  1. There was a tense silence as Fiona looked over the game board and thought about how the match had gone. How, had she just went for Melissa full force, she might have won. It was annoying. And embarrassing. And even more annoying still. Still she was silent as she gathered up her cards. Once she had she looked up at Melissa and had perhaps the most forced smile the girl had ever seen on her face. "Well...good job. I guess that's what happens in a two on one match huh? Didn't expect someone new to figure out a plan like that. Had to use my own cards against me too. You understand how strong my cards are at least." She then stood up abruptly. "Well. I should get going. Make sure those idiots aren't getting into too much trouble." They could see the girl's clenched fists and had to wonder what might happen to the Spike Brothers after this. Fiona began to leave, the fake smile still plastered on her face, then she paused. She put a hand into her pocket and pulled something out before tossing it onto the table, perhaps with a bit more force than necessary, in front of the two. "Make sure you get stronger before I duel you one on one wouldn't want to make a fool of yourself too badly." She then marched off. As she passed the last table the sleeping girl sat up and said "Ohey Fiona....bye Fiona." as the purple haired girl ignored her and kept going. The formerly sleeping girl looked over at the duo, gave a half smile, tilted her head in confusion, then lay back down presumably to go back to sleep. When they looked at what Fiona had dropped they saw that it was two packs of cards.

  5. I like it, I do, its just kinda...boring? 7.5/10
  6. "But that's a different problem. I was thinking we could try busting into one of those animal burrows for the night. Anyone wanna help me give it a shot?" Sabrina wasn't so sure she liked the idea of going under ground but, as the storm began she began to grow more interested in the idea. "Aha, yes, perhaps we should...go do that. After all ground does beat electric so that should be a fine place...at least until the storm passes." She really didn't want to be stuck in a hole for too long even if it was safest. However there became a problem. They would not be able to fit in the majority of the holes. Maybe there was a way to make them wider but, if they wanted to take shelter, they'd have to look for some of the larger burrows. Which meant... "I know I talked to mr bear earlier but I think this might be a little different. I could try but...." She looked around, a bit of panic setting in as it felt like the storm would come at any second. For a moment she glanced at the huge creature but Marshall's words before came to her and she shook her head. "How...about..." she said without any idea what she was going to say next. Hoping that something would come to her in the moments between words. Sabrina looked at the spire to the south. Something about them.... "Oh, uh. Uh uh uh." Sabrina stammered, clearly trying to figure out a word of some kind. "Shoot, uh....Lightning rod!" She blurted out, then started to rush in the direction of the spire without any other explanation. She'd continue towards it unless one of the others stopped her, either physically or with a different idea.
  7. "Wait wait wait wait wait." Cym said, "This isn't a good idea there's a reason that the hunters couldn't take them down even though we outnumber them. I like the guts but I don't want to see YOUR guts." Pan nudged her. "Quiet, Cym. There's nothing we can do now. Just keep watch on the line they might still try and attack." "Right...yeah. I guess...I guess you're right." Keres glanced between the lycan and draken. Sizing them both up. Comparing their physiques with each other. She knew it wasn't entirely useful as the lycan still was not transformed. Yet even without that she couldn't help but worry about Reinaan's chances. Still, she had to believe that he could do it. "Be careful." She said, as she focused again on the outskirts. She didn't hear them move since the challenge was given but she didn't know if that would stay the case for long. Madelyn was the only of those four that was still watching the lycan leader. She was glaring at him with disgust and it was clear to anyone looking at her what she thought of the man. "Give him a thrashing, Reinaan! You cannot possibly let that filthy beast beat you!" BGM The lycan smirked and shook his head. "I'm hurt, such harsh words." He stretched his back and focused on Reinaan. His gaze looking sharper as he seemed to be ready to fight. "Well, boy, I think I'll give you a handicap. I'll stay just like this and see what you can do." Then, without transforming, he lunged forward. His speed belied his large size and Reinaan would quickly realize that this man was even faster than Lindow. The lycan swung his fist at Reinaan and caught him right in the chest and the draken was thrown off his feet by the sudden force of the blow. "Oh, what's wrong, was that too sudden? Get up, let's try this again." The man's smile had grown larger, wilder, and all semblance of playfulness had left his face.
