  1. I had to wait till I was on laptop to check cause didn't know if it was different in CC And apparently it is. But only in Singles. It's set to only allow the default tags. I'll check with the others before but I think we can make it open instead and just require to put in certain tags.

  9. Keres struggled to control her breathing. She backed away, hindered by the fruit still lining the floor of the wagon, as the gnoll approached her with its shortspear raised. It looked so fierce. The creatures of the swamp were dangerous but she knew how to avoid them. This she couldn't avoid. Worse she saw the others getting closer as she hesitated. She had to fight back. With a frantic motion she splashed the gnoll with water. At first seemingly nothing came from it but then the magic activated. The gnoll, who had been grinning and licking its teeth as it came towards her, suddenly paused. It looked behind Keres and stumbled backwards in a panic. Keres took advantage of the situation and grabbed the brigand with a rope of water and tossed him over the side of the wagon. Unfortunately directly behind him was a second gnoll who came charging in at her. --- Both of the gnolls near Reinaan seemed a bit more wary than the others had been. The draken proving more skilled than they could handle. But they had numbers so they didn't back down. They came at him from the left and right. Both still in front but towards the sides rather than head on. Holding their shortspears waist high they came in. Attempting to pierce Reinaan through his ribs. While one of the gnolls by Ziyol had managed to slip out from under the flames the other two scrambled back to keep from being caught in the sudden blaze. They couldn't tell where the fire was coming from but they knew they had to avoid it lest their fur get caught ablaze. One of them tried to throw their shortspear through the fire as though hoping to somehow hit its source. --- The two gnolls now faced off against one Chosen each. Though the one that had struck Pyrrha seemed more confident given the elf's less armored body. They pulled their axe out and went for another savage swing, moving forward as it did, bowling into the girl even if the axe swing didn't meet its mark. The one facing Ryia snarled at the girl as he tried to find an opening. Unlike the other gnoll he was more cautious. Not attacking directly. Instead keeping an eye on the girl he had ended up targeting as prey. He barked something at her in a language she couldn't understand but the mocking and vicious intent was clear in the tone of his voice. --- "You're not so bad yourself, I admit." Geoff said. "If you were a chosen I'm sure you'd be rather impressive!" His opponent had dropped their shortspear and grabbed their axe. Going in to swing at his shoulder with a rough chopping attack. The "chosen" deflected the blade to the side and followed it by bringing the end of his weapon into the gnoll's side. Crashing against a rib and causing the gnoll to cough in pain. Geoff backed away and thrust the end into the gnoll's chest. He knocked the beast-man backwards and spun the weapon around, slicing through the gnoll's throat and causing them to drop down. Despite having been struck by projectiles the gnoll that Lindow went to attack was more alert and aware of them as he closed in. Bending back to avoid the sword from slicing through his neck he ducked down and attempted to ram their shortspear through Lindow's gut. --- The gnoll leader watched the proceedings with a wolfish grin. The beast under him stirred and he grabbed onto its fur and tugged sharply. The beast turned its head towards the gnoll and barked something, in the language of the gnolls, to which the leader replied with a more commanding tone. Growling the wolf-like creature turned back to the fight and the leader continued to watch. When Pyrrha made her move the gnoll let out a sound that was a mix of a laugh and a snarl and pressed his feet into the mount's sides. Which then proceeded to take off across the field. Moving swiftly and elegantly, but with powerful strides, towards Pyrrha. The leader grabbed the bow from his back and launched an arrow at Pyrrha. The arrow struck true, sinking between Pyrrha's shoulder blades. With a howling cheer the leader put away his bow and took out both axe and shortspear. As the mount got near Pyrrha it suddenly veered to the side and the leader jumped off its back and brought the axe, held in his right hand, down towards the small elf girl.
  10. Yo. It's Ross. Wanna battle today? Morgan had been relaxed. Almost sinking into the seat as she was brought another drink, courtesy of a young man at the counter, whom she rewarded with a seemingly sweet smile. Then she got the message. Frowning down at the watch she was reminded that she had a job she had to do. It wasn't a comfortable feeling for Morgan. She didn't like having to work. And certainly not for such a small amount of reward. But, well, it was better than not having anything. And she really wanted to expand her room size. It was basically a coffin as it was. So she texted back a response. "Want, no, but will I? Very well. Bold of you to go for the best right off the bat I will admit." She sent it then, hesitating for a moment, sent a second. "I'm at a cafe if you wanted to see me before fighting." It was nice here but rather quiet. Which wasn't always a bad thing but Morgan liked having attention paid to her. So she sent the girl directions along with the message. The girl who had given her the coffe gave her a small smile. "Waiting for someone?" Morgan glanced up at her. She was a bit annoyed at the woman for prying but the kind smile and the aura radiating off of her stopped Morgan's biting words. Plus it wouldn't be good to behave badly to someone who might be a fan. "Ah, I simply was suggesting this place to a new...coworker of mine. It's rather nice." Morgan responded, giving the compliment with a smile that seemed to please the woman. "Well isn't that just great. If she does come around I might give the two of you a discount." Inside Morgan's mind she began to think of ways to convince Ross to come here if she refused.
  11. "You feeling alright, Rona?" "Always!" Rona called back. Unable to say more as she had to keep Cormag steady despite the attacking hound. The arrow whistling past her face caused her to freeze for a moment. It had been close. Too close. A memory surfaced. Her and Cormag. Covered in arrows. Falling from the sky.... The hound growled in front of her and brought her back to reality. She saw it crouch down and prepare to attack again. Without hesitation she urged Cormag forward and, passing by the hound as it began to attack, she cut a clean slice through its head and slayed the beast before returning to her original position. "everyone, press forward. It doesn't look like this'll end as long as the beast back there is still alive." That's right. She had to keep going. The beast ahead was the target. She had to break from this formation and take it down. She wasn't being of any use back here. Her mobility wasted like this. "On it!" She responded. Regardless of what happened next she had to advance forward. Alexis glanced over at the main group. They had stalled for a moment but it seemed they were pressing onward. Oddly it looked like some had some extra energy. She didn't know where it had come from but she was glad for it. After all her actions here would only work out if they could break out of the wall of monsters they were facing. There were two zombies ahead. One with a sword. The other a lance. They didn't seem to be paying much attention to her as their focus was on the mass of combat going on in the other direction. Past them there were a couple other zombies with much less advantageous weapons for her to face but...if she did this right she shouldn't have to worry about them. She could get in and if it got dangerous get out. "Alright Tana, time to show em what we're made of. Can't let them hog all the action." Tana whinnied in agreement. She didn't like this whole standing around doing nothing deal. Flying forward at high speed Alexis pierced the sword wielding zombie before it even knew she was there. Tearing the lance upward and ripping through the monsters rotten flesh she brought it back around to thrust into the zombie's skull. The creature dropped and only then did the lance holder notice she was there. With a grin Alexis adjusted her lance in a two handed grip as she focused in on the zombie. "You want some next?" She taunted, well aware the dull-witted beast couldn't understand.
  12. "Get a Reflect up, ASAP!" "Ha, nice try, no barrier can stop Machop's strength, keep up the attacks buddy, Karate Chop!" The Machop went in for yet another Karate Chop on the Inkay. The Reflect weakening the damage. Though it was clear the Machop was well trained with the power behind the attack despite this. Fuyumi's voice could barely be heard above the din of the battle but Kenta seemed to take note of it. "Focus." She said, her tone slightly frustrated. "Wha...Oh yeah, Ha, Focus Energy Machop! Thanks Fuyumi I forgot he had that! Haha!" --- "Let's get some aerial support! Go, Icarus! Start this off with a vicious Growl! Follow it up with a dive bomb Quick Attack!" Chad nodded slowly, watching as the Bellsprout got hit by a sudden Quick Attack. "Good choice I guess. I hate to waste the boosts but no other option, two can play at that game, return!" Bellsprout, weakened and paralyzed, came back to the ball. Chad thought for a moment, hand hovering over two other Pokeballs at his side, before grabbing one and tossing it out. "Ducklett, use Water Gun, keep that Starly at a distance!" The Water/Flying type emerged from its ball, tilting its head to the side in a rather confused manner, before flapping itself into the air and launching water out at Icarus. Striking the other Flying type with a jet of liquid. Chad adjusted his glasses again and grinned, seemingly waiting for something before making his next move. --- "Go on Knight, they're right there, bash em one." Naomi said. Not even bothering calling out an actual attack. Though it was likely that even had she used the Hoppip's one attacking move, Absorb, it wouldn't do much to the Abra compared to even a non-attack move charge. Fuyumi sighed. "I thought you might put up some fight at least." She said, sounding disappointed. "Teleport." Though Knight was struggling to hit the Abra in the first place it was made even harder as the Abra suddenly appeared several feet behind Knight. "Hidden Power." The Pokemon let out a blast of energy, which was shaped as a large snowflake, which raced along the air and struck Knight from behind. The Hoppip let out a surprised cry as it dropped to the ground, taken out in one hit. "Whoa." Naomi muttered, returning Knight. "You're strong." Fuyumi hesitated but shook her head. "Had advantage. Type matchup." Naomi blinked and tilted her head, clearly not getting it. "Huh?"
  13. "I still think we need to investigate the chapel in town. With the way things have been going it's obvious that The Goddess has set herself against-" he paused, struggled to speak for a moment, and then continued, "you. So, even if whoever did this to the townspeople wasn't a follower of hers we might still find answers in there. Plus the possibility that this was done by one of the faithful is... to great to ignore." Cora's eyes narrowed at the boy's words. Was he implying what she thought he was? She approached the boy, clearly upset. She had to hold back from slapping the boy right then and there. Instead she just responded, "I can assure you that this town has NOTHING to do with the....Goddess." She spat out the last word as though it were a poison she had to rid herself of. "I do not like the implications you're....implying." --- In a foul mood Cora followed the group to the mayor's house. She wasn't too keen on the idea of breaking in but thankfully the beaver...that is to say Acantha, managed to get in and unlock the door. The triumphant look brought a slight smile to Cora's face. "Suppose I should be concerned how easily you did that. But I guess I can let it pass this time." Cora made sure to enter the house next after Catriona. She moved towards the table near the center of the room. Directly across from the entrance. Noticing the food on the table she wrinkled her nose. She didn't think the mayor one to leave food out so easily. It really must have happened suddenly. Checking the food it didn't seem like anything was off about it. Just regular food left out to go bad. Though that in itself was notable to her. Under the table she saw scratch marks. Deciding to move under the table she realized that the scratches didn't seem like a random assortment. After examining the table once more briefly she turned to watch the others. Though it was hard to focus on everyone and her attention ended up focusing more on the young man who had been injured and the boy who had brought up the Goddess. She wasn't sure how to feel about these people yet but it wasn't as though she had much of a choice. What could it all mean... “...Ah-ah, I really shouldn’t ask about things like that…! Sorry!” It took a moment for Penelope to realize what the girl was thinking. But when she did she had to fight to keep the smirk from appearing on her face. Feigning an innocent mask, Penelope couldn't help but responding to the girl. "Well, it's not as though it's that personal of a matter. I suppose it may seem strange for someone not of this group but I can assure you it's basically a natural thing to us by now." With one last bright smile Penelope went along checking out the building, humming all the way. Besides the naked man outside the only thing she noticed here was the mess that was made. Likely from the beaver herself. She'd imagine it would be rather startling to find yourself in that sort of state. It did bring a question to mind. "Say, miss...beaver? Did you just wake up like that or was it a sudden transformation?" The beaver responded by angrily shaking her fist and shaking her head no. Well. That was....something? She really wasn't so good at negotiating with animals. The Mayor's house itself seemed much more interesting. And a lot easier to get answers from than the beaver. Upon entering something to the left caught her eye. Books. Sitting on a table. Making a beeline for them she picked up each to read the title and riffle through the pages. She found nothing of interest in them but did note that the book on badgers had a rope bookmark in it. Flopping down on the all too soft and comfy chair she opened the book up at the bookmarked page. The page was on the diet of badgers. And she noticed there were tears in the pages. She wondered if perhaps the animal had checked this book themselves to learn how he should feed his new body? Clever, if true. As she pondered this she noticed something poking her from between the cushion and the side of the chair. Upon checking it turned out it was a wadded up piece of parchment. One that seems to have been torn from something. Unwadding it she discovered large, wobbly, letters gouged onto the parchment. It was rather difficult to make out, even for Penelope, and all she could really read was "O. I. Y." She said aloud. The letters weren't next to each other. Merely part of a whole. Telling her findings to the others she followed it up with "I think this mayor may have been trying to leave some sort of message behind." Gunther couldn't help but emphasize with Cora's indignation. Though he kept it to himself. He had learned already that he should keep his nose out of such things. Yet it did relieve him to hear how against the Goddess those in this village must have been. Once they made it to the mayor's house and the beaver opened the door for them he smiled at her and said, "Thank you, you did well." He paused after saying this. Remembering that this beaver was in fact a person. Hadn't he been petting beavers earlier? Did that mean....Gunther shook his head, trying not to get lost in the awkward line of thought. He honestly wasn't sure where to start looking. Deciding to head for the far corner, where he assumed most wouldn't go to first, his eyes caught a wheel of cheese and a knife left out on the counter. Frowning, he said aloud. "If there's any place to store this I'd like to put it away. It may be a small thing but I imagine the mayor would prefer not to come back to rotten cheese..." He knew the silliness of his statement but he couldn't help but want to help out in whatever small way he could. As he stood there he decided to check out the counter itself. He couldn't really find anything out of the ordinary. Not that he really expected to. For the moment he decided on wiping down the knife and storing it away. "Everything in its place." He muttered.
  14. If you can write English it'll be a lot easier but could you elaborate on what you mean? (This is from Google Translate) Wenn Sie Englisch schreiben können, wird es viel einfacher sein, aber könnten Sie näher auf das eingehen, was Sie meinen? (Das Folgende ist von Google Translate)
  15. If I'm gonna vote for a dragon-ish girl for this I wanna go with the one that's a bit more humanoid lol
  16. how did you develop such shit tastes? Favorite and least favorite shonen anime?
  17. "Will girls also get big muscles or we get thinner muscles? The control harness in my mech was already custom fit and refitting it not easy." Jax looked to the girl who had said it and pointed a finger at her, striking a dramatic pose. "If your mech can't handle a POWERFUL BOD it just means your mech needs to ALSO GET BUFF!" He proclaimed, without any hint of joke in his voice. "Haha, Mr Benton is pretty popular it seems." Mr John said, chuckling to himself. "But I guess he does have a rather EXPLOSIVE personality doesn't he?" He paused. "I guess that pun doesn't work well if you don't know about his mech..." "It doesn't work even if you do, trust me." Malkin said. Then she called out. "You kids got anything else for us? Or can we get outta here. I've got some shit to do, don't have all day to spend on you guppies gawking at us." --- "Makes you wonder why he's here, though. Method acting?" Kelsey shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. "Whatever the reason I'm sure it's to make himself look good. God, look at these girls, fawning over him like that." The trio could feel glares on them as Kelsey spoke, quite loudly. "well. What about you Kellz? You excited to learn more about all that mech combat stuff?" "Oh heck yeah!" Kelsey said. "Teacher seems like a hardass but I bet I can handle it just fine. Can definitely do better than that Wester guy at least." The glares became even more intense as Kelsey, only half unintentionally, raised her voice to match their intensity. --- As Sammi made her way out she would realize the field was much larger than she had first thought. It was almost as if a field designed for mechs would be difficult for one to travel on foot. Though it was a wide open expanse without anything between her and the end so it wasn't particularly difficult of a trek. There was also a bird. With bright blue feathers and a forked beak. It was digging at the field with the confidence and purpose of an animal that didn't know it was just there to provide a bit of flavor and to stretch out an otherwise dull and pointless section in the story of one's life.
  18. Melissa smiled. Which caused Gabriella to smile. In a wonderful contagious effect. It seemed she didn't mind being dragged along as she was. Which was good because Gabriela didn't really know any other way to go about this. “I do- I probably need to meet up with some other friends at some point, just to say hi -- I think you’ve met some of them too, so it shouldn’t be too awkward, I hope. Um, but we can stay here for now. There’s a whole night ahead of us to do all that other stuff.” Something about the idea of "meeting my friends" made this whole thing feel a bit more...intimate to Gabby. In a nerve-wracking, but exciting, way. What would her friends think of her going to this place with another girl? And could she keep up her front while being watched by a group who no doubt would be closely watching her. If they're her friends they must be worried about anyone that had gotten close to her right? "Ah, that would be no issue. Indeed the more who get to meet my royal self the better. I must get examples from all sorts of people in this land after all. And...I would have to meet them eventually, anyway. If we are going to have, er, extended...correspondence." Her attitude trailed off into a more awkward realm near the end. Trying to distract from it she looked towards where the duel was going to be held. "Do you know much about those two that will be dueling? They are in my club but I only briefly met them. Hiraku and..." She didn't actually know the name of his opponent. She had seen him, surely, in the club. A rather common face and a hazy presence was all she could remember. "and the other one."
  19. Anneliese's eyes widened at the knowledge that she was indeed in the city. "That's incredible...how did they shrink a city down like this? Is it some kind of technology that has yet to be released to the rest of the world?" She was surprised, and a bit disappointed, to find out that the girl wasn't an actress. When the girl introduced herself Anneliese instinctively went to her introduction mode. Crafted through many years of being introduced to other family's children, usually so that she would keep them company while their parents talked business, and found herself straitening out and holding out her hand. Barely holding Leopold under her other arm. "Anneliese Faraday. A pleasure to make your acquaintance Miss Fournier." She felt squirming under her arm. "This is." More squirming. "Leopold...oh what ARE you doing?" The Shinx had managed to wriggle free and was now heading off towards...was that a battle? "Sorry, excuse me." She said to Olivia and chased after her Shinx yet again. Barely catching him before he dove into the fight himself. "Oh, you, that is not how one conducts themselves and you know it." She found herself too close to the battle for comfort, and fell backwards in her haste to back away. "G-goodness, do battles in such small cities usually happen out of the blue like this? What a wild place I've found myself in..."
