  1. Long ago, before the Great Dragon, this planet was a place of war. The people who lived here, without the protection and guidance of the Great Dragon, were constantly embroiled in war. Their society was built on fighting for control and the people knew no peace. These wars never truly subsided and instead they just continued to grow larger. Weapons of terrible destructive force were brought out on both sides. Which nearly rendered the entire planet uninhabitable. Even today many places on the planet are scorched and ruined due to their violent ways. And then the Great Dragon appeared. Ending the wars and bringing an unknown era of peace to the land. Allowing the people to build cities and salvage what they could of the land. It is widely accepted that, without the Great Dragon's interference, the entire planet would have been lost. Whilst reading, Trevor took the time to have the Cabanomicon proceed to make notes of all these things. So in short, Rama-Indri was a planet at war...embroiled with it. Most of the world is uninhabitable...this did bring up an interesting thought...would there be a way to see the other areas of this world? Questions for later, he figured. But what got him was this...Great Dragon. Normally...dragons weren't technically looked at as peace bringers...well, correction...the dragons he was taught...which generally derived from the Medieval era due to Merlin's general time and even own world, they weren't the best creatures around...but still...if something like that had this great of influence...then surely it wasn't just a mindless creature. Or in this case, a heartless creature. Unfortunately, it seemed that all the works here in this specific location only dealt with this Great Dragon and not... "You won't find much there." Trevor heard this and whipped around, seeing a young woman with a blank expression on her face. When did she get here? How could she easily just sneak up on me like this? "I read all of them...They don't say anything about the time before the Great Dragon...and they don't explain what it is the Great Dragon did, either. In fact it talks about this world's religion more than anything else...Unless that is what you were looking for. Just thought I would....mention." He nodded, before turning towards the woman. "Alas, the religion of this world wasn't what I was hoping to learn...but I suppose any knowledge is good knowledge." Trevor flashed a smile, whilst the grimoire continued to finish up transposing the key points in these books and their passages. "Trevor Masters, a pleasure to make your acquaintance, miss...?"
  2. Benjamin O'Hara ”Greeting, and good afternoon to everyone in attendance. It is my… honor to be hosting providing…color commentary. Now, to avoid wasting any more of everyone’s time, I’ll show off the scoreboard for the event.” Just like most of the others (probably aside from the ones in 1-B), Benjamin was absolutely astonished that in the Top 16, he made it. Was 11th Place something to celebrate? No, not at all...but the fact that he actually made it to the second round of the festival floored him. One thing he did notice was out of 1-A, aside from him, Ayane, Sun, Kio, Diana, Takehiko and Rika made it in. That definitely meant that 1-A had a shot...then again...looking again at it...there were four from 1-B...so that was something to keep in mind. And then of course, there was Risa from the Department of Support. ”Something you students may notice is that the scores displayed here do not directly match the number of rescues you performed. Instead, each rescue was weighted based on the danger involved. Additionally, the third place contestant, Kawashima Risa, was awarded a large mass for saving another student from a crisis on the testing ground. Not that such a feat would be unexpected for the second daughter of the late Kawashima Yozo, the original bearer of the title Glory, and once the headmaster of this very school.” Doesn't have what it takes to be a Hero my foot! Benjamin thought, smiling as he gave some applause with the others. Then the leaderboard changed again and showed that now there was a 1-D and 1-C class reps. Something that made him a tad bit sad was that the one interesting individual he met during the last legs of the first round wasn't here. Taikei Karada is what he said his name was...honestly that guy and his creepy and strange goo Quirk was too amazing. Then again, he supposed that it was cause he helped him at the last bit of it. Little bit of a possible budding friendship...maybe a rivalry? Regardless, Benjamin was hopeful he'd see that 1-B student again specifically. ”Unfortunately, I didn’t name our next event, so it’s going to be called The U.A. Sports Festival Mounted Poultry Punchout. I know it’s a mouthful, so we’re just going to call it The Chicken Fight from here on out." "...wait what?" Benjamin muttered to himself while Orikami explained...and oddly enough there seemed to be a loud set of laughter coming from the audience after the "Chicken Fight" was declared. Wasn't sure why he could hear that specifically, but it was whatever at this point. ”You have five minutes to form your teams. Anyone left without a team is disqualified! Max Omega!" "F-Five minutes?! Disqualified?!?!" the young man's heart began to race at hearing this. His eyes started darting back and forth with all the participants that currently were here. In his mind, of course, he was running down the possible list of combinations. Sun and Rika...I've worked with either one...so I know how they work. Then again...I'm not sure we could mesh well. Benjamin put a hand to his chin, rubbing it slightly. Ayane, Takehiko, Kio....hmmmm I don't think either of em will mesh well either...and Diana...? He paused to see the young lady shaking hands with the dragon lady from 1-B. ...yeah, there goes that idea. Glancing back at the screen, Benjamin surveyed the rest of the participants. Sun for All? Crimson Wings? Patchwork? Piston? Eyesenal? Critical Armor? Honestly, only one there that sounded like it theoretically work in tandem was Patchwork...speaking of...wasn't he the one that helped stop the Ferris Wheel? Hmmm...no, I don't think any of em would work well...besides, I can't do much. If this was in costume, then maybe... That's when he stopped short, noticing the last one: Risa and her Quirk Magnetic. A strike of inspiration hit him as he finally smirked, nodding. "[Alrighty then]...looks like I got it..." Benjamin muttered to himself, before making his way towards Risa...who honestly looked like she was frozen stiff while looking at the bored. The young man shrugged and gently tapped Risa on the shoulder. The moment she turned around, he simply smile and wave. "Hey there. Looking for a partner?" Herculean Hero - Atlas Now the second round would soon start...and oddly enough, both students of interest for Atlas made it into the next round...so that was good. Hopefully he'd see more...and yet... ”Unfortunately, I didn’t name our next event, so it’s going to be called The U.A. Sports Festival Mounted Poultry Punchout. I know it’s a mouthful, so we’re just going to call it The Chicken Fight from here on out." Atlas found himself bellowing in laughter at hearing this, holding his head slightly. "...Glory you did not! ...you actually did..." he slowly calmed down before shaking his head. Almost immediately, he took his phone out and sent a quick group text to quite a few Heroes...some of note being Ruby Heart, Greenshift, King Kobra, Epicenter, Rainbow Six (surprisingly enough) and of course...Koryu. And he sent a picture of what the screen showed as the "U.A. Sports Festival Mounted Poultry Punchout" to which he put in parentheses: "The Chicken Fight"...and then only a few words in quotations: "Oh no... I have fell." He couldn't help but let out another snicker after sending this, simply shaking his head. "...ah memories...that was hell of a day."
  3. The Blazing Squire & The Raging Raptor Richard is still getting excited and cheering in the stands while watching the match...nothing more to report...hooooooowever..... "How about you? What do you think of this match so far?" "As I live and breathe...an honor to finally meet you, Hoshizora." Itsuki gave a two fingered salute at the young lady, smirking and then turning his attention back towards the Duel at hand. He was silent for a moment or two before finally speaking up again. "Yuliya is currently down to 1200 Life Points. While she did do quite the bit of board wiping at the beginning, it's coming back to bite her." he began, holding up a finger. "Zombies in the right hands can be quite detrimental to an opponent. After all, a good portion deal with swarming the field from the graveyard, which can be deadly if done correctly. The same could be said for the Thunder Dragons which specialize in quite the aggressive play with certain combinations or even just utilizing every single effect via being sent to the grave or by being banished. In actuality, it depends on the style of the Duelist." "And as you can see here...Arden here has a total of three Red-Eyes Zombie Necro on the field." he said, glancing back at the three Duelists. "And with all three having 3200...and there only being four monsters on the field...the moment he summons one more, along with the fact of in both graveyards...the numbers will continually stack up. Yuliya may have Thunder Dragon Fusion, sure...but as of this moment, I'd believe the Arden may have it. But, Yuliya didn't arrive here because of things like this...I'm sure she also has something up her sleeve."
  4. 2 Samuel 7:1-29 “Don’t think I’m too far gone that I’m not rooting for you to succeed,” Kitt listened as he watched his mentor make an offering, finishing it up. Though he did notice the ingot...it was...weathered down and was more complex. Did this man hold onto this ingot for such an occasion as this? Kitt honestly was unsure. “In fact, I’m proud of you for your actions in that meeting. I’m proud of you in ways I can’t even describe. Again, regardless of what your opinion of me has become.” "...I already told you before, Flynt." Kitt spoke up. "I couldn't forget you if I tried. You were an integral part of my journey to be what Taros wished of me to be. Despite the things you have done thus far, I am still grateful to you for what you've done for me. For that...my opinion of that man alone, remains the same." Silence then befell them once more, before Flynt spoke up. “I admit, I could not help but overhear the tail part of your prayer back then. I may not be Taros himself, but I can remind you what I taught you all those years ago. If it is your will, then it is his as well. That is your privilege. The fact that yours and Olive’s diverge slightly is frustrating but it’s to be expected, isn’t it? You come from different patrons -- different gods -- and you’re different people besides. Still, you should act on your impulse, I think. After all, why did you come here? What is something that only Kitt Axton can do in this situation?" "How could I forget what you hammered into my head?" Kitt spoke up once more, sighing slightly. "I understand if it's my will then by extension, it's Taros' will. But even if this is the case, I would still require council from my patron...his wisdom. That's why I came here..." He paused for a moment, before thinking slightly. He was dwelling on something...pondering it. What is something only I can do in this situation? This thought lulled in his mind for a moment or two... “Take some time to think about it -- time isn’t so precious that you can’t do that, there is enough time left even before midnight. And hey, while we do not have a forge to help you facilitate that, I can at least show you how to make those coins I hand out if you like.” "That could work. I wouldn't mind learning how to make those...but at the same time..." his eyes slowly opened as he finished pondering the thought. "Do we have enough time to make a temple? Hear me out, Flynt. If we could pull our resources together in a quick pace and manner, perhaps we could make a temple...a proper altar...and call upon Dia to possibly spare the island. Think about it...no temple dedicated to her, only a mere altar. It doesn't have to be grandiose, but a proper place of worship...you said it before...followers of Taros are more interested in the material...but we also are the ones who do the most work with our hands. It's a long shot, but maybe it could work."
  5. "Flurry's the name, tech's my game or something like that." "The name's Ken. I've lived atop the Ferris Mountains my entire life...so let's just say...this is kind of a shock to me. I've never met other Mobians before, other than my master." Flurry for the Lemur and the hedgehog, Ken. One was a techie and the other was pretty much a hermit...joy. Zane wondered how fate entangled him with this pairing of a motley crew, but alas, that was something he honestly could have time to wonder about. "So we have no idea where we are, right? So let's find out. Let's start heading over there, and tell me what was going on before you fell here...this can't be a coincidence." "Ah, investigation...yeah, shouldn't be too much of a problem in a dump like this." Zane shrugged sarcastically, already tailing behind the hedgehog as he walked at a fast pace. Even walking, hedgehogs were quick...that was for damn sure. "Anyway, you said you were atop Ferris Mountains, Ken? Yeah...gonna go on a wild limb here and say that's waaaaaaay far from here...probably just as far as Metropolis is from here. Cause I was in Metropolis about this time before the whole hole dealie." The arctic wolf thought for a moment, trying to figure out if anything else was possibly connecting this. "I will say, I was helping some police officers out as a sort of hired hand to apprehend a criminal and after that, the skies got like pitch black...and of course this was after we had some creepy inky creatures to fight against. Like the type of boogeyman that parents tell their kids about just to keep them in line, ya know?"
  6. "Team Trinity wins yet another match! It may not have been a 2-0 this time, but the showing was still impressive, especially from Captain Primrose Goitea!" The video footage could be seen and heard...this was the most recent championship winners...Team Trinity. Along with hearing the impressive Dueling skills...the sounds of shuffling cards could also be heard slightly in the background. For one specific member of this unnamed Duel team, he was watching intently on this last Duel...it had his full attention...but at the same time it seemed to also pain him slightly from the sight of it. "Aaand that was the most recent championship match. Of course, you don't learn much from watching pros in this sort of sport as you do others, but... y'know, can't hurt!" The shuffling card sounds came from one who was leaned back in his chair, shuffling a small deck of playing cards (not a deck of Duel Monsters cards, perish the thought of it!), whilst he listened to Vega, he couldn't help but keep his eyes glued on the footage. A slight sigh escaped the lips of Daichi Raimu as he could see the slight highlights of the last Duel showing off again. "If anyone wants to discuss what we watched, and what sort of strategies you got from it, let's go for it! But that's the only thing I'm forcing you to do for the day, so if you guys just wanna talk amongst yourselves, that's fine, too! Just be ready for our first match next week!" The shuffling stopped as Daichi held up a hand slightly. "Not exactly a helpful comment on our behalf, coach..." he piped up, pointing at the Duel that Primose was having. "But THAT Action Duel was hardly one...it lacked the thrill and entertainment that are supposed to be there. And it was over in what...five turns? It was way too short! Not enough time to really captivate the audience." He flashed her a smile, before taking one of the cards from his deck of playing cards, before flipping it in his hand and between his fingers a few times, before holding it up in front of him...but instead of him holding a playing card, it was now a Duel Monsters card...more accurately, Oafdragon Magician. "The audience needs to be enamored with the display that the Action Duelists present in their performance! It needs to dazzle them, allow it to be something they'll always remember when looking back on that day...and it becoming a memory that will always get them to smile!" He flipped Oafdragon around and it now seemed to show the Jack of Clubs, before smiling again. "As for team name, my thoughts on Team Gestalt is on the table."
  7. BGM Trevor was truly floored at what he saw with this library...it was massive...HUGE even! And although he was "shhh"d by the apparently librarian, he was not swayed one bit. This was perfect...simply perfect! Countless books within these walls...I could learn what I need with ease now! Trevor nodded, already ascending the stairs some to view and look at the different areas and genres that they would have. Of course, he had to find one section: the history section. More accurately, he was looking for the history of Prana and Rama-Indri...if he were to learn things about the location they were in, perhaps this would assist him and his fellow guardians in their efforts in this world. Whilst browsing through, he came across one book in particular in the mystery section of the library. The odd little oddity if anything... "Sherlock Holmes vs. Cthulhu: The Adventure of the Innsmouth Mutations". He paused in his stride and looked at his grimoire that was floating beside him and staring at this oddity as well. "...this truly happens to be something I never thought would ever happen...the question is...why?" To sell more books and copies of said book. After all, what unsuspecting reader wouldn't be drawn to both Holmes and the Old Ones at the same time? "...I forgot Merlin did have his foresight and put that in when he wrote within your pages..." Trevor nodded, surprised at the Cabanomicon's understanding and even knowledge of theses things. Nevertheless, he shook this book off and continued onward...before passing another section to where he noticed a leatherbound book that simply had a cross on it and the letters KJV. He stared at it before putting a hand to his chin slightly. "I wonder...does our resident believer in the faith know they have this here? Surely not...I suppose I may have to bring Melissa up here one day." Assuming she is a believer in this faith, Masters? "Not at all. Remember, Arcana Cabana, our world...had something similar to this. And not only this, she wears the garb that would befit something similar." Trevor nodded, continuing to walk off to search for what he wanted. "Not an assumption, more like...an astute observation." Finally he found what he was looking for...albeit a small section, but the history of Prana and Rama-Indri was within his grasp. "Perfect. Now...let's see..."

  9. Jeezuz...that leaves the door open for a LOT of things I want. *exhale* okay...okay...I can do this...I can do this. I'm giving multiple answers here... Video Games Assassin Class - ANY OF THE ASSASSINS FROM ASSASSIN'S CREED!!! - This one is a no brainer whatsoever. Honestly, you could summon Altair (possibly one of the Grand Assassins from this bunch), Ezio (also tied for Grand Assassin), Connor, Edward Kenway (WHICH could also be roped into a Rider Class due to pirate), Arno, Jacob & Evie (which a twin Assassin would be interesting to see. You get two for the price of one...and I'm not talking like Hyde and Jekyll...like you literally get two Assassin but they're treated as one, sorta like Hassan) and the list goes on. Hell, Evior from Valhalla could also be roped into the Berserker Class because viking...possibilities for this here collab would be endless! Kingdom Hearts - Hear me out on this...yes we could get Saber or Caster Class Sora (or any of the other Keyblade Masters), but what I'm here for is for Saber Mickey. Bring a mascot character straight from Disney into this...I mean, having anthropomorphic creatures as Servants ain't a stretch...so bring King Mickey in and boom...amazing idea. Ratchet & Clank - Keeping in theme with anthropomorphic creatures, bring in the Lombax for this. Now whether he would be a Saber or Rider, that's up in the air. But same time, I do like the idea of a Saber using a wrench as a weapon of choice. Just a nice thought. Sonic the Hedgehog - *glances at @Saikazo * Okay...this one may as well work too. We all know there's the Sonic and the Black Knight game, which makes Sonic King Arthur...and there's COUNTLESS versions of Arthur/Artoria now...so why not bring this one into the mix? For a further thing, this could also bring in many other of the Round Table to be Mobians from the games as well (...same time I just want Mordred as Scourge...cause that's too amazing). Anime All Might - I'm thinking...for the Symbol of Peace, which in his prime would be the one we see in the Two Heroes Movie (before the blackened sclerae). That was peak All Might and therefore a perfect example on how things could be. I'd like to say that All Might could be a Ruler class, but don't hold me to it...my reasoning is that we make him Ruler to match his role as the Symbol of Peace. Plus, since he's a hand to hand combat fighter, it would make him similarly akin to that of Summer Martha, who also is a hand to hand combat fighter who punches a dragon at her foes...All Might punches and storms happen...so yeah, it could work. Deku - Of course I'd be adding Deku into the mix here. But I'm currently at a loss on what to make him class wise. However...maybe perhaps he could be either a Foreigner or an Alter Ego. Both of theses classes deal with the Heroic Spirit "wielding power from outside human boundaries" (Foreigner) and "Instead of being proper Heroic Spirits, they're personifications of emotions, wishes and various aspects that belong to others" (Alter Ego). My reasoning for these stem from manga spoilers, so at this point I'm not at liberty to say due to not wanting to spoil. Either way, I think these two classes could fit our emerald clad Hero. Kaito Kuroba/Kaitou Kid - This guy is a Caster class, end of discussion. Shinichi Kudo/Conan Edogawa - If we're bringing Kaitou Kid in here...then we'll need to bring in his adversary. For this, make Conan/Shinichi Ruler class, to follow in Holmes' shadow. I'm thinking with this make him like the Velvet Waver situation...have him start as Conan and then continue on and on his final ascension, make him Shinichi. Tsunayoshi Sawada - From Katekyo Hitman Reborn, I throw in the 10th Vongola boss. For shiggles, I'd probably make him an Archer...why exactly? Simple: he shoots fire from his hands in his Hyper Dying Will state. Sure he fights close range as well, but if an Archer can be made by just throwing swords and weapons one has gained over the years or literally shoot other Noble Phantasms from their bow...then shooting fire could be considered an Archer play.
  10. Break the Cycle Kitt had himself a migraine...and it stemmed, no surprise, from Flynt and Olivander's original decision to use the law of cycles to keep things going. It was preposterous, especially after Olivander just said that the gods were indeed fickle beings. Why play with something this powerful and invoke the wrath of the gods even further. Luckily, Jones seemed to echo his thoughts on how things happened before... “Your guess is correct -- we can be pretty sure Mount Vermeer has erupted before. But the information on how Corpus survived is lost to us. Its last eruption was before the end of the world, you understand, and not every bit of lore survived. I think you’re on the right track, though." It was possible then, for all of Corpus to survive...to live without them having to evacuate. And if these two wished to prolong it instead of truly finding an answer...then he'd find the answer by himself. Kitt planned to give Olivander a piece of his mind, but alas, the Watchdog of Hinder was out the door in a flash to catch dinner for them...muttering weird things. But that left Flynt...and well...he was definitely going to give his former mentor a piece of his mind. "I'm not thrilled to see you immediately turn to using that as a solution." Kitt said, turning to face Flynt for a moment. "Unless the gods deem it worthy...you best keep that word and your trap about it silenced. And I mean it." he said with quite the authority in his voice. Perhaps Taros was bolstering his vessel's courage against his former mentor, or maybe it was just him growing further. Either way, he wasn't looking a gift horse in the mouth right now about him standing against his mentor. "Now if you need me, I'll be trying to find some sort of way to get this island and it's inhabitants to survive...just like they always have." It was this moment that Kitt found himself at the small altar, presenting the iron ingot just like he did the first go around with this day. He exhaled slowly...offering a small prayer. Your steel is my body...your fire my blood...forge a pathway to understanding...and cleave through uncertainty...I am the bone of your sword...and you are the Master Forger. he began, exhaling slowly. "Lord Taros, I know we aren't ones that deal with the knowledge...that we don't deal with ciphers or mysteries...we deal with our hands and work them to craft and forge precious metals into what they were truly meant to be. My Forge Master, I pray and beseech thee...forge a pathway to what I seek. I seek the knowledge and information to save the inhabitants of this island...I seek the manner to keep their way of life going and to allow them to survive, just as they always have since your godly kin, Dia, presented the woman with this island. I seek this...in order to keep the balance of the world and from keeping that word, your ancient tongue's power, from continually being used here. I won't allow the law of cycles to continue to be present...not unless you deem it worthy." With that, his prayer was offered...and Kitt could only begin to walk away from the altar. There was a manner to find what saved this island and it's inhabitants from the past eruption before...and all Kitt needed was a point in the right direction...
  11. .... Do I dare try and go for the Mathmech player again? ? Trick Question...I ain't! 24K Magic Thoughts on the Team
  12. Now you would probably assume, me being Shonen Protagonist, that I'd say the main character and go King Arthur...WELL IT'S NOT GOING DOWN LIKE THAT!!! Not factoring any Fate into this (though it only solidifies my enjoyment of said knights), I have a total of three knights that are tied for being my favorites...but you wanted one, so here it is... Galahad - The bastard son of Lancelot and Elaine of Corbenic. This knight was the renowned for his gallantry as well as purity...pretty much making him the perfect knight. Not only that, this was the knight that was given a chair at the table that was solely vacant for the one who would succeed in the quest of the Holy Grail. Arthur also tests him and he passes with ease and Arthur practically announces that he's the greatest knight ever and is promoted to a Knight of the Round. This knight is the one to take initiative to start the grail search and everyone else follows him, he wields King David's sword (which was the big thing I enjoyed about the Fate/Ultima Bellum RP with Rider and Caster interaction)...basically in many aspects, he mirrors Arthur himself...both of which in legends drew a blade from the stone and as such, Galahad was technically divinely chosen as well. Furthermore...he's basically the one knight who was granted to see the grail and immediately be taken to heaven...the ONLY knight worthy of this, to my knowledge. While his birth might've been one of deceit (tricking Lancelot to go with Elaine under the guise of Queen G) it shows that he simply continues to mirror Arthur in this regards and honestly...if I were to be honest...succeed Arthur in this regard. He was able to see the grail and obtain it...and in the process, ascend to heaven.

  16. "...ooooooow...okay...t-that hurt..." he said, just laying on the ground, trying to get his bearings. Though...he wouldn't just get his bearings settled in order...nope...not when he literally felt two other things falling on top of him...forcing him to wheeze and groan out a bit, his face now buried in the ground somewhat. Zane muffled something incoherent but it was definitely something that probably was profane in some origin. "Hey, are you okay?" The Arctic Wolf weakly lifted his arm and gave whoever said this a thumbs up. So that was one...who was the other... "Sorry for crashing on you, dude." Once again, Zane simply gave a thumbs up to the other individual as he finally began to sit up, groaning and wheezing a bit from this. Finally, as he shook his head, he could see the two Mobians that were responsible for practically making him a cushion to land on. The first was a green...lemur was it? It looked like one at least... On the other hand, Zane saw a Mobian that was pretty much a given: a white hedgehog. Didn't meet a lot of those, but hedgehogs were sort of common place around here on Mobius for some reason...not like Echidnas...now that was a dying breed. "Who are you two! And where the hell are we!? Answer me, because I'm not in the mood for messing around right now." Zane finally stood up, stretching slightly and hearing along with feeling his bones crack back into place some. With a satisfied sigh, he looked at the hedgehog and held up one finger. "First...chill. We're as confused as you are...considering I'm going to bet we all had the same experience...which is, falling from some sort of wormhole dealie...in which you both landed on my furry hide." he said calmly, though grumbling after mentioning that last part. Then, he held up two fingers. "Second...no iota of a clue where we are. One thing's for sure, the place is a total dump." Finally, he held up three fingers. "Third...name's Zane. Can't account for the green one over here, but now you at least have my name out in the open...to which I assume this is where the introductions would be taking place."
  17. "Don't you worry about me just" he stifled a yawn, "just gotta work hard you know. Bills to pay. Parents to take care of, how it goes right, ahaha..." "Ah I understand. However, I would say that getting the proper sleep and making sure your sleep schedule is in working order would benefit you. Remember, while you can take care of others, it's also necessary that you take care of yourself." Trevor gave a smile towards the rabbit man. Benjamin gave a weak smile "Yeah." he agreed, though his tone implied that he was just saying that. About this time, he apparently got word from Mauvache that he could see the boss. "Miss Mauvache says she'll see you. Don't know how she knew you were here but that's the boss for you." Hmmm, perhaps this one's influence here is a lot different than I originally thought...if she was able to know I was here before they even informed her I was here. Trevor thought, nodding slightly. With a nod, he planned to walk past the secretary, but immediately casted a small Cure spell on the rabbit man. "I hope that does help you out some. Keep up the good work." he flashed a smile and thumbs up before making his way towards the elevator. Once on the elevator, Trevor watched the doors close and immediately pulled his grimoire out. "Now, you are to be on your best behavior...nothing like the situation with Morgan, are we clear?" Ah but of course, Masters. What do you take me for? An uncivilized piece of literature that will squander a chance with someone like our benefactor? "...that's EXACTLY what I think." Trevor sighed, putting the grimoire back on his side. The elevator sprung to life, but at second glance, Trevor noticed something...this was taking him to an unmarked floor...there was no button for it on the panel. One could suppose, that this meant the only way to see here was if she wanted to see you. Perhaps he could count his lucky stars that this was such a moment. BGM Nevertheless, the elevator finally stopped and presented Trevor with a room, in which he saw Mauvache sitting there in quite the extravagant chair. The moment the young sorcerer entered the room, he could feel cold and clammy...or at least, the room itself did. It was there for a moment, and then it lifted and was gone. He exhaled slowly before adjusting his tie slightly...had to look presentable. She seemed to have been waiting and gestures for a, much less extravagant than her own, chair in front of the desk. "Go on, sit, sit, I was just enjoying a cup of coffee." "Apologies if I was interrupting anything, Miss Mauvache." Trevor gave a smile, sitting down in the less extravagant chair. "Further apologies are being made in not scheduling an appointment with you. Had I known about that, I would've penciled in an appointment with you post haste on our first meeting. Alas, I suppose there was no time then...but regardless, I do thank you for meeting with me." Her eyebrow raised a moment before she took a sip of her coffee. Setting the cup down and sitting up right herself, she proved that even sitting down she's clearly got a tall and commanding presence. "I take it you did not come here just to say hello? As you imagine I often deal with people...with concerns about all this. I'm sure whatever ails you will be something I've figured out already." "As perceptive as you are a fantastic judge of hats." Trevor tipped his own, making a light joke. "What ails me happens to be something in which you said the day prior, my dear. In which greeted those of us you called 'Guardians' to this world of yours...and made it clear of the worlds outside of this one." The young sorcerer also began to sit up straight in his chair, staring at Mauvache. "What I wish to know is, why give confirmation and credence of this? There's a World Order that should be upheld...one should not let others know that they're from another world...lest this leads into the possible destruction of another. The balance of separation of worlds must be upheld. However...this is a ruling within my own...I suppose universe or multiverse would be the proper term." He paused, now crossing his one leg over the other. "That said, I wish to know...is if the rules of the World Order that I was dealing with on my side of things, if it actually applies here. If not, then this is quite an interesting discovery to hear." As he finished, Trevor immediately noticed a sharp look in Mauvache's eyes that faded away after a few moments. She took another, slow, sip of her drink and then once again sat it aside. Placing her elbows on her desk and interlocking her fingers the woman stared at Trevor for a couple seconds. "Why would I not? You all were brought here without warning the least I could do is be honest." A smirk on her face is quickly hidden behind her collar and she continued. "I can assure you no such rule exists here. And the only one who needs to worry about any....balance, is myself." "I see...so my hypothesis was correct." Trevor nodded, his hand being brought up to his chin. "So the rule that was bound within my own world and the worlds surrounding it, don't apply to Rama-Indri...this is truly fascinating indeed." He snapped his fingers and his grimoire sprung to life, a pen immediately conjuring up beside it. "Do make a note of that..." While the grimoire wrote this down, Trevor gave a light smile towards Mauvache. "This was truly the reason I sought an audience with you. As someone who was tasked to keep the worlds separated and to make sure none would realize there were other worlds, I had to know the inner workings of this world itself. However, seems that this has been a weight lifted off my shoulders in a way." She shook her head with a smile. "As I said you don't have to worry about that; all you should concern yourself is the job I asked of you...and when you're not doing that you just have to relax and enjoy yourself." She thought a moment, before following up with something else. "By the way, you should let me see those notes of yours some day. I'm something of a lover of knowledge myself." "You wish to view the Cabanomicon?" Trevor asked, looking at the book who seemed to suddenly become bashful. This caused the sorcerer to chuckle lightly. "Well, my dear, I don't see why not. As long as nothing gets used in any evil schemes." He laughed a bit more, waving this off. "I jest... either way, Cabanomicon, if you will." Thus, the grimoire floated towards Mauvache, it's chain slightly assisting the book make a bowing motion. "That book is a culmination of the knowledge of my master's master, the great wizard Merlin. Within its pages are the magic I perform, along with my general notes thus far. Though it's ever changing and growing, learning more and more...it's a special tome that Merlin had great use of. There may even be more and more magic and spells that will reveal themselves to me when the time comes." She laughed as well. "Perish the thought." She reached for it and paused. She looked at the book for a moment with furrowed brow. "On second thought, perhaps another day, I wouldn't want to rush through it and I really do not have time to do this properly." As she pulled her hand away, however, Trevor would and surely did notice a small spark of electricity connecting her hand with the book for a moment. "Ah you are correct. After all, you did say you are quite the busy one." Trevor smirked, snapping his fingers as the grimoire returned to him and at his side. He noticed the electricity connecting her hand with the book, which was the reason he smirked, but he chose not to say anything else. "I suppose, with that in mind...we'll most likely have another chance at a private meeting. I will say, out of all those in other worlds, you are by far the most interesting individual I've had the pleasure of coming across." She chuckled. "You're bold, young man, but I assure you there are many interesting things and people to see here." "With my adventures before this...the boldness came with it." he simply tipped his hat once again. "But I trust your word on meeting and witnessing many other interesting things. Let's pray that they are able to catch and keep my attention." With a wink, Trevor stood up and bowed slightly. "Alas, I believe I've taken up enough of your time, my dear. I thank you for the audience you provided me with today." With that, the sorcerer's apprentice took his leave of the room and exited from the elevator in which he came. However, while now this issue of the World Order was off his mind, now came a new one... What was that spark of electricity that connected her hand and the grimoire? Furthermore...that sharpness in her eyes...there may be more than I'm realizing at face value...perhaps the rest will be revealed in due time. he thought, now lost in his thoughts.
  18. I question their existence...like, no really... I'd be fine with them being just regular old dragons or serpents like most mythical beasts...but the fact it ends up having a roosters head...like, it shouldn't be this scary but it is. It's also probably due to the abilities I checked up on them...to quote: THAT ALONE...
  19. Guess the BUMP button isn't around anymore...oh well... Asketh questions to the guardian of the chickens!
  20. Belay That Of course, Olivander went the route of blatantly telling them that they needed to evacuate. Kitt sighed internally for a moment, really hoping that he could've gotten back around to saying something aside from "You need to evacuate right now", seeing as they did embody the spirit of the woman that Dia helped to survive. Nevertheless, now there was silence again...and then the opposition spoke up. “Well, if you say we don’t have to do it, is it really mandatory then?” “You watchdogs do enjoy telling people what to do, hm? Getting everyone to agree to your every whim?” Yet again...Brigitte said this...why was this the case? What did she have against them or better yet, Watchdogs in general? Regardless, while he lamented this whole situation, Jones was speaking about how they'd evacuate via the Swallow Tail, which unfortunately, was currently under repairs...and then Flynt said the dumbest thing he could...and what was more, was Olivander agreed. “I can think of one way, but, and forgive me for this, I am hesitant to say it here. Know that the watchdogs know what I am talking about, though, and if they just say the word…” "Do it. If it means you can get the Swallowtail repaired with no time lost, then do it. You have my full confidence behind you." Kitt looked at the two before giving them the most sternest of looks, at this point if it was possible...his eyes would be throwing daggers right now. He lifted up a finger towards them and exhaled slowly, apparently choosing not to unleash a rage at them. "...only...if the situation calls for it. It is a last resort...I refuse to have that spoken again. Unless the gods themselves deem it worthy, I will belay that idea right here and now." he slowly turned his attention away from Flynt and Olivander, exhaling again. “I didn’t say solutions don’t exist; there surely must be something, and if you answer my questions, I will assent. But they must be answered. You’ve still given me too many unknowns otherwise.” "And answers you shall receive, sir. However..." Kitt turned his attention to Brigitte. "Allow me one question...and please don't find me rude or insensitive about this, ma'am...but do you have something against Watchdogs? I have been trying my hardest to show that I have nothing but the interests and safety of the islands and their people at heart...yet...you say these things as if you don't believe that. So please, help my ignorance in these situations...I want to improve as a Watchdog and as such, I want to take care of the problems at the source. If it's something I can fix, then I'll be willing to try, ma'am." "Oh, you're putting me on the spot now, hm?" Brigitte said. She had a wry smile on her face, though, her voice one of bemusement at even being asked. "Well, if you must know, I don't like strangers telling me what to do like they have some sort of authority over me. My gut gets all twisted thinking about that, you understand? It doesn't matter if they have the power or not, if they believe they do, I can't help but worry what happens if I don't immediately do what they say. Now, I've gotten to a point in my life where not many people think they have power over me, suppose that comes with age and being married to the headman. Any fool that still tries can get thrown out at my leisure. But, unless I've been misunderstanding my whole life, watchdogs do have that power. You can dress it up all you like, but with but a prayer you can bring an island to its knees, or wipe it off the map entirely if you so wish. You can say you won't, that you would never, but don't lie to me and say that you can't." Her smile had slowly disappeared throughout her answer, but she wasn't finished. "Other than that, I'm not sure what you personally can fix. You could renounce your power entirely, but I don't think you're about to do that just to get in my good graces, hm? If you ask me, I'm not sure what you're worried about, really. Perhaps I've been unkind, but I haven't raised my voice or impeded you at all. I'm still doing what you say. I'll evacuate with my husband as soon as everyone is ready. If you're struck by divine inspiration and demand that I stay behind then I suppose I'll do just that. Just understand I'm still going to get some licks in where I can." This seemed to surprise Kitt, but at the same time...he had an understanding about it. It would make sense on why she had been treating them the way the did and why she's constantly been saying that. He nodded, sighing again. "I believe I understand..."I do apologize for ever giving the airs that I would do that or that I may be like others of my kind..." he glanced at Flynt. "...however you have helped me see a different side of things, ma'am, so thank you." "Now...to answer your questions, Jones sir, no...we don't know the exact time or day when this mountain will erupt. Hinder nor Taros have granted us that knowledge currently. And you are correct, the waiting on the Swallow Tail would actually be just as detrimental than helpful given the situation." Kitt paused to collect his thoughts for a moment, before continuing. "My comrade here seemed to suggest an evacuation via the Swallow Tail was the best idea, but before this seems to be the only option...I wanted to ask those here, the people of Corpus, if there was possibly another way. Surely Vermeer had erupted before, and like the very woman's survival spirit that you all embody, perhaps you found a way to endure it and even escape. If there is another way, one that shows you can survive here on the island and continue your way of life, I'd assume you'd take it. But we'd need to know of any possible manner if Vermeer has erupted somewhere before in Corpus' history." "I'm willing to give what I can a try for the Corpus people..." Kitt sighed once more, before looking at Olivander and Flynt. "...last resort...if nothing can happen...then you use that. But if anything...they'll need to know the truth on that."
  21. The Blazing Squire & The Raging Raptor The opening Duel of the Blue Rose Tournament...this was definitely to show the world that these Duelists were fierce competitors that were putting and betting everything on winning the whole shebang. Aspect Stadium was bustling with excitement and enjoyment, and in the middle of this in the stands was Richard Wallace. Sure, he could've watched from any other spot in the stadium, maybe even the area that was usually marked for the tournament competitors themselves...but there was something about being out there in the stands watching a Duel...something about being in the crowd and getting all worked up and excited...it made his blood boil with excitement. "Oh man...this is sooooooo exciting!!!" Richard muttered, almost bursting at the seams. The greatest Duelists from all over, a chance to Duel them...what more could anyone want? Right now, it was Thunder Dragons vs Zombie World. A match-up that certainly would make for an interesting spectacle...at least to Itsuki. The young man stood in the designated area for the competitors to watch the Duel and was leaned up against the wall. "The first seed of Empiria and the second seed of Camellia...a pretty steep match-up." Itsuki mused with a smirk. "Honestly, this seems to be the best way for them to start this tournament off..." He paused, before shaking his head. Then again...that attempt of just an unofficial Duel between two of the competitors was kind of interesting as well...wonder if I'll have the honor of Dueling either of those... First thing was first, however...observing the first match and seeing how the competition held up. OOC
  22. Benjamin O'Hara There was a feeling of shock and awe as Benjamin stood there seeing the now sideways Ferris Wheel and two students from 1-B basically atop it...those being the two who truly stopped it. For an instant, he felt his body have a chilling sensation...this both frightened and excited him all at the same time. The hair on the back of his neck and his arms stood up on end with the chilly feeling as he just stood there for a moment or two looking at them. Of course, something came back to his mind almost immediately... "I will be transparent with you all, class 1-B completed the challenge in approximately one fifth of the time it took you all to do so. The student who encountered the Thunderjaw managed to defeat it on her own." This...this was 1-B...they were able to complete their challenge faster than them and even take down the giant kaiju bot. ...this was what they were up against... "...[Amazing]..." Of course, he and Risa had a bit more of a conversation after bonding over seeing this Ferris Wheel now like this. Risa did of course, praise his abilities and Quirk, saying that his was the most memorable due to how interesting it was. This did make him smile a bit, maybe even boosted his confidence a little. But then, she continued. “I don’t think I’ll ever be able to be a Hero with a Quirk like mine… all I can do is push and pull on metal things. My big sis got the real good one, so I have to do my dad proud like this instead.” Benjamin looked at Risa, giving her an honest smile. "Risa, I'm sure you can still be a Hero. I mean, I don't know what your Quirk is, but you just have that...desire to want to help. I mean, you showed that off immediately by chasing down a runaway Ferris Wheel. Anyone else would just run the opposite direction." What he got...wasn't the response he was looking for or even expecting... “Well that’s so nice of you to say! But no, I really… Why would I want to be a hero? I’d be no good at it! But I’ve kept you long enough… After all, you’re Hero Course; You’ve got people to impress! Good luck, O’Hara-sama! I know you can do it!” Before Benjamin could say anything more, he watched Risa rush off past him. His eyes followed her the entire time, and he even was about to reach a hand out to stop her...but he didn't. ...w-was it something I said...? he thought, watching Risa leave his sight. Something felt very similar in the way she said that which struck a chord with him. Why did it? "...I said that once before...didn't I?" Benjamin muttered, now realizing something. Risa to an extent...was similar to him in his past, the version of him that said he couldn't become a Hero. BGM He glanced back in the direction of the Ferris Wheel then back in the direction of where Risa rushed off. ...Heroes rise to any challenge...and she was heading towards this. Support Class or not... His nerves and motivations to continue were now steeled. With that, he ran off and immediately dove into an alleyway, immediately grabbing a hold of the fire escape and parkouring his way up it. Once he made it to the top of the building's roof from the fire escape, he exhaled slowly. "Whoever told her she couldn't...was the wrong type of person to tell her that." Benjamin muttered, already proceeding to leap to a few nearby rooftops, tucking and rolling in the process. "And her meeting me...I'll have to say, if it's for the reason I think it is...then history repeats itself." He jumped and with webbed hands and feet, landed on the side of the building, immediately crawling along it towards his goal: a hostile situation with two maybe three robots, a "bomb" and roughly about 25 to 30 civilians in need of a Hero. As he infiltrated the building undetected, Benjamin had small flashes of a memory play out in his mind again. That day...he could see it clear as day...and this time...it would continue. This time, HE would be the one to inspire another to become a Hero. The young arachnid Hero began to do what he could, immediately sending out spiders to distract the robots the best they could, giving him ample time to free the citizens. However, the moment came around where he was caught...and had a fourth robot with a gun to the back of his head. Benjamin slowly raised his hands up, sighing. "Alright...I give up..." he said, standing up slowly and immediately turning around to throw some of his spiders at the robot. A shot rang out and hit Benjamin's shoulder...and rubber bullet or not...it still hurt like crazy. He held his shoulder some and still began to improvise. Office chair? Perfect! Grabbing that, he slid it around and pushed it towards the robot who now lost it's footing while dealing with the spiders. "Take a seat and stay a while..." Benjamin said, watching the spiders now disabling the robot and tying it up. "Alright...that's that...did you guys deal with the...-" Other three are dealt with. Sorry about not realizing there was a fourth. "No worries about it..." he rolled the shoulder he was shot in, before making it over towards the "bomb". "Now...let's take care of this." With a few moments, a couple of spiders left Benjamin and entered the fake bomb, doing what their host said and disabled it almost immediately. Once his spiders returned to him, Benjamin rushed out the front door of the building and proceeded to scale up it once more. Just wait Risa...I'll show you that you can become a Hero...like Silky showed me... Herculean Hero - Atlas ”You’re welcome. You know, the last two hero course students we encountered didn’t last this long. How about you join my agency after we graduate? I’m always looking for good support. You should forfeit the Sports Festival now, Akagi, I don’t think you want to get hit by this one." "...I spoke too soon on the fact that one of which is acting like Gin...maybe even more so. Didn't think that was even possible." Atlas sighed, shaking his head at seeing this display. At least this Akagi Kio was standing his ground against this individual. He turned his attention, however to another screen which showed two young Hero prospects: Shannon and Diana. These two worked in tandem together with the bridge situation, which was definitely impressive. Both seemed very interesting... "Hmmmm..."
  23. "Listen here you freak, and this goes for your freaky friends too! One of these days you're gonna regret messing with us!" Like this, the Spike Brothers were gone running away with their tails between their legs. Trevor cooled the magic show for a while, exhaling slowly. He glanced over at the Cabanomicon before smirking at seeing what it said. They actually bought that rubbish? "Indeedly so. I'll have to make a note of that and definitely let Master Balthazar that these small tropes actually do work." Trevor stifled a laugh, still rubbing the back of his head before casting a quick Cure on himself. "Nevertheless, now that this little interruption is out of the way...let's continue to the Arena." he said, watching the grimoire now return to his side and the sorcerer continued onward...like nothing had happened. The mage would be able to reach the arena without any further hassle and when he got inside he saw that it looked to be not yet busy hours as there weren't many people around. It was odd for him to see this place quite...empty. Well, empty...save for one lonely receptionist in the middle of the room. And oddly enough...it was one that was here the day before. He was attempting to greet them before they were automatically just brought before Mauvache. "A-a-ah. Welcome to Mauvache's A- Oh, you're one of those Guardian people right? I don't remember any appointments..." Appointments? Oh dear...that definitely put a damper on things. Trevor looked at the tired rabbit man before clearing his throat in response. "Yes sir, I'm one of the ones that was here yesterday on behalf of Mauvache." he gave a pleasant smile. "Trevor Masters, at your service. However, I will say I don't have an appointment, alas. That was something I was unaware that needed to be set up, so you'll have to forgive my ignorance on that. That said, you seem quite exhausted..."
  24. Cards on the Table “Already had a talk about the end of the world today, Flynt. That watchdog over there -- marched Eilis right in here and said many of the same things you did yesterday. I’ve allowed you to enter my home yet again, but I have to ask, what makes this one worth all the trouble?" Kitt was a bit nervous right now...Jones was, for all intents and purposes, quite agitated about this...even Brigitte seemed it. Nevertheless, like a blade, he steeled his resolve and let out a small exhale, while Flynt continued. “I do apologize. In truth, I only organized this meeting; this was requested by the actual religious authority among us, and in a moment I will let them speak how they like, but first, allow me to say that I always have respected your judgement in spite of our differences, and I hope that-” “I expected this from the newcomers, Flynt. You should know better. If you want to start the meeting in my good graces, just answer my question.” "Then I suppose we should just begin then." Kitt finally spoke up, motioning for Flynt to take a seat. It was only him and Olivander at this point...by the grace of both Taros and Hinder, they needed to have these people see reason. "I was the one to have this meeting and gathering called, not because I'm a Watchdog that loves to have everyone follow my words..." Kitt stopped to look at Brigitte, before continuing. "...but because my heart does not want to see any form of calamity befall anyone. And unfortunately, we believe that there is a calamity to befall the island of Corpus." He immediately took out his notebook and exhaled again. "Miss Eilis provided a dream that Myria blessed her with...a tableau image that spoke volumes." he paused, before reciting word for word what she said and then proceeding. "She also made mentioning of the sounds of thunder...but not thunder. This would coincide with what Jones would tell me about hearing not too long ago...specifically coming from Mount Vermeer. And my associate and comrade here even said that the rumblings of Mount Vermeer seemed...alive." He closed the book suddenly and put it away. "We were unaware that Mount Vermeer was a volcano...inactive, but a volcano nonetheless until recently. But, things are adding up now. The black snow in Eilis' dream, it's not snow...it's ash. The sounds of thunder...the volcano is beginning to stir. And if what Myria warned Eilis about is true...then I fear that Corpus will have a great travesty befall it."
  25. Ashida Miku With a quick thing of speed, Miku saved a few more plushies, varying from a store robbery to even a few being locked in a hot car...a shame that this one was a form of rescuing that still needed to be addressed. Nevertheless, the young lady took a breather for a moment, leaning against a building wall. "O-Okay...seem to be doing well so far...what's ne-..." Miku paused, immediately noticing what seemed like a Ferris Wheel rolling down the street. Upon a second glance...it was. "Ehhhhh?! Who knocked loose a Ferris Wheel?!?!" she shouted in surprise, knowing that only a handful of students in her class could've done this, and they were a bit smarter than that. "Hmmm, yeah, I'm going to have to steer clear of that...the Quirk I've got couldn't possibly deal with that itself. Best get back to the grind rather than dealing with whatever...that is..." And with that, another moment of her rushing off again. Benjamin O'Hara "Hiiiii! You're Hero Course, right? Kawashima Risa, Support! I saw you get those guys! That was really cool! I- Oh are we not supposed to keep these? I just wanted to let you know we in the Support class think you're all doing a great job!" After scaling the building and before he could even start to properly rush off to attempt to save the next set of plushies, Benjamin was taken a shine to by someone...and from the looks of it, seemed to be a Support Class student. Turns out...he was right. "Hm? Oh...well thank you, Risa, right?" Benjamin responded, in quite the shock of all the whirlwind of questions and conversations the young lady was providing. "You're from Deerc's Hero Support class? Well, it's an honor to meet some of the Support class. You guys really do a lot to help." With a firm nod, he gave a bit of a smile, before remembering something. Oh right! Speaking of Deerc... "Oh...right, um if you happen to see Deerc, let him know that thing I asked for assistance with, tell him I haven't gotten around to testing them." “You’re working on something with Deerc-Sensei directly? Wow!” It was true, namely cause he pretty much got with the Support Class teacher after class hours...and given he didn't see many other of the Support students, he figured it best to just go for the source of that. He did get bummed he couldn't have tested them during the last exam...though he immediately thought back on it and once again...Tsubasa... "All these villain activities and you guys are still going strong! You'll all be great heroes, just like my sister!" Risa said, while apparently getting used to some sort of new foot contraption. "Well...it's just been the one villain attempt…" Benjamin muttered, though his sentence slowly cutting off at the end. He was starting to become in deep thought. ...they all still believe she was bad from the beginning...why...? It took him a moment to realize he was doing this, finally clearing his throat. "A-Anyway…so what are these for exactly? Hardly the proper fashion statement nowadays." “Stabilizers! Meant to keep your footing!” Now this...this did bring a slight smile and even a sparked idea in his head. Stabilizers? Meant to pierce the ground...or maybe...perhaps...? The wheels in his head started turning, before he spoke again. "Super useful or not, that's amazing. Honestly...hmmm...seeing that, I may have to do some writing and drafting on something else for my Hero costume. Honestly, I think you've given me some ideas to possibly work with!" Which was apparently what Risa was the most excited to hear. “Wait, you like them?!? Hosodan thought they were clunky and they stick too much but yeah I guess if you’re climbing walls they could be useful and I’d lovetodosomekindofdesignforyourcostumemaybeaftertheFestivalifyou-” Benjamin chuckled lightly, but then at this point...well... "Uh...hey, do you hear that?" “Eh? No, I… Oh yeah… What IS that? EEEEEEH?!? W-w-w-What IS that???” "A-A FERRIS WHEEL?!" Benjamin was practically flabbergasted at seeing this carnival attraction literally headed their direction. Naturally, the young man dove to his side, whilst Risa seemed to just stand there for a moment or two. "Risa! You may want to dodge...otherwise you're gonna be a new doormat!" Once Risa moved out the way, Benjamin just watched the attraction just roll on by. As he got up, he and his spiders seemed to have one single thought and comment about this... "Aw hell no…" Aw hell no… While answering Risa to the best of his ability, Benjamin pondered just booking it in the other direction. There was no way in the world he possibly could deal with this. Well, unfortunately, it seemed like the web of fate had something else in mind...namely him getting shanghaied by this young lady. “I have a bunch of things I need to make sure the Support companies see! I can’t really get the ones high up though…But you can climb! You could take the top half! Let’s go! Heeeeeey, waiiiiit!!!!” "...this cannot be happening…" Benjamin stood there, blinking a bit as he rubbed the bridge between his eyes. He stood there for a long time, before finally groaning and running after Risa. "...why am I doing this?" His mind tried to equate this to something else he knew, but he shook the thoughts aside...it wasn't a time to be just like that...and this was totally different than what he went through himself. Eventually, he caught up to Risa, giving a little bit of a whistle to get her attention. "So, what's the brilliant plan to deal with this? I mean, aside from chase down this massive attraction like it's a weekly special at the supermarket!" ??? In the stands, a Pro Hero watched the whole situation go down thus far, arms folded. His facial expressions weren't seen due to the helmet he wore, but he was focused on it...all of it. "Seems like things are going a bit differently this go 'round." he chuckled to himself, before noticing from where he stood the Ferris Wheel moving and the slew of students beginning to chase after it. "Hmmm, now that's odd. Let's see if we can isolate that." The Hero touched the side of his helmet and from his vision, his heads up display isolated the moment the Ferris Wheel started moving. How it happened, well...it was obvious a student caused it to start to tumble like this. And as such, the Hero began to laugh. "A different class, but shenanigans continue to happen here. Heh, the moment someone starts summoning an earth dragon, doing a green energy drill or even making a slingshot...then I'll really be rolling." he chuckled. "Truly looks like Glory got himself an interesting set of prospects...and not a single one is acting like Gin from what I'm seeing. Definitely means some sort of progress is had." Another chuckle was stifled out, as the Hero remained watchful of the Sports Festival.
