together, and soon after they split up again, agreeing to meet up shortly. Lok took this time to go back to his house and spend time with his family, telling them all the events that had occurred. Lok would show up a bit later than he had wanted, already seeing some of them getting together, including Gwen and Shaymin. "Sorry!" He said, running towards them. "Family kept me longer than I thought..." He let out a small laugh. "So... we doing this thing." He watched as Shaymin started doing her ritual in front of the cave entrance. Shaymin looked like a completely different person as she began, although that might have been due to the blinding light she was radiating. Lok turned away, covering his eyes as the tremors shook his core. When the light faded, Lok turned back and was stunned to see Shaymin standing there stoically, although that didn't last very long as she soon after broke into tears. Lok immediately ran up to the legend, eyes starry. "You were awesome back there!" He exclaimed, squatting next to Shaymin. His expression changed from a wide grin to a softer smile. "So it's that scary, huh? Honestly I'm scared to go in there too." He stood back up, turning back to the others. "But I'm sure that we can take on whatever is in that cave." He turned back towards Shaymin, extending an arm out towards her to help her up. "Together." Skuldafn Team Showdown Scarlet watched as the tiles glowed, transforming into a pair of stairs going downwards. "Well, let's get going." She said, making her way down the stairs. As the group walked down the stairs, they noticed that after a bit of walking they weren't really getting anywhere. Scarlet let out a sigh. "So just like the hallway, huh?" She shook her head. As if right on cue, lettered appeared from nowhere just like before. "Time waits for no man. Yet man must always wait for time. It will never catch up until you let it." "Until you let it..." Scarlet repeated the last part of the message, placing her pincer on her chin. "I guess we should..." As she turned to Taiga, she noticed that the Sharpedo was ahead of her, already taking a seat on the stairs. "...yeah that." She said, smiling. She took a seat next to her companion. "Hopefully time doesn't take too long."
  14. They eventually got to the restaurant and, shorty after, they were seated at a table. Taking a glance at the menu, he noticed that almost everything on the menu was kelp. Even the drinks were kelp, which was surprising. He didn't mind at all, although the price seemed a bit high for what they were offering. He let out a reluctant sigh. "At least it's healthy." He muttered, deciding which type of kelp he was going to order. He shifted his glance towards Belle, who seemed to be worked up about the limited menu. She seemed to want to eat a bunch of chips and snacks instead, causing Ivan to shake his head. "You can't just eat junk food all the time ya know." He said, turning his head towards the girl. "It's not good for the body." As he said this, he was suddenly blinded by a flashing light. He turned towards where it came from, greeted by a blurry image of Jacklyn holding a camera in her hands. He grit his teeth. "If yer gonna take pictures like that, can ya at least turn off the flash?" He said with a light tone of irritation. He heard Belle complain, who seemed irritated as well. "I'm with her on this one." He said, pointing a thumb towards Belle. "We really don't need to be celebrating every little thing we do." He let out a sigh, turning back to the menu. "Still, it's nice to sit down and relax from time to time with f- with you guys." He said, seemingly ignoring his slight slip up. "...hmmm, Grilled Kelp sounds kinda intersetin."
  15. Cyan woke up early like he always did, stretching out on his bed. Last night had been interesting, to say the least. He only wished that the night had gone on longer, but Gavin left early, and Silver followed soon after. "Humans..." He muttered, rolling his eyes. Still, it was still better than his usual night out. Even though he thought Gavin was still a bit boring, he at least knew he had someone to hit up whenever he wanted a drinking buddy. Cyanthrax still didn't know if that punk was actually old enough to drink or if he had dragged a child into a bar, but either way he was surprised that the boy had tagged along. The demon picked himself up from his bed, letting out a yawn as he lazily checked his watch for the time. "9:27..." He was slowly getting accustomed to all these fancy gadgets, although the idea that this little screen on his wrist could tell the time with such accuracy was still baffling to him. More importantly than the time, however, was the day - it wasn't yesterday anymore. Which meant, of course, that today he would be fighting. He grinned, cracking his knuckles. He started getting ready for the day, thinking about who he was going to challenge. As he stepped outside into the streets, he felt his wrist vibrate. Checking it, he read the message from Xia. Well, that made the choice pretty easy. With a flourish of his fingers, he began typing a response. fUCK YEA WERE FIGHTN! HOpe ya raedy to lose!
  16. “We’re against Rei,” Suzume muttered, grinding her teeth with every word. “Alright, listen up, show-off. I don’t like you. I like her less. Let’s kick her ass.” Pointing at the beetle she didn’t recognize on the monitor, the girl asked “Who’s he?” “Him?” Suda said, smirking. “Well that’s the one and only Beetleman!” He said, before turning to Suzume. “Don’t worry, as long as you stick to my plan this’ll be easy.” “Ohhh?” Arms crossed and incredulous look on her face, Suzume replied “Please, tell me more about this master plan. I can’t wait to hear this.” “I told you this back in the other room!” He said, shaking his head. “I knew you were weak, but dumb too?” He let out a laugh. “Just stay out of my way.” “That’s not a plan at all, dumbass! That’s the opposite of a plan! Look, if we’re going to be a team, we need a plan as a team. Even if it’s just… I dunno. Keep Rei pinned down in one spot. Her Quirk lets her go back to a spot she marks, so it’s really hard to keep her down if she’s allowed to run around. As long as this beetleman isn’t made of steel or something, I should be able to crack his hide open.” Suda simply rolled his eyes. “Sure, sure, we’ll do it your way. But when this inevitably fails we go back to Plan S.” He said, pointing his thumb at himself. “I’m not sitting on my ass while you do all the work. Especially not while you do all the work.” Suzume’s limbs spun around sporadically for a bit, as she continued, “If you don’t work your ass off, you have no place as a hero. Catching the bad guys or helping the good guys, you don’t get any of that done by twiddling your thumbs. Like hell I’d start doing that now.” Suda let out a laugh, turning towards Herc and Rei. “Ya know, that’s the smartest thing you’ve said all day.” He cracked his knuckles. “Let’s just hope you aren’t all talk.”
  17. Deadlands Team Karaoke Lok nodded as Kayla spoke. "We've been through a lot as a group... Not to undersell Giratina or you or anything!" He said, chuckling nervously. "...but we can do this. I'm sure of it." He said, pumping his fist. Shaymin seemed to have been swayed by the groups words, which made Lok smile. However, it soon hit him that they would, in fact, have to fight this monsterous thing that even a Legend was afraid of. He had been so caught up in his own speech that he forgot they still actually had to do this thing. He turned to Nine, who seemed confident that they could take on this opponent. This was reassuring to Lok, plus they had the help of a legend this time around, not to mention the Enforcer and the rest of the town. He turned to Gwen and the others, giving them a thumbs up. They were really doing this. Skuldafn Team Showdown As Scarlet walked, she noticed that things were different thing time - she was actually walking backwards towards the entrance. The weird part, however, was that she was watching... herself, and everyone else. Right before they entered the cave itself. What in the world was this place? She was in shock, recoiling away from the gate - recoiled too far, in fact, as she lost her footing on the bridge. She let out a scream as she fell through the abyss, failing to grab the ledge on her way down. It felt like she had been falling forever. And yet, it felt like she had just barely fallen when she crashed onto the ground. She picked herself up, surprised that she had not only landed somewhere, but had survived the fall. "This is annoying! Where the hell is chrome dome!" Scarlet's ears perked up as she heard a familiar voice. Taiga's voice seemed to come from the temple she had crashed next too. "Taiga!" She shouted, running into the temple. When she got there, she saw both Taiga and Isole. Her eyes teared up as she realized that Taiga was ok. "Taiga!" She shouted again, jumping at the shark and holding her tightly. "I thought I lost you when you jumped off the bridge!" She said, letting go of her friend. She turned to Isole. "Isole! You made it here too." She smiled at the girl, wiping a tear out of her eye. She turned her attention to the floor, which seemed to be a set of large tiles. She also noticed that there was one tile missing. She turned back to Taiga who, after calming down a bit, noticed looked exhausted. "Hmm..." She dashed off of the floor, dashing upwards to take a better look at the floor. As she got up there, her suspicion was confirmed. "A puzzle, huh?" She said, falling back down. It seemed that Taiga had been struggling with the puzzle, although whether intentional or not she had set the tiles in a way that made it easier for Scarlet to get an idea of what the final picture was suppose to look like. "I'll take it from here." Scarlet moved quickly, dashing and punching tiles across the ground. It took her a good solid bit of time to get the pieces in place, but eventually she managed to get all the tiles in place. She let out a huff as she wiped her brow. "That should do it." She turned to the others, giving them a tired grin.
