  1. do do do do do do Pretty song, washed over me but not necessarily a negative way, 8/10 that's over 7 minutes long but fine first, why do songs insist on being long yet have long stretches of basically nothing. It's neat background noise would be cool in a game or show but on its own, kinda just there, after a while I instinctively tune it out if there's not much changing especially on things without lyrics 6.5/10 the end bit I liked more than the rest of it
  2. some interesting things in there but overall didn't do a lot for me, 7/10 still
  3. I like it, not much to it, wouldn't sit down and listen to it but its nice background music, 7.5/10
  4. As all of the adventurers narrowly escaped the remaining undead they would find themselves on a staircase much like the ones they had been on before. Lana would notice that the darkness she saw before simply faded away. Or rather it looked as though the darkness was moving down the stairs and revealing more of it until it vanished completely. These stairs were a brief journey before it leveled off into a small, square, room. Directly on the right was a stone wall and across from them more stairs leading down. The room was mostly empty except for two things. One, on the left-hand wall, was a portal like those they had seen before that would lead them back to the surface. Next to that was a simple wooden chest. Inside said chest was some coin as well as a single object. It was a wand of some sort that appeared to be made of bone. On the left of the wand were three white stones embedded into it and on the right three black stones. Were they to take the portal to the surface they would find that night had fallen and they would be allowed to heal their wounds, though their fatigue was not so easy to heal, before being led out of the walled area protecting the entrance to the dungeon.
  5. Feels like a cross between animal crossing and legend of zelda music 8/10 I like it
  6. 5/10 I'm sorry it kind of drove me nuts that's certainly some gap 6/10, wasn't too interested I don't necessarily write off the growls but when its almost all growls I lose interest real fast
  7. Team JAA/AJA/AAJ “Keep an eye on her,” Leopold gave her a look that said "I was going to anyway" before looking away in obvious annoyance and following his trainer farther into the grass. "If I were a stick, where would I hide..." Anneliese said as she wandered down a narrow path looking side to side. "Attached to a tree I bet. But there aren't that many trees around...Goodness, sticks are harder to find than I thought!" she noticed Leopold and started speaking to him. "I heard that some people need to use wood for heating in their own homes, isn't that amazing? I suppose this means that I shouldn't have to find much. If a whole house can be heated there's no way that it takes much for a camp fire..." Leopold began to get antsy after some time and, figuring out that Anneliese was hardly finding anything, he began to run off to grab sticks himself and bring them back to her. Or rather dropping them in front of her for her to "find". So engrossed in her adventure was she that Anneliese didn't notice it was getting darker. Not until she suddenly realized that she could hardly see the paths any more. And once it hit her that it had gotten dark she froze up. She hadn't been outside without a source of light before and she began looking this way and that. Trying to find something that was lit up for her to focus on. When she couldn't she ended up crouched down with her head between her knees as she tried to instead ignore the darkness. It was then that a creature that had been hiding in the grass started to inch forward. Slowly making its way towards the girl. "Shiii!" The creature ducked back into the grass as the girl's Shinx came running up to her, carrying another stick, and nudged the girl. "Oh, Leopold...oh my you, you found a stick. Good job." Shakily getting up she looked this way and that. "I suppose...that must be enough, yes? We should head on back." Leopold noticed her hesitate, unsure which way to go, and so he took the lead and Anneliese followed her back to the camp. Once she saw the others Anneliese breathed a sigh of relief and ran the rest of the way there. "Hello! I have discovered sticks!" she called out to them. Team "B"QN Quinn and Nate, the next day, would find that Belle had left and discovered the note left behind. Billy would inform them that he had noticed her leaving and "I thought I'd stop her but...it isn't really any of my business. I wouldn't want to butt in....sorry if that was the wrong thing to do." He was about to offer them breakfast when suddenly there was a loud roar from outside. And through a window they saw a gout of fire shoot across their vision. "What in the world?" Billy exclaimed as he hurried outside. They would see another man who looked just like Billy, only slightly longer hair and wearing heavy gloves instead of an apron, carrying a Smoliv in his arms and breathing heavy as if he had just been running. "Bobby what happened?" "It's Magmortar. She suddenly started acting up and began firing off Flamethrowers everywhere. I only barely got this little one outta the way." "Goodness...what could have caused that?" "Can't say for sure but...I did see someone running off that way, and it looked like he was carrying something. Might be that he took something from the girl." Bobby frowned and nearly growled. "I gotta make sure she don't hurt herself, or one of the other Pokemon, so I can't exactly chase them down..."
  8. The lycan was baring his fangs. And fangs they were. His mouth curled back longer than what would be deemed normal on a human and there were multiple sharp teeth shown. He had taken a few steps back as the fire washed over him but he was now standing still. Though that wasn't fully accurate. The man was breathing heavier, chest heaving with every breath, and he looked at Reinaan with an animalistic intensity. "I guess that's how it's going to be huh? Alright. Then I'll show you my trick next." Before Reinaan's eyes he saw the man seem to start to grow. The whites of his eyes turned yellow and the look in them became more feral. But then he paused. For a brief moment his eyes flicked over to the side and out of nowhere he jumped backwards. And dodged a long blade slashing through the air from above and to his right. Damien stood there, sword held in both hands as its blade separated the lycan and Reinaan. He, too, was breathing heavily as if he had just been running a great distance. Keres noticed that there was blood on his blade despite having missed his target and, looking where he came from, realized that it was from the direction she had heard one of the six other lycans. "Lucas. Stop." Damien said. He didn't look at the lycan but it was clear he was speaking to him. Said lycan laughed, louder than before, and it seemed his sudden transformation had been put on hold. "And look who it is, the mutt has returned. I thought you were long gone?" His eyes went to the sword and grew cold, despite the smile on his face. "I see, so you did take it. I'm sure you realize now what taking it means right? Have you seen that general of theirs? I suppose I should be thanking you for wounding the bastard but you really should have just finished him off when you had the chance." Damien then spoke to the group. "We need to go, right now." But Keres knew that it was already too late. "They've covered the hole." she said. Already the remaining five lycans in the woods had shifted so there was less space between them. And then they came out of the woods. From behind Lucas, a bit to the right, from the opposite side, and from the area between those two and to the right, three creatures stepped into the clearing. Each of them stood around seven feet tall. They walked on two legs but were covered in dark fur. Their arms were muscular and ended in clawed hands, as did their legs with clawed feet, and their heads were that of a wolf's. The lycans stood at the edge of the clearing. In full view but not yet moving. Though they all crouched over as they glanced at their leader, barely holding back the urge to charge in and attack. There were two more lycans still in the forest. There had been some noises, in one case a short yelp of surprise, and it seemed that the traps had at least delayed a couple of them. Still with the three lycans within striking distance and the leader growing less patient as well it was clear that an all out fight was soon to start. "Come on, mutt, is that any way to treat me after all this time? Why don't you look at me, boy. Your uncle wants to see what kind of face you're making right now..."
  9. It was always strange to her how many places like Horseshoe Stadium there was. It was as if the city expected more people than it held. The fact had bothered Thessa for a long time but she could never quite figure out why this was the case. At least it was better than not having places like it. It meant that there were multiple different places you could have multiple different events. Still the size was always a bit...strange feeling whenever she came here. They ended up going through what Thessa would consider the front of the building. Coming here without a crowd certainly had a unique feel to it. It usually took much longer to get anywhere and yet they were heading for the entrance to the field in what felt like no time at all. “Here they come!” from inside. “Alright, places everyone!” "Aw, they're waiting for us, isn't that sweet. Wonder what surprises they have cooked up." She didn't really need Cassiopeia's gesture, of course she'd go ahead, but she responded anyway. "Sure, I'll go crash the party then. Maybe I'll try and save some leftovers for you." As she headed straight for the field she heard a voice again counting down from three as she crossed the threshold. Immediately upon hearing the voice she began to run forward, prepared to face whatever they throw at her head on. "Zero" There was an explosion at her feet, one of pretty decent power at that, which would have caught her had she not activated her power and leapt forward. As it was she felt the blast at her back but was able to avoid being hit directly. Once past the blast, and once she landed onto the field again, she turned back towards where she had heard the voice. She saw a man with his head poking up behind a turn in the stairs. She didn't see him long before he vanished back up the stairs. Thessa cocked her head to the side. "Alright. Well if that's how it's gonna be, guess I'll go Seeking huh?" She activated more of her power, shaving a bit more time off, just in case someone tried another sucker punch and decided to jump up towards the area that the stairs led. Unconcerned about whatever she might encounter up there.

  17. It seemed that they were not the only ones with the idea to use the tower. Much like with the burrows it appeared that someone else had made this their spot. The realization that they might have run right into trouble caused Sabrina to slow some but Marshall and Abby both stepped past in order to address them. “...Greetings. Are you friend, or foe?” "Also, what's in there?" Sabrina thought for a moment that they were about to fling the tarp off and reveal some eldritch creature. That they had just interrupted a group of cultists who were planning to use the incoming lightning to revive a dark god....but the response was much more mundane than her imagination would have it. The group of them didn’t respond right away, and instead looked to converse with each other for a moment. Then after that passed they answered, “we’re the hunting party. Who are all of you?” Their tone of voice being more cautious and confused then hostile. Which meant that what was in the tarp was likely some sort of prey. Sabrina's shoulders slumped a bit and she realized a part of her was hoping it'd be something more exciting. But then she perked back up at the opportunity to introduce herself. "Fufufu, who am I?" Sabrina stepped forward and put a hand in front of her eyepatch before stretching the other out towards the strangers. "Hark, mortals! For you stand before Dracona! She who has obtained the power of dragons, she who is destined to save this des...destitute world!" She paused for a long moment then added, "And companions." There was another pause, though no discussion happened this time. Then the same one shouted, “what?!” A few seem to be discussing again before the first again said, “alright come over, you’re gonna get blasted by lightning if you stay there.” Sabrina blinked a few times, hands still in position, as if she was frozen in place. That...wasn't the response she expected. "Ah....yes, I shall...take you up on your offer! For one as mag...mag...magnamicent as me must take it upon herself to accept such...uh, things!" Sabrina would then scurry closer to them after glancing over at the others and awkwardly shrugging.
  18. Trevor's words remained in Mauvache's messages without any sort of indication of reception for some time. Were he to check it later he would see that it had been "seen" but no response to it was given. When the duo returned from their triumph Bartleby would greet them warmly. Or rather he would expend the energy to crane his neck and look at them for a while before letting out a low "Slaaaa...." sound. Eventually the next day would come and with it....not much else. At least not at first. A news story would at some point appear on their watches about "Fact or Fiction: Are the rumors of giant skeletons seen prowling the graveyards at night real, fake, or something even more sinister....a prank show?" However they didn't seem to get any indication from Mauvache if this was something they had to deal with and any further investigation would show this had been happening every few days for the past month. What happened next was fully in the four new Guardian's hands. Yes, four, not three. For it seemed that destiny was trying to bring their fourth member back to them after their harrowing underwater journeys. Whether destiny succeeds or not is not in its hands. However this didn't stop the group from doing what they wanted with that morning.
  19. I'm pretty up front about what I do or don't like if asked but I also don't dislike a lot. Hm. I think at most I've sometimes told someone "It's fine" when I didn't really like it but I can't think of anything specific. 134
  20. Gonna keep the trend of bouncing off previous answer Best "X-sette" form?
  21. If Chris looked closer at the darkness he'd notice that it didn't fade into black like usual darkness. Instead there was a certain point down the stairs that it simply cut off into a screen of blackness. The sight he saw when turning back was not the most heartening either. The Bodak had been slowed and had taken a tumble down the steps but it was already back up and approaching again. The undead paused as it started up the steps and grabbed the dagger still in its head. It yanked it out and took a look at it. There was a moment where the creature seemed lost in thought, if such a thing had any thoughts, as it looked at the dagger but then it resumed its approach. This time holding the dagger properly as though it were intending to use the weapon. Lana would feel the paralysis more strongly in her arm now which made that arm nearly useless. The ghoul grappling with Ziun didn't seem as strong as the zombies had been but it was strong enough. Especially as the paralysis seemed to be working harder now. Ziun would find every movement difficult to do. The creature would have overpowered him by now but Estelle, using her awkward makeshift weapon, stabbed the short blade of light into the creature's back. It barely seemed to notice it but it noticed it just enough that Ziun was able to squirm out of its grip. Though as soon as it noticed that it had lost the advantage on Ziun the ghoul sprang back up, ready to attack Estelle or Ziun. Whichever one moved first.
  22. For some reason this is the first thing that came to mind Favorite dragon?
