  1. I knew what would be here when I opened it. I saw this image before and I knew it would be that specific one. I can't believe I unironically did this
  2. So first wanna say Experimental Cards is meant to be for stuff like custom mechanics or new summon types and that sort of thing. I don't know enough about ygo to be sure but I think this and the other would fit more into the regular custom card section and I can move them if that's the case. I don't wanna JUST say that so I will say uhhhh I like the burn effect though unsure how much use it'd get with such a high attack stat. Curious though why not make use of its signature move Burning Bulwark?
  3. 8/10, it was intense good for cool moments for sure

  9. I legit haven't played the game in years and when I did I was bad; anyway I had an idea so here have a card NCM. This card can only be activated on the opponent's turn. For every 1000 damage you have taken this turn you may Special Summon 1 "Slime Token" (Aqua-Type/Water/Level 1/ATK 500/DEF 500) in Attack Position.
  10. Fish, Fen, and FKelsey When Fen caught herself rambling and looked over to Kelsey she would see that the girl was smiling. "What a nerd." she said, without a hint of malice. "Just like..." She laughed to herself and shook her head. "Wow, magic huh. Guess I've seen a lot of that after coming here. Well there was some people back home who said they knew magic but I never really could figure it out." "Er, um, but yes those are just a uh, a few of them. How about you? Do you have any unique fish, or uh, sea life? Are they, uh, also armed as you are?" "Oh god imagine...well, I guess it's possible. You see...its kinda complicated. The planet I came from is different from the one I was on when I was taken here. Neither of em had much for sea-life as far as I could tell. I lived in a big city both places pretty far from that sorta thing. But there were hundreds and hundreds of other planets I'm sure some of them had some wild stuff." She looked back over at the tanks. Watching as a school of crescent shaped fish moved about as if they were doing synchronized swimming. Oddly it didn't seem performative just their natural way of movement. "I never actually went to an aquarium until I came here. Lot of things that I didn't get a chance to do back home..." her voice trailed off. Then she looked over at Fen with a grin. "By the way what do you think of this place so far? Not like, THIS place, but thiiis place." she pointed at the ground with the first 'this' and with the second vaguely waved her hands in the air. Melissa Meets in the Middle The first thing that Melissa would notice was that this section of the city seemed much less hectic than above. The most trafficked area in fact seemed to be the shrine where the teleporters were housed. The next thing would be that there didn't seem to be much in the way of parks or really much empty space at all. There were just building after building only interrupted by parking lots. It was as though whoever designed the city wanted to cram all the housing they could on this one level. However there still was an occasional person. Mostly people out for a jog or taking a quick trip to one of the smaller stores. Most of them didn't pay her much heed, except an occasional curious look, but it seemed that there was one individual who had a keen interest in the girl. It would take a bit of time but Melissa would realize that she was being followed. Every now and then she'd hear a jingling sound behind her and eventually when she looked she would see a large black cat wearing a collar with a bell on it. When Melissa saw the creature it suddenly sat down and looked up at her silently. If she continued to move it would follow until she looked again. Trevor Tries Towait As Trevor sat there in the break room he would have a moment of silence. Several moments in fact. He sat there pondering the situation, ruminating about what to do, perhaps questioning some life choices, for some time without anyone coming in. It was almost odd how he hadn't seen any other employees utilizing the room yet. But eventually he would hear something. Loud thumping noises from the hall outside the room. Then the door would slide open and, were he to glance over, he would see the doorway covered in a furry mass. And then the figure ducked a bit under the door frame and walked into the room. It was a large being. Seven feet tall, perhaps a bit more, and covered in brown fur. Their body was clearly muscular, though they seemed to have something of a belly on them too, and their head resembled a bull's. Complete with a pair of curled horns. They paused when they saw Trevor and walked over towards him. "Heard a stranger was hanging around here, scared off a couple people and all, take it that's you?" His voice was incredibly deep and rumbling and Trevor could practically feel the vibrations of is voice in his own chest.
  11. She had, of course, won. It was always a bit of a strange feeling; the moment after victory. Her power still coursing through her without anywhere to use it. A smirk appeared on her face when she heard a voice and in the back of her mind she had a thought "Good, another one." “Well, tried their best, I guess. Saves me the burden of having to listen to them bicker anymore. Hey, gee gees. Was cool to see a fight in a place like this before Project Rubicon wipes the slate clean on things.” Thessa wasn't sure what Project Rubicon was but it likely had to do with Caesar's makeshift plan. Thessa looked behind her to see that the voice had come from....nothing? Perhaps someone invisible. Or a speaker somewhere. Still she decided to talk to them as if they were standing there. "Are you one of Caesar's gang too?" "I dunno, is one of those answers going to get me beat up too?" "Well, my goal today was to take down every member of his gang so if there's one around I have to do something about that." "Gonna level with you," they said, "you don't really give off a 'goody two shoes' sort of vibe. Not from what I've heard from others and not really from what I've seen either." "Well, yeah, but what's that have to do with anything? I said I was gonna take em down so I'm gonna take em down. Didn't seem like Caesar had much of a plan so I figure wiping out his gang sounds better than letting him do his thing." The, male, voice had a hint of worry to it, even as he did his best to appear undeterred. "I dunno, I mean, you all can probably stop what's coming. I don't deny that. But that's about as good a plan as Caesar's too. I'm not, to answer your question, by the way. Just a humble mercenary. Though you beat up Countdown pretty hard, so maybe that's not good enough." There was a good point, a couple of them, in there. She didn't actually know what they were going to do after taking down Caesar. But that didn't mean much to her at this point. She had had an open mind about his plan before but his lackey didn't sell the idea well at all. Plus it felt like she wasn't being taken seriously which wasn't something she could let continue. If people thought that she wasn't as strong as she was then she would end up having to use more power than she wanted to correct them which was no good. Thessa shrugged. "At this point I'd rather see what happens once Caesar is gone than whatever his idea amounts to." She gave a small laugh. "Plus it'll be kinda funny to see him realize he screwed up." She looked over to the unconscious body. "Oh, well, maybe he shoulda made that clear. Oops. Anyway, you don't happen to know where Caesar is do you?" If she could see the man she would have been able to notice him shrugging as well. "I dee kay, probably at Battle Labs getting the last thing he needs for Project Rubicon. Or rather, having one of his Tinkers make it for him while he's there for the boost, I guess." Battle Labs...it rang a bell. She had seen something like that on a map earlier right? It sounded like a good place to check next then. If she went right for Caesar he probably would set the rest of his gang on her and she could take them all out in one place. "Kay! Guess I'll go pay a visit....Oh, yeah. Those two are here maybe I should let them know I'm leaving." As she left she heard the invisible man say "See ya." and she let him go off freely. On the field she saw Sibyl, on the ground, and Cassiopeia, in the air. As well as an unconscious and battered body laying on the ground. "Hm? Just one guy? Weird. Anyway I talked to an invisible dude and he said Caesar might be at Battle Labs so imma go check that out."

  13. Team JAA/AJA/AAJ Anneliese wasn't aware of much. She didn't tend to notice when people were upset by something. However she felt something...off about the way that the others had reacted. Jacklyn had said there was nothing wrong with being an outcast and yet they seemed to be bothered by being called such. She couldn't wrap her head around this contradiction and, as the others went off, she brought Roland out and lifted the Rock puppy in front of her. The little creature glanced down at the long drop and shivered, grabbing onto her arm for extra assurance. "Do you understand what happened?" Anneliese asked the Pokemon despite that he hadn't even been out at the time. And so Roland just looked back blankly. Which Anneliese took as an answer and nodded. "Yes, it is quite vexing to me as well." A gust of wind caused Annelise's hat to almost fly off and she grabbed onto it. Which made Roland grab onto her one arm tighter. While the Pokemon wasn't the heaviest around it also was heavier than expected and Anneliese tilted over in her attempts to hold him up and the two toppled onto the ground. Laughter sounded and Anneliese looked up to see a smug looking Youngster. "I thought that I had found another trainer to beat but looks like I just found a clown." "Oh really?" Anneliese said, not understanding. "Where are they? I've never met a clown before." The boy didn't seem to know how to respond to that and then said, "I meant you, idiot. We're supposed to battle now don't you know anything?" "Oh, what a delightful battle declaration is that how it's done here? Very well then I shall accept. I shall 'clown on' you then...is that right?" The boy sent out his Pokemon, a Bidoof, and Roland shivered back towards Anneliese. "Do not worry, if it hurts just let me know and I will bring you right back." "Ha, a wussy trainer for a wussy Pokemon." The statement from the youngster caused Roland to narrow his eyes and he Leer'd the Bidoof. Him mocking Anneliese seeming to have temporarily made Roland forget his fear. And so the battle began. Both the Pokemon simply kept tackling each other back and forth. It was clear the Bidoof was a higher level and thus stronger however Roland's Rock typing gave it a slight upper-hand and it was eventually able to win out in the single move battle. Upon this victory Anneliese cheered, "You have done it!" and in her excitement she picked up Roland and forgot about the wind. Which then took her hat off this time and sailing towards the grass. "Oh, goodness, come back here you!" she called out and ran off after it.

  15. Lucas grinned as he backhanded the side of Damien's head. He had backed off to force the swordsman to come to him faster than before and managed to catch him mid-swing. Damien went tumbling to the side, knocked unconscious by the powerful blow. Which gave Lucas plenty of the time he needed. Any watching would see that his body began to grow but it was nearly immediately later that the man transformed into a hulking wolf beast. He was larger than the rest and stood at eight feet tall. The lycan leader looked around at his fallen pack and let out a chilling howl that reverberated through each of their bodies before he stepped forward to re-enter the battle. "are both of you alright?" "Yeah. Totally. Super." Cym said, holding her side and wincing in pain. "Not at all." Came Pan's reply. The elf mage was breathing heavily and had his hands on his knees as he struggled to catch his breath. "We'll...be fine, just need a moment." Cym chose to combine their two answers into a mid-ground. "But that doesn't matter. The others. They need help." Lucas's howl ripped through the air and both the elves shuddered. "Fast." The lycan that Keres had knocked off its feet scrambled back up, crouched over and nearly on all fours, and snarled at the mage. Keres took a step back by instinct as the wolf ran for her. Quickly she formed more water to try and slam down on its head. However the amount and force wasn't enough to do more than cause the lycan to stumble and it continued towards her. She backed up more and swung water up under its chin and bashed it once again yet still it moved forward. She took a deep breath, counting the time she had before the lycan would reach her, and began to focus on forming more water. Waiting this time for when the lycan got closer. Close enough that she could nearly smell its breath. And then she brought the water down like a hammer on the back of the lycan's neck. The creature buckled and dropped again to the ground and Keres stumbled back again and fell onto her rear. However the beast still breathed and she knew it would be back up again soon. The lycan yelped in pain as the electrical blade coursed through its body. It twitched and snarled as it glanced back to where Lindow had appeared. The Chosen man was able to stab it with not just a magical blade but also a physical one. But as Lindow had moved last second he hadn't been able to fully take aim and the blades, while they both buried deep on first thrust, didn't deliver a fatal wound. The moment the man pulled the blade back to stab once more the lycan twisted around and swung a swift claw strike for Lindow's head. Despite the electrical blade inside of it the creature, eyes now wild with pain and rage, managed to turn to face Lindow again.

  17. Who Wet Chris's Bed The start of the day for Chris came upon him suddenly. He was asleep in bed when he woke to an unexpected feeling. Drops of water landed on his face one after another until finally he opened his eyes. Once he did he would see the girl from before, the undine, right above him. The water he felt was drops that were falling from the girl's hair as she looked down at him. It wasn't clear how long she had been there but it seemed that she had been waiting for him to wake up. Once he did she backed off and sat on her knees at the end of the bed. Still she waited for him to say something after which, with some difficulty, he could hear somewhat muffled coming from her mouth "E. Llo." Lana's Secret, To Her, Sleepover The start of the day for Lana came about rather normally. She woke up at the time she normally did and at first it seemed that everything was still and silent. However it wouldn't be long before she could hear a muffled voice from outside of her room. When she opened he door she would be able to hear it more clearly. It was he priest's voice and he was talking to someone, likely Anna from the tone, "-again. Your mother was so worried when she realized you hadn't actually gone to bed in your room last night." "Why was she worried. I was here." A long sigh. "Yes, but that is the problem. You can't sleep in the graveyard you'll get sick." "I'm not sick." "That's not the point and you know it. You've sleepwalked before don't you remember? What if you walked off the cliff, or into the river?" It seemed that this scolding might last for a while yet.
  18. I keep track of this stuff just for moments like these Idolm@ster: 8.5/10 Idolm@ster Movie: 8/10 Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls: 7.5/10 Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls S2: 7.5/10 Idolm@ster Side M: 7.5/10 I intend to watch U149 and Million Live sometime this year at least I only watch the anime cause there's too many games I play already. So far nothing has hit me as much as the original series it was just a lot of fun. That said Cinderella probably has the most characters I like from what I've seen. (I also check out some stuff from the game just don't play it) I just found the anime's drama felt weak and overdone. Kamiya Nao best girl
  19. Team JAA/AJA/AAJ Professor Cedar looked over at Anneliese with a resigned expression. Having expected the girl to, like her companions, also have more to ask her. However as the girl was quite literally pulled away from the house by Jacklyn all that happened was Anneliese waved at her. "It was nice to meet you! I hope you are able to get out onto the grass more!" When they met back up with Anima the girl was reading something that the professor had given her. After Jacklyn spoke to her Anneliese followed it up with, "Oh did you get a new book? It seems to be missing a cover though...is that how books are for people who can't afford the whole thing?" "so there's nothing wrong or weird about a person being an outcast. Got it?" After Jacklyn explained the intricacies of outcastism to Anneliese she nodded along. "I understand now. Thank you for teaching me this lesson. Outcast is not a negative trait, I would never have guessed from the way my parents friends spoke of them!" She grew silent as they made their way through the small town. The daycare off to the side drew one's eye, especially as there was a man out there seemingly chasing after some Pokemon that had stolen his hammer. However if they continued on past it it would be only a couple minutes before they saw the exit of the town and the start of the next route. Before they got there however Anneliese had one more question for the two of them. "Jacklyn, Anima...are you two perhaps outcasts as well?" Team QN As the duo, hearts slightly heavier at the loss of a companion, bellies full of breakfast, and in one case pockets slightly fuller with a stolen Pokemon in tow, left the town they would quickly find themselves on route 102. It was around the same length as route 101 however the road did seem to curve more than the previous. Despite the warning of the marshy ground it seemed that most of the route was fine. In fact it resembled the previous in terrain very closely. However at around the halfway point there would be seen a large marshy area where the route split in two around it. The center of said area was home to a large stone statue. Notably as they took their first steps onto the route they would find that it was quite windy. Perhaps it just happened to be a windier day or perhaps the area itself was more prone to high winds. Whatever the case a certain balloon Pokemon would have to pay more attention than usual to avoid being blown off course. However before they could truly begin their journey down this route they would see something else. A girl coming from the opposite direction they were who seemed to be heading straight for them.
  20. Fish, Fen, and Fun If Fen had any idea what an aquarium was perhaps she would be surprised by how the building looked as they approached it. As it stood she had no reason to think it looked any different than any other aquarium however it still was a striking design. The building itself looked to be a giant penguin statue. It was two floors high though evidentially by the digital map they could download inside many of the tanks and exhibits were actually underground. In fact the upper floors seemed to be mostly gift shops, employee areas, spots for food, and other such places. After Kelsey paid, insisting on it without letting Fen get a word in otherwise, for their passes they were directed into a tunnel that gently sloped downwards and curved continuously like a huge spiral staircase without steps. This tunnel itself was part of the exhibit. As the walls looked to be made of some sort of glass and they could see a wide variety of colorful fish on their way to the main portion of the aquarium. At the bottom of the tunnel they found themselves in a massive underground room. Separated not by walls but by various rectangular and cube shaped sections of the same type of glass with different sea-life inside. "So, Fen." Kelsey said, slipping closer to stand next to her. "I don't actually know what fish are like where you're from, but I bet there's plenty here you've never seen before. I remember last time I saw this shark that zipped around leaving a rainbow behind it. Think they called it a Neon Shark or somethin'."
  21. Sabrina started up the steps but a nagging thought gave her pause. Should she wait for the others? What if they had gone the other way should she return back and find them? Sabrina had gone off on instinct without giving it much thought but as she took a few steps up she started to question herself. However just the idea of going back sheepishly after having run off like that was embarrassing enough. She would have to explain why she had just left and, worse, explain that she had gotten nervous and turned back around. That was NOT something a true chosen one would do. And so she continued up the stairs. After some time she noticed a door on the side leading off to the next floor but, shaking her head, she continued past it. "There is still more up to go and so up it is." she muttered to herself. Once she reached the top and found another door she decided to open it up and step inside. It looked like she was at the top of some sort of tower, perhaps of the watching variety. It was somewhat disappointing to the girl as she had expected some sort of treasure or throne room or perhaps she would find the room of a kidnapped princess, ignoring what she had been told of the lack of such things, but instead it was a fairly small tower that didn't have much in it. Well, besides the hog-like Drengr that was standing in the middle of it and looking at her. The beast-man was holding a halberd and appeared to have been alerted by her having opened the door. For a brief moment she considered just backing away and closing the door but then she realized that this creature might alert the rest. Which could cause problems for the others still inside the castle. "Hear me, foul creature! You have the misfortune of running afoul of the legendary Draconis! Face my vast power and tremble!" Channeling her magic before her Sabrina dramatically thrust her hand forward and let loose a stream of fire at the beast. The boar, having expected her to approach it, was caught by surprise as the fire engulfed it. It snorted angrily at her as it flailed about and dropped its weapon. The creature looked enraged, much like a feral hog, as it charged right for her with its tusks lowered. Sabrina took a few steps inside as it approached and summoned her scythe. She held it low and met the boar partway, slashing upwards and to the right. Unfortunately the attack did not work as it did in the games as the scythe couldn't get past its metallic armor so easily. Thankfully she avoided being gored but the boar did push her into the wall. Close enough that she could feel the heat from the beast's metal armor. Struggling, Sabrina managed to raise up a leg and place a foot on the Drengr. With a grunt and a "Get....off!" she used her wind magic. Instead of 'jumping' she pushed herself into the wall, which hurt but nothing debilitating, and she blasted the Drengr backwards where it fell, unmoving, to the ground.
