I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you're looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money... but what I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let vla1ne go now, that will be the end of it - I will not look for you, I will not pursue you... but if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you... and I will welcome you to the new forums ?

Here's how it works: Name 2 archetypes, and the next person has to make a support card trying to tie them together (as much as possible anyways, which is not gonna be a lot tbh). Then that person leaves 2 archetypes for the person after them. Rinse and repeat~ I'll kickstar this with a random idea to display. Skull Servant + Naturia Naturia Wightomatto EARTH Level 1 [Plant / Effect] 0/0 This card is also treated as "Skull Servant" and a Zombie monster while on the fiend or GY. If a monster with "Skull Servant" in its text leaves the field: You can discard this card; Special Summon 1 "Naturia" monster from your Deck. If a "Naturia" monster leaves the field: You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck with "Skull Servant" in its text. Next: Volcanic + Neos

Hello to all, People that migrated from yugiohcardmaker.net might already know me, despite me never having formally introduced myself there. I'm probably most well known on that site for creating the "Neo New Card maker" (which, as of writing this, happens to be this site's card maker). So if you have any issues with it, let me know... I will probably create a topic for that specific goal. (Keep in mind that it might take a while before I get around working on a certain feature/bug.) Besides writing code, I like to play games. This includes both board games and video games. Video games I play are mostly from Nintendo (Fire Emblem, Pokémon, Smash bros and Splatoon, etc.). From time to time I also draw stuff (mostly digitally). I probably won't be as active as some other members (most certainly not in terms of posting), but I will be seeing you guys and gals around. Yours sincerely, Yemachu

Just sort of curious where the distribution lays. For me, the overall look and smoothness of NCM and the knowledge it'll be quicker on fixes is comforting, but I miss some of the old fun sentimental whatnot (like the name change history when mods mess around with it for fun), and definitely the old RP/OOC/IC posts for nostalgia's sake.

DARK Link-0 [Spellcaster/Link/Effect] 100 ATK 0 monsters Must be Link Summoned to an Extra Monster Zone that 2 or more Link Monsters point to. Cannot be used as a Link Material. If Link Summoned to a zone 3 or more Link Monsters point to: You can banish all cards your opponent controls face-down. During each of your Standby Phases: This card gains 2000 ATK. - - - - Another re-train from my YCM, updated. Now it can keep getting bigger even if you don't use it for the hard to achieve field nuke effect. Having an empty Extra Monster Zone with 3 Links pointing to it is no easy task. You can take advantage of your opponent's cards that happen to link up to it, but even so, it should be a challenge, and hopefully I did not just broke something ^^"

EARTH Level 3 [Fiend/Flip/Effect] 800/1800 FLIP: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy it. If this set card is targeted by an effect: You can change it to face-up Attack or Defense Position, and if you do, this card becomes unaffected by that card's name's effects. If this card battles with a monster with 2500 ATK or more, this card gains 2200 ATK and DEF during damage calculation only. - - - - This is a retrain of a version I had posted at YCM. Now it battling with boss monsters will consistently make it 3000/4000, and the protection flip clause is not exactly a 1 time protection but now this card gains permanent protection against what tried to kill it. If Dark Armed Dragon tried to target it, this card now remains unaffected by Dark Armed Dragon while it remains on the field. I contemplated the FLIP effect banishing instead of destroying, but I think the card is solid enough as it is. Thoughts/comments/suggestions/etc. all welcomed like always.

I've been seeing a lot more of Mansion lately thanks to Vinesauce corruptions, but Timesplitters hits the nostalgia bone. One of the most interesting games I played at an early age.

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 monster you control; gain Life Points equal to its ATK. During either player's turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card, then target 1 monster; gain Life Points equal to its ATK. One of my ports from YCM. Yea, it's a simple Life Point gaining card (LP and GY still don't feel right btw); however, the second effect could prove very useful in surviving an opponent's onslaught. I can only see this used in Casual play, but I just couldn't get the idea out of my head and the image fits well. I thought about having it set to Summon instead of Normal Summon, but I decided against it. Anyway, CnC?

The second effect doesn't have you control due to it being used in a situation where a direct attack would end it. As for the other fixes, my bad. As for the Normal Summon bit, just Summon was on my mind though I didn't want to push it. See, you get the second effect saving asses. XD

This might sound a bit nitpicky and I tend to avoid concentrating on grammer but I think for this one it does need to be clear about the second effect. I'd say: When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 face-up monster you control; gain Life Points equal to its ATK. During either player's turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 face-up monster (?you control?); gain Life Points equal to its ATK. ^Targeting face-down monsters would be kind of a nightmare, especially if the second effect has it be intentional that it can target 1 monsters. Which I'm not sure the effects are fully balanced against each other. I mean, none of them are gonna really break anything, but the effect that requires you to use your Normal Summon seems to be more limiting on the targets than the easier to trigger quick effect from the GY. Overall the concept is very good and I like how the card art even has the illusion of a secret rare. I like it, and I'm a sucker for LP gain effects tbh xD

In general, most if not all of the OSTs from: Yu-Gi-Oh! DM/GX/5D's, Naruto Shippūden, Dragon Ball Z/GT/Super & HunterxHunter. In particular, these are the ones I can recall right now: YGO DM - Shuffle, Wild Drive & Warriors. GX - Precious Time, Glory Days. 5D's - Last Train. Naruto - Hero's Come Back!!, Blue Bird, Moshimo & Goodbye Memory. DB Z - Cha-La Head-Cha-La. GT - Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku. Super - Hello Hello Hello, Starring Star, Yoka Yoka Dance, Genkaitoppa X Survivor, Boogie Back & Haruka. HxH - Departure! & Hyōri Ittai. Also, like Tormented mentioned, many divine/badass tunes that play when something is going down such as: DBZ Power-up/Transformation scenes & YGO themes of the god cards/Orichalcos seal etc. (Remember that Latin music that plays on HxH, when Hisoka makes an appearance, anyone?)

I agree that the mention of a Match makes it more fitting for an Experimental Card thread. Though if I focus on the card for what it is regardless since we are already here: I think you don't really need to decrease the ATK gain effect. If you had 8+ turns, the effect is completely nullified. Having the max amount of 5000 is not really an amazing game-changing thing if it doesn't have many other effects, it's basically like Utopia the Lightning but unable to work on duels 1 and 3 of the Match, minus Utopia's protection. My suggestion is that: -The anti-target clause works always. -The "+ATK if you lost" doesn't get any drawbacks. -No need to mention "if you won before", so that the 2 effects stack if you lost, but if you won it could still be a solid 2500 ATK monster with target protection and incredibly generic materials. Other than the concept being pretty Experimental, the card's power level would be alright like this IMO.

It's a bit odd to see a Pendulum Xyz without the text of "if you can Pendulum Summon Level X monsters, you can Pendulum Summon this card", and that this card doesn't add itself to the Scales as a float, but as a resolving effect. If that's intentional, that's fine I suppose, but it wouldn't be problematic if it had it regardless. It indeed searches stuff like Tour Guide or BA monsters, but the idea they would need to make an 1800 ATK Extra Deck monster for a search for another play to make next turn makes this not a problem IMO. It'd most likely be used in its intended deck for the most part. Well once you add up both modes it is actually a pretty solid card. Rank 3 engines are pretty easy to come by and this card doesn't clog the Extra Monster Zone at all. Potentially, Tour Guide becomes this, and this searches your Scale 7 and sets itself as the Scale 2, which reminds me of Monkeyboard (but more balanced by using the Normal Summon in a way that doesn't have a free leftoever, on needing an Extra Deck slot, and on Master Rule 4 in general). Then after you do your Pendulum Summon thing, you can roll the die and float into another monster from the deck (or using the other scale). Or if you can afford to last for longer, Pendulum Switch lets it give you another Hallo search every turn by going > Monster > eff > search and put into scale > monster again. That's without thinking on the custom support from your other threads. I think the archetype is shaping up surprisingly well xD

So like I don’t mean to take this thread off topic but theres a thing Anime themes do a lot when like a badass moment is happening or like someone’s making a last stand/unlocks a power or whatever and it’s just the hypest shit. Last Stardust has, Attack on Titan OST 2 (?) has it? Is there a genre to this because I just want to listen to them all the time thx.

Looks decent enough to me. Level 2 Tuner is good for Needlefiber plays, and the LP gains can come in handy vs. OTKs or to play more safely LP-costing effects. IMO EARTH/Fairy would be more flavorful and unique, but LIGHT/Fairy does have its perks, like support from Benten.

Only ones that are even all that memorable for me apart from ones that originated elsewhere are essentially Shugo Chara, Log Horizon and maybe 1 or 2 others (but seeing as I have to say it like that, maybe not). Soundtracks in general, I mean. There's a good few OP & EDs, like Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles sounded like just the right blend of traditional and J-Pop, and nearly every Aikatsu! song gets me.

Full support to custom groups. Mostly agree on this except on the discount part. IMO all YCM members who were known to have enough points for a title should be eligible for the discount. At least in my case, I had the points but wanted to celebrate a 10k post milestone by purchasing myself a title. Needless to say, I don't have points for it now and wouldn't wait until 10k posts again.

Oh right, I didn't process the (max. 1) restriction there. Then it should be fine. Comti still shouldn't be too generic, though, at least IMO. I like the Zombies are LIGHT, yeah.
