  1. Nine kept himself in a combat ready stance as the Driflblim continued to try to constrict him. Thankfully, he didn't need to do anything to avoid it as a friendly deputy had come to his aid. With the two of them, defeating the Driblim was going to be quite a simple task, yet it wasn't the only thing he had to keep in mind. As things were, Gwen and Lok seemed to being in a scuffle of their own, and while Nine had half a mind to go and aid them, he was sure that they would be able to handle themselves for the time being. Instead, his chief worry was those working on the plant shell, and especially the Chandelure that was making head way in burning through it. Knowing that he need to stop them, Nine figured that aiming around the Drifblim was going to be quite the difficult task, and he didn't seem like he was going to be punched through any time soon. So, the only option was to go through him. "Kayla, cover me." Saying this out, Nine began running towards the Drifblim. Firing out another dark pulse, the Drifblim bounced around in place as it was hit, only to cackle and attempt to stop him once again. As the ribbons were shot out towards him, one was knocked aside by a signal beam from his deputy companion. With only one to dodge, Nine's stunt was much easier to bull off, going from a full sprint into a sliding motion. Power sliding past the ribbon and underneath the Drifblim, Nine fired off yet another dark pulse, though this time aimed at the Chandelure. As the attack aimed true, the ghost was knocked away from the shell - which itself had a small smoldering area from where the flames were hitting it. A bit proud in his attack, Nine shouted out, "Kayla, keep the pressure up on her." As he said this, the Deputy vanished from his sight, only for Nine to then be struck with a dark wind from the ghost balloon before him. Wincing from the impact of the attack, Nine sighed as the Drifblim began cackling once again as it glowed and smoked. Rolling over a bit, Nine pressed his hands against the ground, pushing himself backward and away from the Driblim, before standing upright once more. With the ribbons being shot at him once again, the Driblim continuing to smoke more and more, Nine continued to back away from both him and the tree. "No, seriously, I think we should keep our distance from each other." Firing a pulse at the ribbons, Nine managed to bat them away, only to be met with yet another dark gust of wind from the ghost. Bracing himself as he was hit, Nine fired off yet another dark pulse, causing the Drifblim to bounce around before finally landing on his side on the ground. As the Houndoom looked at it, he sighed as they ate a sitrus berry, springing back up and ready to fight more. Letting his dark aura pulse through him a third time, now at the farthest it would go, Nine jokingly smiled towards his opponent. "No matter how long you keep this up, my answer won't change."
  2. The fighter that Raynor had been fighting didn't have much of a reaction other than shear disappointment as Alexis flew off away from him, leaving the fighter with just the stocky lizard rider he had been fighting thus far. Turning around, the man seemed to be only vaguely inconvenienced at this point, only to then receive a spear through him with his only response being, "aw now I'm freaking dead." Leon groaned once again as Alexis made her comment towards him, knowing that she was sure to not let up on his love life. All the same, he couldn't keep too distracted by it as there was an enemy in front of him. As the assist came from Ada, the bandit in front of him being pulverized by the dark magic and killed, Leon nodded at her comment. Without missing a step in his stride, Leon said, "alright Falcons, move up when you can." Without looking to her, he said, "Alexis, if you could come along too." With that, he charged forward, using a vulnerary to heal himself of his injures as he did so. Given the three enemies before him now, Leon pulled out his Steel Sword, getting ready to brace himself for the attacks. Meanwhile, behind the lead carriage the one bandit could be heard yet again. "Boss. I think uh-" "What!? What could possibly be the issue this time." Jeb, seemed to be entirely on edge as he was shouted at by the red haired man once more. "Well...um, so. There's a dark magic user. I think they're called Shaymins? I don't really know." The boss looked back to his fellow bandit saying, "well. There's three Jourans right? It's unsettling, sure, but that's not really - " "It wasn't a Jouran that did it though." The boss gave his subordinate a dumbfounded look. "Yeah, that uh, one girl over there. The dragon looking - purple haired one. Her," while the man pointed to Ada, being behind three spaces of cover Jeb didn't really see the woman. All the same, Jeb groaned saying, "wonderful. I guess this is how it ends boys, trapped between a traitor, lizards and a crazy pirate WHO I DIDN'T STEAL YOUR BOAT! WHERE WOULD I EVEN PUT IT?!" The man flailed his arms about as he yelled this, only for the bandit he was talking to to slowly turn back to face the party, wondering how his life had gotten to this moment. Meanwhile, three of the bandits didn't seem to pay much attention to this banter and instead moved their way to attack the falcon leader that had pushed forward. As the first of the bandits came at him, the boy was cut across by its blade, wincing a bit in pain but still pressing forward. The next of them, the fighter, moved towards Leon only for the swing of his axe to be parried away as Leon then went to strike the man in the gut with his blade. This, unfortunately, left him open to the axe of the barbarian that swung towards him. Grimacing in pain from both cuts, Leon still stood firm in place. Meanwhile, the fighter nearest Rona looked around. To his side there was a sword wielding Jouran girl who had seemed to just fell one of his companions. In front of him, a dragon riding girl who simply bulldozed through those that tried to stop her so far. And then behind him, a girl wielding profane magic that had just pulverized one of the other bandits fairly effortlessly. So, thinking himself already dealt with, the man raised his axe and struck at the Jouran girl, hitting both her and her wyvern with bug bite before receiving a brutal axe chop that nearly knocked him off his feet in response. The lancer Susanoo had been facing as well was not in particularly high spirits, panicked, in a daze and missing a lot of blood simply mindlessly and in rage stabbed forward again. In spite of his injuries, it had seemed that now of all times was for his lance to strike true, piercing the skin of Susanoo and causing blood to flow from the wound. This victory was short lived, literally, as the axe of the red haired man felled the lancer. As Leon was staring down the fighter before him, he gripped the hilt of his blade tighter before removing it from the gut of the man. Bashing his shield into him, the wind was knocked out of the bandit before Leon went for a final follow up thrust through the chest of the bandit. Pulling his sword out, he looked to the two bandits near him, awaiting the follow up from his other team members. Edda, meanwhile, stared at the purple haired girl as she fired off the spell from her tome. Before she said anything though, her attention was pulled back by the Jouran girl's complimenting of her. With a much more intense look in her eyes she said, "of course! I won't lose to common thugs." In spite of her looks and words, Edda's tone seemed to lack a certain amount of confidence. All the same, she rushed forward towards the axe wounded bandit as she tightened her grip on her sword. Stabbing through the man, he let out a final gasp before falling to the ground dead. Letting out a deep exhale, Edda seemed to nod as if congratulating herself. Looking to Rona, the girl seemed ready to say something but no words came out as her expression became more uncomfortable. Instead, she turned to Ada once again, looking at the strange shaman with a mix of confusion and curiosity.
  3. With everyone having worked together to bring down this foe, Herc had managed to stand steadfast in the presence of the dome of force that was pushing towards them. Taro had been less than lucky, and the girl winced in vicarious pain as she saw him be launched away. Herc himself, despite having stood up to the attack still seemed to be much worse for wear. While Yuuka wanted to make sure her fellow heroes to be were alright, though, it had seemed that they were far from finished in this fight. The silver haired girl looked in awe as she saw the other girl, Gypsy, move about and clear her cloud away. Yuuka was both impressed by the leg work the girl had and interested in what kind of force related quirk the girl had. This was compounded with yet more awe as she saw a red beam of sorts come towards the villain they were facing, seeing the smoking eye of their teacher be the source. Yuuka hadn't known what it was that their demon-eyed teacher's quirk had done, -though death ray was certainly a chief candidate for likely power - and the girl couldn't help but be excited to see it in use. Though she wasn't sure the specifics behind it, it definitely seemed to be a dangerous sort of projectile as it had seemed to leave smoke behind from the supposed exit point. As Gypsy seemed far from admitting defeat, Yuuka prepared with the rest of her fellow classmates for the ensuing battle. Interested more in the specifics of her quirk, it definitely seemed to pack as much of an explosive force behind it as her supposed twin had as she sprung into the air. Yuuka couldn't do much about the attack itself, being too far from her classmates and neither fast enough nor aerial enough to intercept a kick like that. As such, she left that to Hibiki and Itsuki, believing at least one of them to have the tools to deal with this. What it was that Yuuka was concerned with doing, however, was what came after she finished her kick. Given their close proximity to her classmates, simply throwing another cloud would do little to help, and at worst would encompass most of her other classmates. As such, Yuuka needed to think of a different way to disable Gypsy. And given all the motions that she had made prior to leaping, the girl figured she understood a bit about her quirk. Of course, there still many unknowns about it, and acting too hastily was likely to get her in the way of her teacher. As such, the girl started to run forward, slower than normal from her back pains but still going all the same. Aiming for where she believed Gypsy was going to land after her attack resolved, Yuuka dove forward. Reaching both of her hands out, her goal was quite clear, that being one of the legs of Gypsy. Hoping to grab onto it, and still stay low to the ground, Yuuka continued forward in hopes of reaching them.
  4. While Stella had been more evasive in her initial response, she still cracked a smile as Kelsey replied to her. All the same, it seemed to be a bit more on the dour side as the girl talked about why she wanted to become a mech pilot. As the two began to walk away from all of the dancing that was around, Stella then listened to Vivian's reason for becoming a pilot. She wasn't unfamiliar with the idea of some kind of compulsory military service, though her own home planet was one that had enforced it. While she figured it was practical, Stella wasn't exactly sure how she felt about the practice in general. All the same, Stella said, "well, that sounds rough." All the same, curious, Stella asked, "so what would you do once you're out?"
  5. As Alois sat there with the others, raising a skeptical eyebrow towards the princess as she spoke to the knight, he simply sighed as she asked her next question. Looking annoyed and to the side he said, "yeah, I'm from Phar out of nowheresville." He briefly paused to wonder if that made any sense before continuing. Waving her off he said, "all you need to know is that it's a boring as shit town and no one there will like you. And no," he turned back to face Penelope, an unamused expression on his face. "I'm not some kind of great criminal that had to skip town. They just had a bunch of sticks up their asses and I don't like them. So I left. Sorry to ruin any of your fantasies princess." While Alois was clearly in a mood, he snapped back to attention alongside Gunther and Penelope as the sound of a tree falling was clearly able to be heard. Seeing that there were a few people still under it, Alois muttered an, "oh shit," before getting back to his feet. There was nothing any of them could do from this side and so the boy merely stood at the edge of the water near Penelope, waiting to see what happened. As Tsetseg was all geared up to start going across the river via pegasus, her attention was turned to the sound of snapping from behind. Turning around and being able to see the splintering of the tree as it bent towards them, a bit a shadow beginning to be cast over the ground, Tsetseg knew that danger was coming. And quickly. At the speed of tree. "Oh. Come on, come on, Addle. We gotta move!" As she started pointing in several directions that weren't the path the tree was falling, Tsetseg was able to more clearly see that there was also an unconscious beaver in the path of the tree. Now that they weren't fighting, the girl had no real problem with the small furry river animals. And she likewise did not wish to see anyone die unnecessarily, and being crushed by a tree didn't gain anything for anyone. And so, without saying anything more to her companion, the girl took off, sprinting towards the tree. Crouching down, Tsetseg scooped up the beaver and attempted to roll out of the way of the falling wood to get both her and the beaver to safety.
  6. Thrilled by Ivan's zeal, the girl gave him a thumbs up saying, "well spoken my fellow companion! Onward!" With that, the duo began their ascent up the lighthouse more, until finding themselves in yet another room. Exploring around, Jacklyn's keen adventure sense had picked up a rope that would lead them upward, looking to Ivan yet again with a glint in her eyes that said they had definitely found something. As they climbed up, Jacklyn looked around what was certainly a messy looking place. With nothing but what seemed to be trash on the ground, Jacklyn wondered what could've been going on - "ah!" Her train of thought was broken as she suddenly heard someone in the room speak up. Looking to the fellow on the bed, about as surprised as he was to see them, Jacklyn said, "your home? What do you mean your home? This is an abandoned lighthouse which means it's prime place for adventuring, not living!" Looking away briefly the girl put a finger to her chin as she said, "I think that's called squatting." Looking then to her companion, she pointed to the boy saying, "Ivan do something about this miscreant!"
  7. With the group having felled the bees, coming out mostly unscathed, Ryia let out a sigh of relief. The flying insects had proved to be much more a pest than she had originally been expecting, but it had appeared that their pestering hadn't come to an end just yet. As the sound of bees could be heard coming from beyond the grass, it seemed that they needed to start getting a move on. Nodding as Pyrrah made the suggestion to start walking along, Ryia said, "right, we should go." Looking at Keres she said, "but...I am curious too. Especially since, well...it'll be trouble for others crossing here." Looking to the others she then said, "we should um, probably come back and investigate...later..." Beginning to make her journey forward. Realizing something, Ryia pulled another of the scimitars they had gained from their handy traveling mule, and looked ahead saying, "oh, um, Pyrrah. Wait up." Making her way forward she said, "the uh, the bees didn't seem to really um be hurt by your arrows. Not to say that your archery is bad or anything but well...if you're without a weapon, well, here." Presenting the scimitar to the girl she said, "I figured that um, you could make use of it. In a bind, or something." Once all that was done, Ryia knew that she would simply slow the group down if they continued on foot, her being none too quick on her feet. And so, much to her dismay, the girl looked to the mule saying, "um, sorry about this." Before getting onto it, hoping that it would be able to give her a ride at a faster speed than she could move herself.
  8. As the group had been looking for seats, Morgan made something pretty clear that the demon hunter was not yet aware of. Though she knew they were some kind of fighter for sport, Ross hadn't realized yet that that came with the same kind of clout that being a sports celebrity from back home did. And Morgan herself seemed to be at least well known amongst the people of the theater to use, or abuse, it. Granted, Ross figured with her personality there was hardly a person who wouldn't know of her yet. All the same, while it was far different then something Ross was used to, there was a likely zero percent chance of anyone here actually knowing who she was, and thus she sat down and waited to see what would be playing on the big screen. Ross sat back in her chair at first, watching impassively as the movie went on, only seeming to be distracted as Aurora had got up and seemed to shuffle around the seats. While confused about it, she didn't really pay much mind to it and simply kept her eyes forward on the screen. With the amount of gratuitous violence that the film opened up with, Ross wasn't expecting much from the film outside of some good action scenes here and there. And though her expression didn't really change through the film, it was clear that she was more and more engrossed with it as time as went on, barely able to take her attention off the screen. When the film had reached the end, Ross let out an impressed whistle, giving a small round of applause, only to smile at the more enthusiastic cheering that the girl next to her let out. As they were walking out, Ross agreed with the others saying, "yeah, I wasn't expecting much going in, but it turned out great." More to that, though, the atmosphere of being in a theater, being with others and all standing captivated in the same spectacle - it had been something she didn't realize she actually missed as much as she had. All the same, the question of where next to go came up. As Aurora made her suggestion, Ross had thought about it, trying to pull on her own references about what to do on a girl's day. Only, she didn't really have much. Morgan's interests were generally too dangerous to suggest. Kira wasn't really the hanging out type. Oculus didn't have free time. And with Salvo- well, none of them really had a car to go joy riding with. If any of them even had licenses to being with. As she had thought about it, Ross herself wasn't exactly the social butterfly type. So really, her only references were TV as well. "Sure shopping -well, maybe window shopping, sounds fine. There's a mall nearby, right? So let's go check out that."
  9. While Nine had managed to get a good opening blast at the Chandelure, the Driftblim had made its way over to him and managed to wrap its ribbons around him. While Nine could start to feel the grip tightening, to a painful degree, and being pulled towards the ghost type, the Houndoom still managed to keep his composure. "Hey, no need to be so grabby." Glowing with a black aura around him, the Houndoom then kicked the Driftblim with its own strength, causing the ghost to bob back and forth as it let go of him. Smiling still, it began to float towards him more, ready to grab at him again only for the Houndoom to back off and away. As he did so, the Dritfblim seemed to stockpile up some energy only for Nine to fire a dark blast towards it once again. Bouncing around in place once more, the Driftblim took it in stride once more as it started to glow, smoke seeming to billow out from around it. Sensing some big danger from it, Nine hopped back further away to create more space between the two, the ghost in turn lashing out with its ribbons to constrict at him again. "Sorry, but you're really not my type." Letting out a pulse towards the the two ribbons, Nine batted them away, only for the Dritblim to cackle at him once again. Sighing, the Houndoom said, "a real charmer, you are." Taking a deep breath, and knowing he'd need a bit more punch to get through this wall of a person, Nine had a brief dark pulse move through his body as he sharpened his aura for a second time. As Marie was starting to get her blood a boiling, she saw that the magma that had been chasing her and Keanu seemed to shift targets. As Randy seemed to be the full, undivided focus of Heatran, the girl stood up and knew she had to do something here. Though she knew he was certainly a sturdy enough person, Marie had a feeling that if Heatran got onto Randy it would be very, very bad. And so, taking in a deep breath, the girl started to focus herself. With the rain pattering around her and her necklace glowing, the girl let out a blast of water towards Heatran. As her water gun collided with him, and he didn't seem to be stopping his stride, Marie simply focused more on firing her attack into the legend.
  10. Yuuka grimaced as yet another car went flying at the man they had been fighting. She had two problems with it, but one was probably already evident to the rest of the group as the man went flying yet again only to explode into a wall of force. A look of awe, followed by a wince of pain as her back acted up yet again, crossed her face as she saw more and more of the man's quirk in action. All the same, she wasn't entirely sure what to do about the man's force wall. She wasn't sure if it acted as an extension of himself, she didn't know if it also pushed away gases, she didn't know if - oh. Yuuka's train of thought was broken as she saw Herc step up to try and hold it bay by himself, practically trying to grapple the force barrier. Seeing the beetle have his body battered back by it, she was astounded by the boy's determination. She would have applauded, were she not in pain and currently engaged in combat, at the spirit he showed. However, as he seemed to be being beaten back it fell on Itsuki to help him out. Yuuka, thinking to do something herself had gotten yet another poison ball ready in her hand. She had no idea if it would work, nor how connected to the force wall the man was, yet all the same moved to toss and burst the orb against the criminal once again.
  11. Leon was, understandably, surprised by the sudden appearance of his old acquaintance, Alexis. That she was here raised some questions and worries for him, though he was a bit relieved to see someone else helping them out with dealing with the bandits. As she made her last comment, however, he quickly retorted, "wait that's not-" the boy stopped himself and sighed as Yue made her way up to him and shot her arrow. Looking at her. he just said, "hey," back before making his way back over to the swordsman in front of him. Taking a deep breath, the boy walked forward, hitting with a mighty slash towards him with his sword, snapping the damaged blade across him as he did. The sword wielding bandit let out a pained grunt as he was attacked, going fora swift counter of his own only to be parried by the shield of Leon. After this, however, the young mercenary looked over as he heard a familiar, loud shouting coming from the south. Upon hearing that, Leon could only mutter, "oh no." The bandit in front of Leon had been quite confused. There he had been standing, ready to square off with the boy he had just attacked when an archer appeared out of quite literally nowhere and shot him. He was frankly baffled about how he didn't notice her before, as almost everything about her stood out, but he shook it off all the same. Though she was quite the pretty looking girl, the bandit had a job to kill things. Probably. His job was actually more likely to capture the foreigners and kill the Aeorans, but he didn't really know how the "capturing" thing worked. After all, he was a simple man and the only thing he knew how to do was swing his sword...that was it. And so he assumed that "capture" was just an advanced form of "kill" and so he did just that as he made his way around Leon and slashed at Yue, cutting deeply into the frail girl. Leon, looking to Yue with a panicked expression as he did so, seeing the girl take quite the hefty wound. Before he could say anything, though, the Barbarian who had been not too far away made his way towards the Falcon leader and struck at him with his axe. Being bitten into by the axe, Leon grimaced as the attack landed and turned to face the bandit. Annoyed, he shouted, "Alex, Raynor, one of you come cover for Yue." As Rona took off after defeating the one lancer, she was soon attacked by yet another two bandits. One with a lance had charged her, stabbing against her and having equal success as the one before him. Looking down at his lance he said, "you know, you think I would've learned from last - ooooowwwwww," was all he said as the axe came striking down against him. Wanting to help his bandit brother out, an axe wielding one came down to attack as well, striking against the girl with her attention diverted, though to not too much more success. Joseph, in very very much pain, had a similar problem as the mercenary that had attacked Yue. He didn't really know what to do here other than swing his sword. And so, swing he did, cutting swiftly and true in spite of the fact that he was missing an arm. It in fact, miraculously didn't affect either the force or accuracy of the swing. And so, as he managed to cut into Susanoo he said, "yeah not so tough now are you -- AAaa...." was all that escaped him as he was met with a bloody counter. His lancer buddy beside him, taking a page out of the one that had attacked Rona's book, charged and tried to skewer the Bloody Bull himself. He had similar success, though this was less because Susanoo was immune to the concept of lances and more that he just missed. Towards the back of the fighting area, one of the bandits turned to their boss and said, "hey boss, I think that guy's calling you out." The boss, who was now known to be Jeb, seemed to be quite scared of the prospect saying, "yes I know he is! Is your name Jeb?" As the bandit was about to respond, Jeb cut him off saying, "I didn't think so! Of all my poor, rotten luck. First I get attacked by an invasion and then I get that drunken asshole coming after me. I don't even know what he wants. All I did was tell Joseph I thought his hair was stupid but I didn't think he was that vindictive!" Sighing, he looked to his fellow bandit saying, "do you think the Bandit's Worker Association would hold it against me if I retreated?" "Well, as you're the boss you're not allowed to retreat. In fact, we're only allowed to retreat if we steal items or you die. That's rule number 1 of banditry. So...want to be a team player boss?" The bandit's joke was quickly cut off as he saw the livid face of his boss, sighing saying, "alright I'll get ready to die." Meanwhile, the other sword wielding bandit that had been faced off against two of the Jourans was about to follow after the wyvern rider. However, spots suddenly formed in his vision as he had a burning sensation at his side. Looking to see who did it, he saw a cleric with a, proverbially, smoking staff that had attacked him. Annoyed, though a bit hesitant to attack the cleric he instead opted to attack the Jouran in front of her. As he struck at her with his sword, the attack landed true but the blade barely seemed to cut into her. Looking at the girl as he glared at her he simply asked, "what the hell are you made of?" Edda didn't answer, however, as she countered with her blade, slashing across the man. She then followed up, going for yet another stab, pushing the man forward as she managed to pierce his chest. Pulling her blade out, the girl let out a deep breath, and seemed oddly pumped up as she did so, looking back to Layne beaming with pride only to swiftly, with a slight hint of embarrassment look away.
  12. Alois looked on in disbelief as the beaver seemed to get what he was saying, running away as it seemed to want no more part with them. As the princess had crossed over the sea, Alois could only let out a small sigh, looking over to see the other side of the river with everyone continually fighting against the rest of the beavers. It seemed to be nothing short of chaos. With an annoyed look across his face Alois merely answered the princess with, "I think we're going to have come up with new river crossing tactics." As the girl went back towards the river, the young fighter then looked towards his knight companion as he ushered him over. Walking over, Alois just sat down on the ground saying, "yep, still hate this place." With the beaver successfully stunned, Tsetseg proud of herself for having successfully helped defeat the target, the archer half tossed it away from her, letting it go free for the time being. As she heard the green man start to shout out what they needed to do, the girl's face lit up as she nodded towards him. Starting to skitter across the ground before bounding up to her feet, Tsetseg looked to Adel with clear excitement on her face. Moving to their pegasus, she said, "leeeeeet's gooooo!"
  13. As Stella had asked her question, she then looked to her side as Kelsey walked around and put her arm on her. The girl seemed to be jostled a bit as Kelsey shook her, but sighed as she gave a small wave and said, "hi Vivian." Kelsey then turned their attention to the music that was playing, swaying along with Kelsey as her friend was still holding onto her. Stella was certainly not the party animal type, and her music taste was about what you'd expect of an honors student. As such, she never really was into the kind of music that played, and so Stella said, "yeah, I'm not really into it that much either." However, with the rest of the student body getting into it, it was much easier to do so, and so swaying along said, "but...it's alright.." It was then that Vivian asked her next question, which caused Stella to freeze a bit. It was a question that was all too common place to be asked and was almost certainly a typical icebreaker kind of question. And so it was only all the more surprising that Stella had absolutely no response planned for when it was asked. She didn't really have a reason to be here and she wasn't exactly the fastest thinker on her feet. Looking to Kelsey, the girl quickly glanced away as the real reason she was here didn't really offer her any more comfort in answering the question. And so, more quietly the girl just answered, "I'm uh here..." With a small smile on her face, that also still seemed somewhat uncomfortable, she joked, "to help keep Kellz here out of trouble."
  14. Nine simply sat back as he said, "a family huh?" With a smile on his face he said, "well, when our journey is all over, I'm sure a woman like you will have no issue with that." With that, Nine merely sat there in silence with Gwen by the fire for the rest of the night. Eventually, Nine awoke and got ready to travel through the dead wasteland that they had found themselves in once more. Quite like before, their traveling didn't have anything other than just dead grass and a barren landscape to it. That was, until it didn't. As if a part of some other land was torn off and just placed here, the terrain shifted abruptly. With bright colors and teaming with life, the group had arrived at some kind of a grove that Nine had to double take upon laying eyes upon it. Looking back and forth between the grove and the place they had come from Nine simply said, "well, not uh - you know let's just go." Following along through the grove, Nine looked in awe at everything around him, figuring that this was something that was clearly an unnatural sight here. All the same, the group eventually ended up at what Nine believed to be the center of the grove. Seeing the plantlife around it twisting into an almost shell like formation, Nine was beginning to have a thought about what was going on here. One that was only reinforced by the gathering of ghost types around it. Looking to Gwen as Lok made his comment, he jokingly asked, "what? Not friends of yours?" As he asked this, it seemed that Lok had taken the planning of the attack to head. Feeling a bit impressed with the authority with which the boy spoke and seeing him combat ready, Nine said, "well feeling a bit feisty there Lok. So, if I'm bait here, guess I'll go and do my role. I'm a bit curious as to what they know, and gotta make sure they're our mark first though, so I'll go on ahead. I'll give the signal if things need to come to blows...or if they start attacking me, take that as a signal." Chuckling to himself, the Houndoom moved and rapped around the forest. The Houndoom had let a pulse of dark aura move around him, sharpening his flames and dark pulse, as he kept on walking forward. Approaching from where they had come from, Nine gave a small wave to the ghosts saying, "hey there fellows, a bit of an unusual sight here I must say." The Chandelure of the group made her way towards Nine, swaying back and forth as she did. "I think the unusual sight is you actually. What, I wonder, are you doing here?" Putting his hands up to show that he meant no harm, Nine said, "well, I'm a bit of an explorer, a connoisseur of strangeness if you will. And well, seeing a thing like this is nothing short of strange, wouldn't you say?" "Mmm, well, why don't you go explore somewhere else then? This is our spot now." "Now now, don't be like that. I'm sure something like this is good enough for the whole lot of us to share. Besides, I though the folk of Alpha and Omega were supposed to be a hospitable sort." "We're not in Omega right now, pup." The Cafagrigus said, possessing a deep voice that resonated from inside of its shell. Raising his eyebrow at this, Nine had gotten what he wanted out from them. Knowing that they were there targets for sure, the young male continued to prod at them saying, "And I thought hospitality was a universal constant. Didn't your parents teach you sharing was caring, after all?" Shrugging, he said, "well, it's not like I can leave with my curiosity piqued like this anyway. So, why don't we just let bygones be bygones and talk discuss what this kind of place is together, huh?" "I'm not sure you really have a say in that." The Chandelure said. Meanwhile during this the Drifblim is floating closer and closer without saying anything Stepping a bit back, feeling a strange sense of hostility from the Drifblim, Nine said, "well, then let me be the first to offer, before thinking of receiving. A place like this, a drastic change could only be caused by one thing right? After all, talks of legends being around have become more common place this past month, so I can't help but think one is involved here, right?" "And what do you know about Legends?" The Chandelure asked, sharply. The Drifblim got even closer, moving a bit faster, with a huge smile on their face. Sighing, feeling as though it was now or never, Nine said, "well, I suppose I should reintroduce myself. I'm not just any connoisseur of strangeness." With that, the Houndoom sent out a pulse of darkness towards the Chandeleur, saying, "I'm a Chaser." As Marie was pressed against the hot volcano surface, the girl continued to feel the stinging heat and was all the more terrified of the volcanic legend looming over her. Thankfully, Randy had stepped in and struck at the legend. Unthankfully, he was clearly losing his cool and Heatran was clearly stronger as he tossed the Incineroar away. Marie had managed to get back to her feet as this happened, but she knew that the situation wasn't the best looking. Something in her told that it was becoming far too dangerous for Randy to keep in this fight, as the more he got worked up the more reckless he'd get and the more likely he'd actually get himself killed. Shouting out, "Randy keep coo- AHH!" The girl cut herself off, as a pillar of lava erupted from the volcano and made its way towards her. The pillar, while menacing on its own, was only made more so as steam from the rain hitting against it poured off of the plume. Marie, not entirely known for her speed, didn't have much of a way to avoid the pillar. Especially as, with what little movements she did make, the fire seemed to continue towards her. Taking the flames, Marie let out a small scream of pain as the heat and fire washed over her. Looking towards Heatran, seeing Randy and he exchange blows, Marie could start to feel her blood, almost literally, begin to boil as she began working herself up against her opponent.
  15. Ryia simply shook her head as Keres apologized and thanked her saying, "oh it's um. It's nothing." The girl wiped the wet hair out of her face again and said, "I um, hadn't had anything to drink, today, yet so..." As she tried to, awkwardly, pass off a joke to the water chosen, she then said, "but um, glad you're safe." Ryia seemed to more mumble it, feeling a bit ashamed that she had let Keres get into such a position to begin with, but all the same was glad that she had managed to keep her out of harms way. This, however, was cut off and filled with more dismay to the girl as she saw the bee's jump out towards Pyrrah. As the Wind Chosen tried to navigate around them, the girl then saw that Reinaan as well had been caught off guard by a still living bee. Cursing herself for leaving it alone, the girl withdrew her mace and took out a scimitar. Getting ready to fight only to be briefly stunned by the lizard charging and knocking the Draken away, confused by the lizard's sudden actions. All the same, shaking off her confusion the girl charged at the bee's side, going in for a slash with her bladed weapon at the creature, all the while keeping a bit cautious of the lizard mount.
  16. With the trio of girls, as both the boy and the lion elf didn't seem interested, now going to the movies, they eventually got to the theater proper. As they got there, the girls all looked to the posters that were outside to see what was showing. Ross wasn't exactly an expert on movies back at home, but she was fairly certain none of them were quite as...colorful as the ones on the poster here. They all seemed to be in line with what she would expect, but with their own little quirk to them. All the same, as the girl examined the posters, she then looked to Morgan who seemed to have a suggestion. At first, Ross figured she was joking with her, but as she looked at her entirely sincere expression, Ross's generally stoic expression had a small crack in it as the girl had to stifle a laugh. Though they had only known each for very little time, Ross was already starting to realize what was up with Morgan. She knew that here, if they went to go see the movie or if they were to explain it to her than it would have a similar effect to telling a kid that Santa wasn't real - Ross briefly had to wonder if Morgan believed in Santa as well - and couldn't bring herself to do that to the kid. So, following Aurora's lead she said, "yeah, I think I'm more in the mood for that uh, Maximum Overdrive movie. But uh, we can check the other one out later...when you're uh, older." Ross wasn't actually sure how old Morgan was, but with all that sorted out, the group walked to get tickets. Once they got them, they were directed to the room the picture was playing in. When they were in there, the first thing Ross noticed was that the seat were floating. "Well," she said aloud, "that's certainly not from back home." Walking to them, the young girl took her seat, waiting for the picture to start playing. Xia was still concerned about what had happened between the two Valeries, and her expression showed her down trodden-ness at the situation. Hanging her head low a bit, she merely said, "I see.." As everyone seemed to be moving out, Xia looked back to Valerie and said, "well, if I can do anything, I'll help you out. I'm not sure what I can do but," Xia seemed to try pumping herself up as she said, "I'll do everything I can!" After she had offered her help to Val, if nothing else was needed, Xia would then leave the arena to go about the rest of her day.
  17. With Cherry having defeated the first of the two Murkrow, there was still a second flying in the air. The second was, admittedly, stunned at the sight of what had just happened with the fastball Buneary. However, as it seemed to get over this, it dove at the bunny with Jacklyn noticing. "Cherry, brace yourself!" Rolling back up to their feet, Cherry saw the bird diving at her, simply curling up into a defensive posture and taking the hit. Due to their posture, they managed to keep themselves standing, but it was clear that Cherry was on her last legs. Seeing this, Jacklyn put a finger to her chin as she started to slip her backpack off of her shoulder. Yelling out again, "Cherry, get over here!" The Buneary looked reluctant but started to hop over to Jacklyn. This time, the Murkrow had an idea of what to expect, and started to zip towards the Buneary. However, unlike the last time, Jacklyn ran towards Cherry, causing the Buneary great confusion. As she caught up with her Buneary, Jacklyn as well, sped past her pokemon, slipping her bag fully off her shoulder and grabbing onto her backpack strap. Swinging her arm, the Murkrow was again blindsided as the trainer struck the bird pokemon with her backpack and knocked it away from her pokemon. Jacklyn then shouted, "Cherry! Pound!" "Buuuuu!" Going with the flow with her eccentric trainer, Cherry pivoted around and leaped forward towards the injured Murkrow. With a final slam of her feet into the bird, they had knocked them into the wall once again. Falling onto the body of the other Murkrow, both trainer and pokemon let out a triumphant yell, before high fiving one another. "Way to go Cherry! We Rock!" "Bu!" Nodding to each other, Jacklyn looked over to see that Ivan was staring at a pokeball. Marveling at it, she said, "whoa! Way to go Ivan! We really showed those birds who the better hecklers were right!" Jacklyn then pointed to the ceiling and shouted, "hear that any birds that want to get in our way! Hahaha!" Sighing contentedly to herself, the girl looked to Ivan saying, "so wanna keep going up?"
  18. With the group beginning to move out, Leon saw the two riders move to the side. Despite how roughed out they had come from time to time, Leon felt a bit more comfortable with them their, knowing that they would help keep whatever pincer attack these bandits had in mind at bay. Aiding them in trying to draw attention away from them as well, Leon moved through the center, also providing cover for Yue as a result. Edda, meanwhile, grumbled a bit at Raynor's comment, but with her grip tightly on her sword she began to move forward. The enemy, meanwhile, began to move forward as well. With a lance in hand, the first of the lancers charged the wyvern rider, stabbing at her. The thick hide of Cormag proved too much for the lance to do, well, anything as it bounced off his hide with a "tink" noise. The lancer looked at his weapon saying, "ah man that's not co- ow!" Being interrupted as the steel axe of Rona was struck against the man stomach and caused him to bleed quite a lot from the attack. Staggered but not downed, the man stood ready to run to someone different to fight, as his partner came up with a sword in hand. Striking at the wyvern rider, who had been focused on the lancer, he slashed once, nicking Cormag, and then again forming a small cut on Rona herself. Meanwhile, on the north side, Raynor had charged forward only to be met with similar resistance. However, the lancer that had charged at him was not able to fully close the distance, and so his axe wielding companion did the work instead. Providing a strong slash across both Raynor and Gojira, he too was met with a swift counter as the lance pierced the man's non axe swinging arm. With that out of the way, the rest of the bandits started to converge save for the ones in the back. As they hung back, one sword wielding one looked to his boss saying, "hey boss. Why aren't we moving up with the rest?" "Because...uh...a good boss leads from the back. Yeah. So, being the good boss that I am, I'm just going to wait here. And lead you all to victory and see how easy these guys will be to slaughter." The fighter looked a bit shifty eyed and nervous as he looked through his cart to see how the fight was going. "Oh. I see." The mercenary seemed content, only to then look back to the boss. "Hey Boss. Um, we've got an issue." "Another one!?" "Well...two more." The boss looked more stunned. "There's uh, people who aren't us also coming towards us. From the south there's a guy with red hair who looks like he'd fuck me wife, but I can't tell if he'd do it because he's angry or just because he could. One of those kinds Boss." Confused, the boss still gestured for him to go on, with the mercenary saying, "well, from the north there's a guy...girl? There's a person on a hippocampus coming towards us." "A what?!" "A hippocampus, you know, the horses with wings and- oh, my bad. Pegasus. My mistake boss." Groaning, the boss lamented that this was perhaps the worst day to deviate from his usual strategy. He was simply affirmed that all the legends were true in that traps never worked for bandits. Meanwhile, drawing out her blade, Edda was not feeling keen to just sit back and let the others do the work for her. Charging forward herself, the girl slashed at the mercenary who had seemed completely taken off guard by her sudden charge. Granted, he didn't seem to be all that bothered by it, as she had far less weight in her swing then the other Jouran Falcons.
  19. While Hibiki and Yuuka's team attack had managed to restrain the man briefly, the girl could only look impressed as she saw the energy trail from the man's neck to his arm. As she was forced off by a burst of energy, the girl stumbled back saying, "ooh. I see, I see." Figuring out more about the man's quirk, she had realized that the control and applications this man with had this ability were greater than she had initially estimated. As it turned out, it didn't matter - The girl's thoughts were cut off as her arm was suddenly grabbed and she herself was launched through the air. Feeling a strange sense of wonder as she floated through the air, the girl let out an, "ooooh- oof." Her wonder was cut off and replaced with pain as she slammed against the wall of a building. Falling to the ground, the girl felt a large amount of pain radiate from her back, spots forming in her vision as she scrunched her face in pain. As it turned out, buildings hurt. A lot. A good note for later, for sure, but for now it was more a hindrance than anything else. Slowly pushing herself up back to her hands and knees, Yuuka looked to the other classmates to see what would be done about this thuggish man. As it were, no one of them had the ability to take him down, and given Taro and Herc's abilities she was sure that them trying anything recklessly would only end in disaster. She herself was at a severe disadvantage. With her quirk being more potent with touch, she was far enough away, needed to recover from her current back pains and the man was just faster than her anyway, she doubted she would get the opportunity at present to touch him. Nevertheless, Yuuka figured her own predicament had little bearing on the path for victory her fellow students. If everything about the man's quirk she thought was true, then there were certainly a few weaknesses of it that were in their favor, it was just up to them to figure it out. All the same, while Yuuka had much preferred watching her fellow classmates problem solve, she would be lying if she said the energy of the situation wasn't getting to her as well. An obligation to continue fighting herself, as it were. And so, giving what little support she could, Yuuka formed a ball of mist in her hand again. Tossing it, she aimed to explode the poison on top of the man yet again.
  20. Marie had been riding the wave of the surf alongside Keanu, but soon was emptied out of it as the Heatran came to smash his head against the creator of the wave. Flopping down onto the hot rocky ground of the volcano, steam rising off of her almost immediately as it did so, the girl attempted to get herself back up before looking to the legend. Annoyed at the whole situation, Marie could only hurl back the most daring and mature of insults towards Heatran as she shouted, "no you stop!" As the Heatran slammed his head against the substitute left behind by as Marie blasted yet another water gun into him, as well as the wave of the surf colliding at the same time. The double water attack seemed to do a number on the legend, and with the pause, Marie was beginning to realize just how brutally hot it was as she wiped her brow of sweat in spite of not really doing much. Wanting to get the place cooled down and try to quell the fires a bit, Marie began to sing a soft and somber tune as the clouds above began to rain once more. Heatran, in response, dove into the lava nearby, only to then burst out behind Marie. "You're so full of tricks aren't you?" As the legend began to brings its hand down to grab at Marie, the girl dove forward with all the grace of a magikarp onto the ground onto the hot stone floor. "Ow, ow, ow," as she laid there, stinging a bit from the rocks, the girl looked back to Heatran. "And you're really...um...magma-y! Uh..." Marie seemed confused by her own retort, before letting loose yet another blast of water at the legend. As he was struck the man simply let out another roar, still seeming able to fight. Nine sat by the fire, more pensive as Gwen explained her version of destiny to him. As she posed a question to him, Nine simply put a finger to his chin. If he hadn't already thought that she had been hiding something from him, Nine was now affirmed that there was something up with this woman. All the same, he only cared about answering her question now rather than trying to interrogate her in any capacity, and simply looked back to her. "Well, doesn't that depend on the task? After all, if it was something I enjoyed then naturally I'd have no qualms about wanting to perform that task. But, if it was something I didn't like well." The Houndoom thought for a moment before flatly saying, "I'd run. After all, there's no meaning in a task that neither brings you joy nor an end you want, so it'd be simple to just run from it and figure something else out to do with myself." Looking directly at the woman after he said this, a more caring kind of smile on his face then there had been prior, Nine simply said, "so, I suppose I should ask something I haven't yet. What do you want to do Gwen?"
  21. As both Jun and her captain had made their way to the team's meeting area, the girl saw that the one that she had tested had been waiting near building. As he came over to offer his assistance, Jun smiled saying, "Shiro! Well, if you're offering." Jun, despite clearly carrying less than her captain, passed off one of her boxes to her recruit, smiling and humming to herself as she now had a lighter load. Once inside, the the group had placed down their boxes and Jun had taken her spot next to Hitomu as he began the introductions to all of the members. As he motioned to her, Jun merely smiled and gave a few waves to everyone. As Hitomu opened the floor for questions, Jun looked towards Hiraku first. Forming an "X" with her sleeved arms, shaking her head. "No can do, Hiku. This is a part of every first day meeting and will continue to be so!" After all, if she had to sit through it for 2 years she certainly wasn't going to let her underclassman get away with less. She then turned to Gabriela saying, "and most are decent enough people," she shot a side glance to Hiraku for a moment before smiling and turning back to the "princess," "but a review is always necessary." Well, it's not like anyone was going to really tune into it during the review, so she hardly doubted that was the case. But as vice-captain Jun couldn't really tell them otherwise. "If you break it's a pretty big deal, so we just have to make sure that all of our members know what they're getting in for." As the girl thought about it some more, she thought to have a little fun with the freshman smiling brightly as she said, "and if you're from a different kingdom, you want to make sure that both codes of conduct are the same right?"
  22. Stella was more relieved then she had ever thought she would be about departing off the ship. It had been a rough experience for her and having to finally not worry about the ground underneath her shake, due to apparently someone just not piloting the ship, and Stella was more than happy to be off of it. Walking along with everyone else, the group was eventually a woman who introduced herself as the vice principal of MechA Cademy. The voice and tone the woman had was enough to jolt Stella into a straighter standing posture, but this gave way to sheer awe as the group was presented with the building that was to be their academy. Everything from prestige to actual size seemed to be on a grand scale when it came to the school, seeing that the building that their school was was more akin to a castle then anything else. As the group entered the massive auditorium, Stella stood around, still in awe at just where they were. As the vice principal began the introductions of what to expect here, the girl couldn't help but feel like at this moment she was being watched. At all times. A slightly disturbing thought to take in, but all the same, she continued to listen to the introductions. The three heads of the households. Stella was not exactly the best when it came to people, nor was she normally involved in gossip. And then there was house Bomb, a crowd that she certainly hadn't ever fit in with before. As such, the natural option was the Steel Hounds, and more to the point, she was no good as she was as a mech pilot. The girl took a glance over to her friend as she reaffirmed how useless she had felt during the last battle, and the fact that she couldn't run well across the ship was more a convenient excuse then anything else. Of course, this wasn't entirely her decision to make. While Stella had resonated most with the Steel Hounds, she ultimately doubted that Kelsey had. And, though she knew her friend wouldn't force her to, Stella still felt an obligation to both go along with her and help her out wherever she went. After all, it wasn't Kelsey's first choice to become a mech pilot. The girl was brought out of her funk, however, as the vice principal had gone on to introduce the principal. A man whose name she had only heard stories of - and of course every episode in the cartoon series that depicted his rise to glory as he invoked the spirit of an ancient warrior named Metal Crusher, "Horace and the Mechas of the Universe" - Stella was naturally overwhelmed and unsure of what to make of the real thing before her. As she seemed at a loss for words, though, it had appeared that a party was starting as a giant disco ball began to spin from the ceiling. While Stella had tried to recover her composure, she was surprised as someone else had come up to her. The girl wasn't exactly sure what to make of her, as she seemed to just state thoughts that Stella had when entering. "Yeah...it uh...sure is." Stella, with her equally as informed and observationally astute comment, only seemed to freeze up herself. Clearing her throat, trying to still get over all the introductions and everything they had seen so far, Stella continued. "It certainly hasn't been the first day i was expecting so far. Or the building I was expecting for that matter." Briefly shifting her gaze back to her friend, Stella then looked to the ceiling saying, "I wonder what else they use this place for."
  23. As the group continued to walk through the country side, Damien had eventually walked to her side, breaking her concentration. The girl looked to him merely saying, "oh, um, no not really. Just...looking out and all...this place is, um, new and all so-" before she could keep up with her master conversational skills, though, the group's walk had been brought to a halt. With large, flying insect creatures, adorned with large and deadly looking stingers at the base of their abdomen coming out from the bushes, it was clear that they had to get straight to keeping these creatures off of them. Seeing Lindow come up and get ready to engage, Ryia looked back to see the other's situation. Noting that Keres was far further back then the others, with only Reinaan as her support, the girl looked to Damien and said, "um, help the others. Up here. I'll um," without really finishing it, the girl moved to the back of the group. As she did, Reinaan had seemed to be in a tangle with two of them, with Keres just barely managing to avoid the stinger of the one nearest her by using water to push it back. Getting in there, the girl bashed her mace against her shield, before swinging at the creature to get it off the young water mage. The bee scooted back, to which Ryia merely stepped forward and swung at the creature's abdomen. As she hit, there was a crunching noise against the creature's stomach only for it to attempt to come and stab at her neck with its stinger. Bringing her shield up, the girl raised her shield up and knocked the stinger away, denting her shield in the process. Swiveling around, the girl then went for a swing at the bee's stinger as it went for yet another attack at her. Though, as the creature was far more nimble than she was, it had managed to get out of the way, attempting to finish the thrust into her neck. However, before the creature could finish its attack, it had appeared to be halted, whips of water wrapped around it and keeping it in its place. Despite the restraints, however, the creature still seemed to be moving forward, dragging Keres along with her. Attempting to halt the creature's movement, Ryia went to swing at both of the bee's wings, though this only proved to make the bee's movements more erratic than anything else. Going for another attack, parrying the bee's stinger as it went for yet another attack against her, Ryia had managed to bash her mace against the bee's skeleton yet again, the creature seeming to slow down as the damage was starting to take its toll. Unfortunately for her, as she went for one more swing, the restraints seemed to weaken and the bee was freed from Keres's grasp. The earth chosen was certainly getting frustrated with this nimble creature's movements, and only more so as she went for yet another swing that the bee darted away from. Ryia's attention was then briefly brought away from the bee, seeing a large amount of water form above the bee, but due to its movements was never over it for too long. Thinking she had to do something to keep it still, the girl went to swing once more, the bee backing away before going in for a sting. This time, however, rather than parry the attack away, Ryia merely extended her shield arm out to absorb the blow. As the stinger struck her shield, she could feel the strength that this creature had, as there was certainly a large amount of tugging behind it. All the same, the water came into position and with a simple, "sorry about this," Keres dropped the water down from the sky. Ryia's vision and breath were momentarily clouded and stopped, as she whipped the now wet hair out of her eyes and let loose a gasp for air. Though she was not entirely expecting the water to drop down on her, now a bit soaked, it had seemed to do its job as the bee was grounded. With a frustrated final swing, Ryia brought her mace down, hitting the bee with a sickening crush as its guts spilled out from its exoskeleton. Standing up straight, the girl attempted to catch her breath and looked to Keres. "Be - be careful. Some are - some are in the grass."
  24. As Alois managed to cross the river, he heard the princess speak back to him, only for the boy to look back. Annoyed he started saying, "by not - " he cut himself off, simply mumbling to himself as he saw a new opponent in front of him. Looking back to the beaver, Alois cracked his knuckles as he got ready to punch a beaver. Before the two could get to their confrontation, though, Alois could only look to Gunther with a slight look of disbelief. The boy looked to the knight, the beavers that were staring at him, the beaver that was staring at him, the sky and back to the knight. Pinching the bridge of his nose, Alois started, "yeah we'll just chat over tea and - you know- alright, but I'm going to punch this thing if it bites me." Looking to the beaver he said, "hey." Alois put his hands to his side as his voiced seemed to be more confused then anything else. "I'm...not going to punch you? So don't bite me. Or the rope. You know? You," he pointed to the beaver. "Me." He pointed to himself. "None of this," he made a biting motion before shaking his head. "Are we...clear?" Tsetseg had grappled the beaver fearlessly, and in spite of its best efforts, had managed to hold onto the creature. As it was wriggling around, the young huntress was having difficulty keeping it in place, just barely being able to do so as a culmination of all of her protean hugging practice. As Edrick had gone to smash his spear into the beaver, the small girl let out a yelp as it had almost hit her head. This did nothing to help her grip on the small creature, but the girl grit her teeth as she said, "I got this, got this, got this." The girl thus attempted to keep the beaver grappled more, pressing more of her, albeit small, body against it to keep it pinned to the ground.
  25. Kiyoko looked over to Shannon as she had answered the question, surprised but otherwise satisfied that things seemed to work out. While she was about to turn her attention back to her food, her plate seemingly empty without her realizing, the girl then heard Leiko answer. Kiyoko was, naturally, much less satisfied with this answer. She didn't quite understand what Leiko was talking about nor did she understand what was holding her back, though as one thing about the duel was apparent Kiyoko couldn't help but have a frustrated and annoyed expression cross her face. The girl seemed to brood a bit before Zirco had said something interesting. Raising an eyebrow at his statement about his dragon, the girl didn't quite have the chance to ask as a pancake slapped him in the face. As Mr. E seemed to be intent on them not talking about their dragons, the girl would have to wait to figure what he meant, as she was in no way eager of getting a pancake to the face.... Kiyoko stood up from her seat and left, only to come back with a couple more pancakes on her plate. Cutting into it the girl simply kept to her pancakes, as she just seemed mull over what was to come.
