  1. Some of it I liked a lot but overall 7/10
  2. "Some real odd ones here I guess." Kelsey thought as one by one people stood up for their introduction. Captain Regicide was one thing but that guy with orange hair seemed a bit TOO eager to be here, and that other one had a rather unusual name. She vaguely remembered some of these people having been there when they fought off those bandits but she couldn't remember anything about their mechs. She'd have to pay more attention next time. She looked to Stella and gave her a wink to indicate that she had heard that last part. It felt good honestly though she thought it was partially her being polite. It seemed that the teacher had something to say about each of their responses. He hadn't said much at first but it looked like he couldn't keep from chiming in here and there. I like everything related to tea, beating people with my mech and stuff that may be considered 'cute'. "Well who doesn't! Cute things are cute, as they say." "--Regicide, cherries, and the sound o' someone's teeth snappin' together when you uppercut 'em!" "Well, quite, that's a very uhh...diverse answer, yes. Well just don't uppercut any classmates aha..haha...ha." "My name is Vivian Marsh, and I like plants & animals, meeting new people, and exploration! It's nice to meet everyone!" While the teacher didn't respond he just nodded, seemingly happy to be brought back to something a bit more normal. Which was continued, for the most part, with Sammi's response. "Well you'll find all that here in spades! I'm sure Miss Charlotte will be pleased you're interested in history." His casual smile continued as he listened to the others, leaning back on his desk, and it seemed that he had no idea about the briefcase moving inches away from him. After Xa'Tok the girl who stood next was the one who had given him, and Erica, a hard time earlier. "I am Bianca Kurtz. I love shopping, ice cream, and of course getting the best grades." She smiled at the teacher. Her smile faltered a bit when she heard someone in a seat the row behind her snort and mutter "Suck up" which caused several students to laugh. She flushed a bit and started to turn to face them when a loud bang caused her to jump. The briefcase had fallen onto the floor and out of it exploded the teacher's dog. He seemed to almost pop into existence as his body was wider than the briefcase. Dalton slapped a hand to his forehead and called out "Drei, no!" but it was too late. The dog had ran and leapt, barreling into Bianca and knocking her down. After licking her face several times the small dog would turn and spring towards the next nearest person in order to lick them as well. With the obvious intent on assaulting each of the students this way. With Professor John running up to try and catch him and failing.
  3. ... Giratina let out a roar after every attack that landed. She thrashed about, tossing around entire platforms, in her rage. The world around them all started to flicker. Every few seconds everything went entirely dark. And each time vision was brought back the world seemed more and more twisted. The platforms that remained seemed to be stretched and blurred. Then in an instant they were back in the cave again. The strange world from before was nowhere to be seen. Both Gwen and Kayla lay on the floor as though the strange space hadn't even existed. Giratina was hunched over. Growling. Snarling. She looked up at them with blood red eyes and black drool seeping from between her lips. "Die, die, die die die!" She said as she took a shambling step forward. Then another. The Legend stood upright and threw her head back. Letting loose a savage shriek that echoed painfully around the room. And then their body began to crumble. Fading into dust even as they screamed and raged. And then they were no more. The cavern grew silent. Until a cracking noise could be heard and the ceiling began to collapse. The group would be forced to flee, picking up the bodies of their fallen companions on the way, and would just barely make it into the tunnel before the cavern collapsed in on itself. Then the tunnel itself began to shake and they would have to make their way out before that too caved in. The outside air felt pure. Despite that the land around them was still desolate. In comparison to the air of the cavern it was incredibly fresh. However they wouldn't have much time to enjoy it before they would feel a presence. An angry presence. A dark man stood before them. Glaring, clenching and unclenching his fists, visible shaking with rage. "We were so close! How could you ruin everything like that?" He was saying this to Gwen's injured body despite that she clearly was in no condition to respond. "A few more moments and I would have gained the power to wipe all those blasphemous fools who seek our destruction out. And for what? The lives of these three? Was it worth defying your master, ruining our chance to treat the disease on this world, well?!" While Nine wouldn't recognize him Shaymin and Lok would know who it was. And even for Nine it wouldn't be hard to figure out. The presence was none other than Darkrai. Important
  4. Okay! I shall randomize the first wave and gather images and such. Will post the first wave either Sunday or Monday, as said. 64 is less than last time but also I didn't give as many nominations this time, so it works out.
  5. how very tungsten of you hm.... 7/10 A very fun song, 8/10
  6. 6/10 7/10, bit too much repetition imo 7.5/10, fairly nice yeah, kinda zoned out honestly
  7. Being honest I don't really care much for LoZ and have only personally played Wind Waker. That being said I still want to shout out my favorite boss in the series. Big ass skeleton beastie that you fight using a Beyblade.
  8. "It had to have been a Servant, maybe with their Master's help. Either way doesn't look like they found anything. Still, guess they know someone's living here now. Wonder if they'll come back to visit." >Goes to check on the cat "Hey Saber, you don't suppose our new friend was being followed do you?"
  9. Posting one more time, Saturday will end nominations if it doesn't seem like we might get enough nominating (with extra nominations given) to reach 128

  10. We have 64. Could go with these, 8 people nominating is pretty good amount, but I'll give it till Saturday (A week from starting) to decide for sure. Sunday or Monday in that case is when I'd put the first wave out, if all goes according to plan.
  11. While neither Pyrrha nor Reinaan knew where to find the woman who had given them the quest it wouldn't take much asking around to find out where she was. As it turned out her husband had owned a small shop, where he sold various items that he made when he didn't have a specific order, and his widow was working at closing the store down and finding a way to sell the remaining stock. When they reached it the woman was standing outside of it, staring at the door, holding her key and seemed to have her head in the clouds. As they approached she finally noticed that the two of them were there and she turned around. "Oh, sorry, I didn't see you there. Oh, wait you were followers of that brave Chosen man weren't you?" She smiled and then, as if realizing what it meant, her face took a more somber expression. "Did...did you find him?" "Come on, let's see if your magic works with the good kind of water..." Keres shook her head. "Unless it's watered down. Even then it would be difficult. The composition of the drink..." She stopped, realizing that once again Lindow was joking. "Either way I'll go with." She watched the other two leaving and decided between the two groups she'd rather deal with drunks than a widow. Though as it turned out they wouldn't have much to do at the bar itself. The barkeep was somewhat hesitant to say anything but eventually with a grunt shook his head. "That human was a weird one for sure. Tried to outdrink a Minotaur." He snorted. "Got farther than I expected honestly. But then he got real...rowdy. He caused some trouble and the sheriff had to get involved. He's probably sleeping it off in the jail's overnight cell." He looked around. "Now, any of you plan on actually ordering something?"
  12. Gunther watched as the strange man turned away from him. Well, that was easy. Gunther wished he could just assume it was his impressive talent as a guard that caused them to back off so easily. However he couldn't help but think that there was some other, darker, intention that the man was aiming for. He felt nervous as the stranger approached Ciela. Did he decide to target those outside of his protection? Then again he didn't think he would be hard for a magic user to stop. Still, he should do something about this right? "Wait, what are yo-" Gunther was cut off as a sudden shockwave hit. He hadn't been expecting it. Usually he'd be able to stay standing had he expected such a thing. However as it stood Gunther, well, wasn't able to stand. He stumbled to the side and, trying to pull back, ended up falling on his back. Wincing he started to hurriedly attempt to stand once more. His heavy armor making it difficult. The Knight managed to sit up, using the butt of his lance, but was still trying to get back to his feet before the stranger passed him by. Cora gave Tsetseg a confused smile as the girl declared herself injured with such pep and energy. "Ah, right, good...no, not good, you should get back if you're hurt!" she said, taking a step closer. She whipped her head back towards the statue as she heard it thrashing about. Then the shockwave came and Cora, already unsteady by her own confusion and uncertainty, was shaken off of her feet. She lost her grip on her sword and scrambled to grab it again. Sitting back with a loud sigh she clutched the hilt tightly. What to do, what to do... Cora looked over to where the beaver, Acantha, was. She was used to being able to work with the other girl in situations, while not exactly, like this. But with her as she is now... Either way Cora made her way over, still moving on her hands and knees as she wasn't sure she could stand just then, she sat back and hissed out to her. "A-Acantha?" She looked at the statue and cringed. "I'll be honest I'm at a loss. Do you have any idea what we can do here?" The princess pouted as her attack missed. It seemed that this would be trickier than she thought. Especially as it seemed many of them were...well, not holding up very well. If it kept going like this they wouldn't be able to get a direct hit off. "Listen up, I know it's a strange foe, but the goal is simple! There's only one target to reach. Destroy the symbol. That's it! It may be large and dangerous yet if you focus on that you'll see it's not as bad as it seems!" Though even as she said this she noticed the tendril coming around again. Though this time it seemed to be moving even faster, or she just wasn't as ready, and as she took a step back, and paused as she remembered she was on a platform, the tendril cut across her body. Wincing as she felt the numbness spread she slipped and fell on her rear on the edge of the platform. Shaking her head she struggled to keep herself upright. Even numbed like this she wasn't out yet. She didn't have to move from this spot to attack. But the symbol was moving. And she had to focus. Penelope prepared her spell but held off. She would wait for when the symbol was facing her to let loose the attack. Perhaps the others could set up a better timing for her before she wasted another attack. Important note
  13. It's fun but doesn't quite...fit 7/10 7.5/10

  16. "good answer, both of you. If I were a teacher I'd give you full marks." Hana didn't think she had ever heard anything like that said to her in all her life. Was it because she had given the coach a donut? Food was a pretty magical thing after all. It could even make miracles such as this happen! The girl didn't respond she just proudly ate another donut. Though she did cast glances at Charlie and Avi in a "Did you hear that" manner. When the coach announced she would be dueling she let out a gasp. Then she stuffed the rest of her third donut in her face, set the boxes on the chair next to her, and stood up with a salute. "Aiai" She mumbled through a mouthful of pastry. "I wom ret roo round" she said, then swallowed the rest of it and licked her fingers clean. Absently wiping off on her thigh she pumped her fist and pointed at Terry. "Let's do this!" She declared before skipping her way into position. It took her a few moments of fiddling to remember how to activate the duel disk but once she did she was in business. She drew her hand and her eye caught one particular Monster. She let out a broad, telling, smile and nodded. "This is gonna be good. I'll go first!" She declared. Without further ado Hana pulled the Monster into her other hand and slammed it down onto monster zone "Watch this!" She shouted. But nothing happened. The duel disk was making a buzzing noise and she stared at the card in confusion. It took several long moments of her looking at the 5 little stars on the card before she remembered. "Oh yeah! Whoopsie!" She laughed at her mistake and put the card back into her hand. "Let's try that again!" Tongue sticking out slightly between her lips Hana looked over her cards once, twice, three times, then jumped up and giggled. "That's it, I activate this! A Legendary Ocean!" She put the card into the field slot and the space between the two duelists changed. It now seemed they were standing underneath the water. With schools of small fish darting back and forth. Around them some sort of ancient ruin rose up. A stone structure that looked to be part of some long lost city. "And NOW I can summon this, go, Terrorking Salmon!" Emerging from the water suddenly was a massive fish. With a powerful, sharp, beak-like mouth and exposed muscles the fish seemed rather nightmarish. Hana started to hum as the Monster's attack raised from 2400 to 2600. She stared at her hand for a while longer before noticing the purple coloring of Trap. She remembered that those were supposed to be played first and, not really thinking about which Trap it was, slid it into place. "I guess that'll be it! Whatcha think? Pretty big fish right?"
  17. Something wasn't right. Gabby felt it. Everyone else felt it. There was an ominous energy in the hallway. Everyone could tell something was off. But no one seemed to know what. That's when someone screamed. And pointed down the hallway. Coming around the corner were a pair of skeletons. Dressed in rags and moving in a slow, creeping, walk, their jaw started chattering when they saw the students outside of the classroom. A clacking noise that sent a chill down Gabby's spine. They somehow seemed familiar to her. Something seemed particularly unusual about them, beyond the obvious, as though they weren't quite right. Likely she had some idea what they were but at the moment she could only think about how there were a pair of living skeletons walking towards her. And so she ran. Ran and ran. Out of the building and into open air. Where she nearly ran into three more of the skeletons. They turned around towards her and she froze up. They approached with outstretched hands, clacking, shambling, and nearly reached her. "Come with me!" A voice called. She glanced to the side in time to see someone wearing a labcoat holding their hand out to her. While somewhat odd she thought at least they weren't a skeleton and grabbed onto their hand without a second glance. She noticed the hand was oddly cold, clammy, but she didn't object as they led her off between a couple of other buildings. Her eyes glued onto the skeletons which were shambling towards her. Soon she felt herself growing out of breath and asked to take a break. Sandwiched in a bit of an alley between buildings she leaned up against the wall. "What...was that?" She asked. Her rescuer was hunched over, and she noticed that there were rips in the back of the labcoat. What was that sticking out? They gave a short laugh that turned into a much longer cackle. "They were minions of the Skeleton King. I had to save you from them, princess. I may be a humble researcher but I am sure his Dark Majesty will reward me greatly." Once again Gabby felt that there was something wrong. "What...do you mean? What dark majesty, I..." "You are the dark princess yes? I know it. I heard it. They called you that. I didn't know Brron had a daughter but this is perfect, perfect, he will have to recognize my work now." A sinking feeling settled in Gabby's stomach and she shifted to the side to see his face. And then she screamed.
