  1. Breathing heavily, Valerie tried to relax her body. The flames were still surrounding her. Starting the blaze was always the easy part. Killing it was much harder. After a few moments she was able to lower it enough to lean down next to the boy she had just knocked out without burning him. First she checked to make sure there wasn't any serious damage and then, with some reluctance, checked for his badges. "Just need one. You're pretty tough I'm sure you can make up for it." She took a single badge out of the three he had on him and went back to her bag. "Seems you managed pretty well didn't you Lesnar? Good work! I'll be heading out now if you want to come with better get ready I'm not intending to slow down." She took one more glance at their opponents, wondered where the girl had gone, and then called out in case she was within earshot. "Choose your target more carefully next time!" With that said she picked up her bag and began to head out. Where before she had moved slower, needing to be on the lookout for badges, now she took off at a sprint. She'd need to get back to the entrance before someone else decided to ambush them. She wasn't sure how long her flame could possible last at this rate. Valerie shivered slightly. Not much time at all.
  2. Very slow games this time around. MariaXNorne? Nice.

  5. >Catria stalks Abel But... And Gharnef is a very strange man apparently....w-wait, Minerva what are you doing?
  6. Recreation of my reaction from when I first saw this: *deep breath* PRECIOUS FOX AND WOLFO CHILDREN AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I want them all.
  7. Team Alola, Day 27, Trailsau The Flygon nervously watched as the crowd grew larger at his door. The big thuggish one, the creepy Pikachu, the normal Pikachu, and the little girl. They asked him a serious of questions, all in a row, and the boy was trying to decide how to answer them when the little one asked for his name. "T-Trevor." He responded. "I-I don't like to fight but this place is my h-home." He rubbed the back of his neck. "I try to k-keep to myself most of the time." He gave Nani a somewhat startled look before answering her question. "Allie? S-she's not here. She left a while ago. Her sisters are uh. Somewhere else." He seemed to muster up some courage. Enough to be able to ask. "W-why are you looking for them? H-how do I know you're not b-bad guys." His eyes flicked over to Randy for a moment. Team Mac, Day 22, Ogren "That's...rather impressive." The Miltank said, sounding a bit distant as she spoke. "But it sounds so dangerous too. I don't know why you'd ever put yourself willingly in such danger." Mac hooked a thumb towards herself and grinned. "Cause we're awesome that's why. Nothing's gonna stop us!" Mia smiled. "Well, I'm sure you must be right." She started to back away. "I'm sure I'll see you around. If you decide you want to stay here I'm sure I could help you. Though maybe it's best you go if you're so intent on this adventure. Honestly unless you plan on staying here there's not much in this town." After this advice, if it were advice, Mia left. Mac wiped her face with the back of her arm and said to the other two. "I'd be okay leaving honestly. Looks like the people here are mostly nosy old ladies and brats anyway. Otherwise we probably should find a place to sleep." Team Neo Not Dark, Day 33, Merm The soldier that Easter spoke with seemed to swell even more with pride than before. "It's the most beautiful city in the world I'd say." Under his breath he muttered "Not that I've seen any of the others." Dora tilted her head to the side as she pondered Brooke's question as though that would let the answer fall into her brain through her ear. "I dunno." Dora said. "I have lots of homes now. It feels sorta weird. Squirmy. Yeah, squirmy. I feel squirmy." She decided with a sage-like nod. --- They neared the bubble that surrounded the city and a group of soldiers descended upon them. When their escort explained the situation, and who they were transporting, they quickly let the group move on. The bubble they were rising touched the bubble around the city and seemed to mold with it. They were dragged into the bubble and, on the other side, the bubble they were traveling in slowly began to descend as they entered the city. The Chinchou scattered and the two Lanturn soldiers were all that remained. They brought the group through the city streets. Passing by a multitude of colorful houses along the way. The people of the city all came out to see what was happening. Outsiders were incredibly rare here and the looks of wonder and concern alike surrounded them as they moved. When people started to notice Dora, however, they grew more excited. People came out to greet the girl and she returned said greeting. Surprisingly she was able to name each person who came up to her and, after some time, Dora broke away from the group to run ahead and say hello to the people themselves. The soldiers didn't seem to be too concerned with this. If any of the group were to ask why they'd respond that "No one in this city would think about hurting her." Team Showdown, Day 30, Southshore Forest As Taiga released her attack forward, Isole floated around to the side. She wasn't nearly fast enough to keep up with this girl so she had to instead go for something more wide-spread. "You're going to mess up eventually. Why not give up now?" She asked, wanting this to be over, as she launched a wide cone of ice in a Blizzard attack towards Veronica. Zygarde growled as she felt Veronica move after being struck by her strength. Though she was in an Outrage she, for now, had enough grasp on the situation to wait for the two attacks to end before surging forward. This time with the intention to grab onto the elusive Crobat and slam her to the ground. Team Karaoke, Day 37, Near Alpha The crowd around the group continued their friendly babble. Soon though the questioned turned towards the other two. "And who are these? Gwendoline's boyfriend maybe? And did Lok actually find himself a girl?" "What are they doing here? Are they going to stay? Oh, that would be wonderful." And so on so forth. After a while more of this the crowd suddenly grew quieter. And they began to part. Making way for a tall, ominous, Gijinka. A silence swept over them all as the man slowly made his way to stand in front of the group. He didn't say anything for a while. Only scanning them over. His gaze landed on Nine. "Er, this is the Enforcer." Gwen said. "He protects us." The Bisharp looked at her. Then Lok. "You've returned at the right time." He then turned to Nine again. "What are you here for?"
  8. Keres pulled the water back. She was breathing heavier. Her vision starting to fade. She could feel her body struggling to keep the spirit housed inside of her. It wasn't over yet however and she was certain she'd need its power yet. So she grit her teeth and concentrated. The fire surrounding the elemental flared to life once again and Reinaan just barely avoided being tossed off by the monster's thrashing. Lindow's magic hit the creature and the cracks that he had formed with his swings finally gave way. The elemental's chest shattered and the creature's rib-cage simply fell apart. Still the thing continued even though all that remained was a spine, which seemed to trail along the ground, and a skull. It twisted downward and let out another stream of flames towards Lindow. Keres realized if this went on for too long eventually the fire would wear them down. She gathered up her remaining water and raised it in the air, forming essentially a hammer of the liquid. However the elemental was now swaying back and forth, moving in a winding pattern, and Keres feared that if she attacked it now she'd miss and her water would be wasted. She needed them to slow it down. To keep it in one spot. Then perhaps they could finally end this. OOC

  11. His attack hadn't done much to the Pancham. A very bothersome thing. To make it worse the Pokemon even went on to attack Lunar. He couldn't let that stand on its own but then the Pancham's trainer tried to get Knight to leave! Did he not know how a battle worked? He wasn't supposed to get involved! Knight ignored the man and swooped back towards Pancham. Instead of ramming this time Knight actually attacked. Trying to Absorb the Pancham's energy, though this may have been dangerous so near to Lunar. He was confident in his skills. "And shouldn't it get enough exercise with battling?" Naomi nodded, nodded, almost fell back asleep, nodded again. "Princess never needed that. She'ws fine layin a'tome all the time. We've been together for years and never went for a walk once before coming here." Naomi seemed proud of that. "I dunno what a Poamoo is but is it big enough to ride? Princess is good at that. You should get a Pokemon that can carry you around. It's the best!" Naomi blinked for a while, sitting there, looking up at the girl. Then, "Who're you nyway?"
  12. Rona was annoyed that she wasn't able to carry all the lumber. Especially with what Leon was already handling as it was. "was that Yue?" "Don't think anyone else could run away that fast." Rona responded. The girl was always an odd one. For an Archer she wasn't very frightening. Though Rona couldn't help but think that if the girl ever got angry she could be in great danger. That thought made Rona want to make sure to stay on her good side. And if the girl was running somewhere there might be a problem. "We should check it out." Upon seeing Raynor the girl grew more concerned. These villagers had seen her around often. But Raynor, with these rumors, less so...She strode up to the man. Though it made her nervous to do so. She still was worried that he would see through her somehow. "Friend, I take it you've finished your shopping? Get anything good?" She made sure to speak loudly, trying to make sure the villagers around knew that Raynor was one of them. As she got closer she mentioned to him, voice lowered. "Raynor, I need to know, have you heard anything unusual from Jouruun?"

  15. "what about you, 'Princess?' Not very keen on protocol yourself, or does a holy divine smiter of all evil in the world not need a vassal or knight or whatever. Are you her guard?" "My noble steed does a great job at protecting me thank you very much. But no, I have others. The most noble and brave of guards. I simply have...misplaced them it seems. We were separated when I came to this place. Ah, they must be so fraught with worry. I don't know how they will survive without my presence to grace their lives. Poor Rennac, poor Dozla, if only you were by my side right now." Gunther perked up at that. The name sounded oddly familiar. Dozla, where had he...then he remembered. "Er, miss...L'Arachel? This Dozla, does he have a large beard and a larger laugh?" "Why, yes, my Dozla's facial hairs are the finest in the realm. Why do you ask?" "When we were in Ithome I met a man with that name. He was...looking for a princess he said." Gunther looked at L'Arachel in realization. Then he bowed his head. "I'm sorry if I offended you with my poor manners, lady L'Arachel." She smiled. "Think nothing of it, you've brought me glad tidings! My loyal Dozla is within reach. And I'm sure Rennac is with. They will be so excited to see me." She turned to Alois. "Where is this 'Ithome' anyway?" After his awkward encounter with L'Arachel, the Knight didn't have much time before he was suddenly surrounded by a vision. As was Penelope. Though the latter was much more excited about the prospect. While the former was just worried that he would end up having to be stuck in this vision or something similarly a bother. Though as they watched Gunther grew more uncomfortable. The things these men did to the people of this village...but they were worshipers of the Goddess. Yet the abbot seemed to be a good man. Once the vision ended Gunther grew silent, his face paling, and his gaze went to Edrick. What was he supposed to think about all this? Could it possibly be Pontic trickery? But the people in the vision were those who had helped them. The abbot himself healed Ciela's injury. But Pontics were the enemy. The Goddess was their mortal foe. Gunther stumbled towards the exit of the ruins. "I...need some air." He mumbled, making his way outside. Penelope was silent as well. And similarly lost in thought. Her readings all spoke of the terrors and evils of the Pontics. Sure, she had read some Pontic books, though it was hard to sneak them past her father, yet...As much as she hated to admit seeing it for herself was much different. Her head snapped up as she thought of the member of their group who would take this most personally. She knew Gunther would struggle but there was one whose reaction could be even more alarming. "Edrick." She said then, softly, turning towards the boy. "Are you alright?" She stepped towards him, one hand extended. "I know that couldn't have been pleasant to see." L'Arachel's face grew somber as the vision ended. "History is always full of people killing others for their own personal sense of good and evil." She shook her head. "I have seen true evil...that Abbot, his people, they are far from it."
  16. Okay hear me out. The MC from Three Houses. Pokemon trainer style Where you can swap between the three leaders of each house.
  17. Surprisingly I might actually pick up the Zelda game... Mostly, of course, interested in Three Houses. Astral Chain looks super fun and the Final Fantasy games might want to pick up too. Also I have become addicted to saying "Tsum Tsum"
  18. I remember when you first started working on him and I appreciate the dedication. Also I barely have any Draug so I dunno how common he is. On my front closest to +10 I have (Besides my Peri) is my Maria, at +7
  19. I know you! Welcome back to the family
  20. Xia Keres led the dragon girl through the path between bookshelves. They reached the elevator, a large, freight elevator in the middle of the room, and Keres nodded towards it. "We'll use this." She said. Xia's negative opinion on this was clear and, as Keres hit the button to call the elevator down, she questioned the girl as to why while they waited. After all this time in the library Xia would have certainly noticed something unusual. And that was the height of the ceilings. The elevator, too, seemed much taller than necessary. The reason why was made clear when the elevator door opened. There was someone inside of it. A twenty foot tall female, wearing a business suit, stepped out of the elevator as the door opened. She paused when she saw Xia and Keres. "Hello there." She boomed. "Are you escorting this young lady somewhere, Keres?" Keres nodded. "Yes ma'am." She responded. "She is looking for marine biology books so I'm bringing her to the section." "Atta girl. Don't let her tone fool you, young lady." the woman said to Xia. "Keres here is a friendly gal. Hope you find what you want. I made this library so that people can find whatever they want after all." Tegur's Bar "Everyone wants a piece of the champ." "That they do, young man." Mauvache said with a chuckle. "Why I've had some people request to fight you from outside the Arena even." "I'm gonna knock you both right down a few pegs, just you wait!" "That's the spirit, my dear." Mauvache said, smiling at Aria. "You might want to start with the young witch though. She could use it." The two would notice that Mauvache gave Morgan a brief look of distaste before she was distracted by a chime on her watch. "Whatever, hag." Morgan muttered. Then, to Aria, "You can try but the only thing you'll ever beat me in is an ugly contest." She tossed her hair and turned towards Tegur. "I'd like a drink, pumpkin spice latte, and some apple pie. On our gracious host." She finished by smiling widely at Mauvache. Whom was responding to a message, from Gavin's AI of all things, with a look of amusement on her face. Dearest VEX This is rather unorthodox I must admit but I won't deny you've made me rather curious. You do know I am not the political leader of this place right? Ah, either way, I will be in my office soon. You may meet me there. However I will warn you that I don't let go of my knowledge easily. And if I find out you've recorded any of it, well, you aren't one of my Fighters so do remember I have no concerns about your well-being. "I am afraid I must go. Goodbye, Cyanthrax, Aria. Tegur, we'll continue later." She then grabbed the drink and, with one motion, drank the rest of it down. She then got up to her full height and walked out the door. Morgan snorted as she left. "Amazon hag." She muttered. "Aaaanyway, Cyan, did you have something in mind for today?"
  21. Zirco seemed focused on the girl he was talking to. Apparently he didn't want to duel her right then but would later. That seemed ridiculous to Hotaru. Was he planning on starting fights with everyone? Actually that would mean people would want to stay away from him right? So perhaps she wouldn't stand out much if she kept near him. This might actually work... "Yo. Somethin' I can help ya with, or you just admiring the Sun Blazer Mark II?" She jumped a bit as he finally noticed her and spoke. Her eyes glanced over to the thing that he was referring to. "Wonder if it's named that because of his shining personality." Hotaru muttered, trying to keep from being overheard. Dragonecro chuckled next to her but his focus was on Shannon. One of the girls who had also had a spirit with her. An annoying one at that. Hotaru didn't answer right away. It would be problematic if she made him think anything wrong. Dealing with people was such a hassle. "No...yes." The girl started, unsure which to go with. She didn't speak louder than a mumble and didn't look directly at the man. "I think we should be roommates." She managed at last. Now that she said it she realized how dumb it sounded. What reason do either of them have to share a room, realistically? It wasn't as though she could explain what caused her to ask. "You don't need to answer if you don't want to." She finished.
