Quinn vs Fuyumi "Gust to clear hazards, interesting. Only mildly effective." Fuyumi said, as though to herself, as the battle went on. When the Bubble attack missed she was going to call for them to try again but the Astonish struck first and Horsea flinched.  Still, Fuyumi remained calm and called for another Smokescreen. This one nearly right in Cassiopeia's face. The Horsea didn't have much time to get away but it seemed that wasn't the plan. Quinn heard as Fuyumi recalled her Pokemon and sent another one in its place. "Hidden Power." She said simply and an icy orb or energy launched out of the smoke to strike Cassiopeia. Jacklyn vs Kenta "so, what do you think of my cute buneary? Pretty strong right?"  Kenta brushed his thumb across his nose and grinned, "lot tougher than you'd think from a cute lil thing, you girls sure are scrappy! But my Geodude is a tough customer, he's still ready for more. Come on buddy, Rollout again lets keep it up!" It took the Geodude noticeably longer to curl up and start the attack. As it began it moved slowly but the momentum let it speed up past what the Geodude's reduced speed would usually allow. However before the Geodude made contact it wobbled and toppled to the side, unconscious. "Wha, oh, darn, you got us! Well, that's fine, my trusty partner can handle this no problem!" He sent out his second, a Machop. "Fuyumi told me a secret, critical hits go past defenses! And that's what my buddy here is best at, go Karate Chop!" As the Machop surged forward Kenta's brow furrowed. He felt like he was forgetting something. Bridget vs Chad The young man frowned as he examined the scene. It seemed he was deep in thought and then he nodded to himself. "Ducklett, you've got one job, bring down this Solosis, anything else is just a bonus. So let's go, Water Gun!" The second that the Ducklett let out the attack Chad was telling it to follow up with another Wing Attack. He seemed intent on taking advantage of Solosis's low speed to attack as aggressively as possible.  

Mop and Salmon, Natural Enemies Despite Trevor and Hana's efforts the battle between the mops and the fish seemed to be continuing. Worse still a good amount of the children had come closer to see the salmon better and were now at risk of being caught in the crossfire.  With a loud "borf" Constable waded into the water and approached the group of children. He indicated for them to grab hold of him and then the water around him rose up and away from the battle. Some of the desks got splashed as the wave Constable and the children rode crashed back down but the children were out of the way. He looked at Melissa and gave a huff before nodding towards Hana. The other children were crowded around Melissa asking various inane things like "what do you eat" and "what color do you like" However there was one, who had been hiding under the desk, that poked her head out and looked up at Melissa and asked a much deeper question, "why did papa have to go away?" Sending Shivers Down Your Spine Up at the top of the stairs Fen found herself in a hallway. Cobwebs clung to the ceiling and the floor was dusty. Except for a strip of floor across the middle of the hall and branching off towards a couple of the many doors towards the left. On the right there was a wall only a few steps from the top of the stairs with a single door in it. The left-side hallway stretched quite some distance and there was at least eight different doors. She could hear something from the door to the right, music perhaps, and for a few moments that was all she could hear. And then there was a creaking noise as one of the doors down the left, one where the path to it had less heavy dust, stood partly open.

I think I liked it? But I didn't have particularly strong feelings so, 7/10
